In the short-term that makes sense. But if I practice for 3 months until I no longer feel stress or strain, then the pay-off may be worth it, assuming the aforementioned benefits, right? -

I do now - Glad I made this post.

As far as relationships go, this has been becoming more apparent to me over the last 36 hours.

I tried Googling 'mabon' but the description is confusing. What is mabon? And wouldn't rain water not have essential minerals in it because it hasn't run over rocks?

Unconditional love: Love without expectations. Common expectations: He can't have sex with X He can't have emotional intimacy with X He should put a ring on me because of all I do for him I want to travel, he should come with me because he's my boyfriend Etc

1. Agreed 2. Very little background experience, been 3 years since I was in a committed relationship and back then I was a completely different / less developed person who didn't know my values etc.

1. Welcome to my world 2. Blame is an interesting word to use - I'd use the word acknowledge, acknowledging that that seems to be the case for women, which in my mind makes things challenging 3. Great point

So you want a long term relationship without the standard commitments? My subsconscious screams YES. But upon further meditation, I feel I want both. Is the issue specifically with the idea of traditional love or marriage and the cultural associations with it? The issue is a relationship where love is rooted in expectation either consciously or subconsciously, like most relationships I observe. Is it about having kids, and a family, and "settling down"? I am not ready for kids, or having a family. But I have concerns that most women will want that soon after hopping into a committed relationship. That seems to be the story of most relationships. I don't know that for sure. The idea of being shackled to one person for the rest of your life? People should be together for as long as it serves them. If that's the rest of my life, then so be it. But it can get complicated when/if the idea of kids comes around, and if my potential partner doesn't embody that truth. I feel like there aren't many women out there who would also embody that truth, but it may just be my lack of 'getting out there'. I'm aware of a conscious community here in Australia that I'm considering moving closer to, gettin' involved with the kind of women who'd be on this forum. What bothers and sets you off the most and why? Feeling like there's nobody out there who would be okay with no kids and embodies unconditional love. Sounds silly writing this out loud. I'm making alot of assumptions. --- Great questions.

Not related to forum, but doing more intellectual gymnastics than actually meditating. -

True - However, my preference is to help others raise consciousness like a bodhisattva instead of isolating myself in a cave like an arhat (not saying I'm on that level yet). It seems to me that publicly stating 'I love Hitler' could cause a shock that helps others on their spiritual path. Perhaps not doing anything could lead to something else that is more impactful, but I feel like there is more certainty in doing so, just like I feel there is more certainty that I will stay alive if I drink water this week, as opposed to not drinking water. So I may as well do it. But there are significant consequences. Hence my hesitation. -
For those who have experienced unconditional love emanating out of your being (David Hawkins consciousness Level 500): or 'Agape' as the Greeks would put it: The best recorded character I've come across that embodies and expresses divine love is Anna Brown. My understanding of unconditional love based on my experience, is that it's an experience that emanates from my being. I feel it. I don't need a reason to love. I just love. Many others who have reached these higher states of consciousness (like Anna Brown) will communicate the same thing. Perhaps I shouldn't be putting this on the internet because of the misunderstandings and potential repercussions, but I am. Because I feel immensely misunderstood and isolated in my perspective, and its gnawing at me. Maybe I can 'shock' people with this statement which I experience to be true: I love Hitler. I love everything and all. Dead or alive. 'Good' or 'Evil'. Love is a state of being that emanates from my being by default since I had a spiritual shift. So if all entails everything that 'is' and once 'was', including Hitler, then that means I love Hitler whether I like it or not. I don't like him. I don't agree with what he did. But he did what he did. It was what it was. And the after-effect of his actions is what it is. Osho said he hated Hitler, but can you really hate when you're vibrating on Osho's level of consciousness? It's my understanding that the answer is no. And those familiar with Osho know that he spurts out words, contradicts himself, so I don't think he really meant hate. Rather a high disliking that may come across as hate based on his personality. To hate Hitler is unproductive and will only put a burden on myself, and probably encourage Hitler (if he were alive) to passionately pursue his antics. To be neutral towards Hitler - Unsure if this is possible. As Tony Robbins says, "If you're not growing, your dying". Same could be said: "If you're not loving, you're hating". But if we agree that neutrality is a thing, perhaps 'equanimity' towards Hitler (someone who is equanimous towards Hitler though I'd argue is in a state of divine love / Agape) - Wouldn't loving Hitler be more beneficial to Hitler (assuming he was alive) and the world, because him receiving love may help change his ways? Maybe he did what he did because he never experienced love as a child. So it only makes sense to love Hitler, and modern Hitler-type-monsters, assuming you regard yourself as one with good morals. So there's 2 questions: 1. If you claim to embody divine love, is it your understanding that it is possible to not love Hitler? 2. Do you think there is a worthy net benefit to publicly stating you love Hitler as a 'shock' to help others reach higher states of consciousness?

Probably 3rd time active here over 3 years, and each time I've only hung around for no more than 2 weeks. I come here because I have questions I haven't found in books or YouTube videos, so I find it convenient to either search the Forum or make my own post if I can't find anything. While I'm here, I scroll through and see what catches my eye. The most active I've been in light of recent spiritual breakthroughs.

There might be a better way of phrasing this, especially the exist part - but title says it all. -

1. So are you 100% certain? Not convinced it is self-evident. Perhaps a whale considers that 'Evil' exists. And it could? But I'm not a whale, so I don't know. When I say 'Evil', I'm talking about 'Evil' itself, assuming it is a thing, not the sounds and letters that represent it. According to Leo as stated above, Evil never existed. And that may be true. 2. True Time for me to shut up and meditate. Or watch another Chip Diamond video. -

I think he's a mixed bag. No question he's operating on a high level of consciousness. Heard there was some interesting financial motives and funny things happening at the Isha ashram though.
