I also wonder how it works so i can come to resaults quicker i think it has to do with energy, with kriya yoga practice you make energy flow better and unblock you on a body level thats just my assumption....

@Viking I understand you very well ( you had some childhood trauma i suppose )by find i meant being in the presence in some group it will motivate you to learn about the theory first its again all linked to ego unable to being vurnable comfortable with yourself and understanding opposite sex being a nice guy low self asteem all mashed up together (probably all caused by some trauma)there are so little people mature for relationship in spiral dynamics people in turqouis are able to have meningful relationships and they are rare...

Having a purpose is male energy thats what you need and did you find someone that you like externaly and internaly,i found that many times you like girl internaly but dont like her sexualy and vice versa...and thats where you problem lies i assume

@Leo Gura mybe because my conciousness hasnt found how to share my gifts with the world...yeah true some experience i saw that im the t shirt in front of me could feel a connection sometimes i could see infinity far away in the distance sometimes my vision becomes really sharp its always different...

People dont understand what you trying to say well its hard to do hard things when you know you will only get a little high and lots of struggle is it worth it idk what is there else to do but to struggle for something better bigger...i have this same problem

@Leo Gura On one hand it is on other it isnt but yoga is random you cant expect what will happen (imo) but when i train my biceps they will grow when i do yoga i dont know whats happening and what exactly im doing...

Good life is an idea that you can only answer for yourself its like art some people love one type of art some other its like a blank space that you let itself paint or you come to paint it yourself like you choose...

Interesting point,i realized it is what i do that other people give me back its all an energy if you are in aggresive energy you will get aggresion if you are in closed energy people wont respond to you...

In Vision for self actualized life one part is having great relationship that is really rare today ,so how to have one i see it its really complex but i believe its possible to have one,so what are the parts that enligtened you on this topic mybe some big mistakes you corrected thoughts?
