  1. I do enjoy it and I will definitely keep doing it regardless. My question is rather that if these techniques aren't effective as Leo seemed to say, then what is? It's not about stopping with these practices, but maybe including something else that I've been missing. I guess what I'm trying to say is that the blog video didn't feel complete. Leo told us that meditation, yoga, breathing exercises, and so on aren't gonna get us there, but he didn't say what is. Having spend quite some time on these practices, I wonder what else there is.
  2. After the latest blog video, I am wondering how to proceed with my spiritual work. I am still very motivated to progress further, but after Leo said in the video that meditation, yoga, shamanic breathing etc., pretty much all previously discussed techniques are useless for the pursuit of awakening, I find myself a bit discouraged. I have put quite some time into mostly meditation and yoga, and have seen some results, but I'm wondering now if the time investment is gonna be worth it. My question is: If all of these techniques (meditation, contemplation, yoga etc.) won't get anyone to awaken, then how to proceed with spiritual work? Is there an alternative then that is more effective and maybe less time consuming? If yes, what is it? I know that Leo might create a course on awakening, which I may or may not get once it is out. But until it is, I would like to know how to progress on my spiritual path if these traditional techniques won't work. I am certain that I will continue my practices, however I would still like to have an answer on this. Another thing that I've noticed is that when talking about what won't work for achieving awakening, Leo didn't mention psychedelics. Did he just forget to mention them, or did he deliberately not mention them because they work to achieve awakening (unlike meditation ect.)? I'm curious what you guys think.
  3. So I was just watching a talk from Gary Weber, a not so famous nondual teacher, and he said that he systematically deatched from one thing after another, until he had no attachments at all to anything external. He describes it as consciously undoing the emotional attachment from one thing at a time, and the last two things that he detached from were his daughters. He did not really mention what method he used to do this, so I did some research but couldnt find any specific methods other than meditation. I know that meditation slowly reduces all emotional attachments over time, but I am wondering if there is a more direct approach to focus on one specific attachment, and then releasing it.
