I sleep on the floor, with a thin mattress to not hurt my joints. I have a hard thin pillow for my head, and I sleep in Shavasana (corpse posture). Its great, and I usually wake up like that or on my side, never on my belly unless its full or something (lying on my belly usually reduces some pain, but I don't know). It gives great sleep quality overall. -
The more bananas I eat, the more I take my happiness for granted.

@sarapr I have a hypothesis. As my calorie intake currently stems from fuits (mainly ripe bananans), I have to reasearch the hell out of nutrition to be able to thrive on the fruitarian diet. The most popular reason why many people are ”fruit intolerant” is not the fruit itself, its what is combines with in your belly. Food combinations are a bit tricky, but you cant eat whatever and expect to thrive. For example, if you eat proteins and starches at the same meal, it will cause disaster in the belly... how? Starches needs an alkaline enviornment to digest, where the amalyse enzymes (What turns starches into sugar) can digest it. The problem is now, that protein, needs an acidic enviornment to be able to be digested. Acid + Alkaline = Neutral. Boom, nothing happens. If your body cant digest the food, then the gut bacteria will. This can lead to all kinds of problems. Now, lets say that you eat meat and potatoes as a dinner, you go to sleep, and then decide to eat a watermelon for breakfast. The watermelon is gonna reach the rotting mixture in your belly, but not get any further. Here is where the watermelon (rich in fiber and sugar) will start to ferment and produce alot of nasty stuff, mainly gases, thus pain, fatigue and sluggishness. Its not the fruit itself... Fruit is exellent if its digested properly. I want many people to look into food combinations, its one of the most fundamental concepts for thriving on a diet. If I would eat alot of oranges with bananas, I would have to go to bed right after. And if you really want to transist, then I recommend a 3day fast to eliminate most of the waste that lies still in the belly. Please do your own reasearch on this, if you dont, you might aswell take my words with a grain of salt.

I love this so much, I had to watch it 3 times in a row. It is one of the best works of art I have ever seen. -

Alright, I got an English poem I wrote some time ago: Betrayal as jealousy, hurts the unbreakable bond of love. A sacred bond, only broken with pain. Time erases hope, though not pain caused by memories. Hence time can never heal, the pain in her heart. Tears for the loved one apart. Happiness impossible to reclaim, as true love has been fatally broken. The void in his broken heart, as sweet memories for a beloved silence. In his memories she will stay; Tears for the loved one, far away. I got a really funny poem written in Swedish...

Personally, I brush my teeth in the mornings, with the softest toothbrush I could find, and I rinse my teeth on the evenings after eating. Remember, you want to brush away the plaque, not your enamel! I see toothpaste/mouthwash as a way to refreshen the breath. I never had any issues with that, so I stay away from them. I doo have a questionable breath in the mornings (I sleep with my mouth taped shut), and it usually diminishes after my morning brush. here is a good video explaining the enamel issue:

@Charlotte Haha, that a story. Its funny, because that was one of the motivators for me to take cold showers! Cold showers close the pores... But even if the pores are closed or open, water will not come in. We are not made to absorb water through our skin! Imagine sweating very much when running. All pores are open. Now, your body won't decide to reabsorb the sweat! And what if you would have to swim in dirty rivers? If you would absorb the water, your body would die from the disease. Freedivers don't get swelled up from water entering their pores... The point is that the skin is waterproof, so it won't absorb water into the body naturally. Now, you can sit in a hot bath, and your body will sweat, while being affected by the water pressure, only insignificant amounts of water would be absorbed into the skin .. but never into the bloodstream. How would that even be possible? It came to the point of me taking fewer showers, so I researched a bit and found this out. Don't worry too much about the fluoride when it comes to hygiene. I would say that fixing your drinking water and toothpaste makes 99.99% of the job. The thing about fluoride is that the toxicity (and calcification of the pineal gland) will only happen when you have excess fluoride. The body can get rid of X amounts of fluoride every day, and if you consume E.g 5X amounts of fluoride every day, then you should expect problems in the long run. When you eliminate fluoride from your toothpaste and drinking water, im sure that you won't have to worry about fluoride ever again! (Tap water is used for many products, such as soda or concentrated juice, so be careful).
-
@pluto Hah, sorry for that. Yeah, it's like dying from psilocybin when eating magic mushrooms... it's virtually impossible. You are right. I tried to magnify it by mentioning the fiber intake, but you said it well in concrete words.
-
@Charlotte I have eliminated fluoride completely out of my life for more than a year now. Tap water is replaced with spring water, which we collect from a nearby source, and I don't even use toothpaste anymore! The real danger for your teeth is acid and the sugar. Bacteria feed off the sugar, and the result is holes in your teeth (I don't know the detailed process). I always rinse my teeth after a meal to avoid having food that can be feasted upon, and rinsing removes any acidity build up. Fluoride is (of what I have researched) not beneficial for your teeth. It calcifies your pineal gland (the main reason I eliminated it), its pretty toxic, and it builds on your bones thus bad muscles in the long term. (Take my words with a grain of salt) I have braces on my teeth, and still, I face no problems with my teeth, not even in the gums. Although sometimes is I don't brush or rinse, I tend to have tartar build-up. This is easily avoided by removing excess food from your teeth. I had a long period of using fluoride free toothpaste, and yes, it works, no problem. It tends to be higher quality overall, so definitely use it!

Guys, I have no friends as well. My circle of influence is my family (my mother, sister, and my father), and I only have one friend (my best friend) which I chat to trough skype once in a while. I live with my mother and my sister, so Im social within the family, but I wonder if I will miss out on critical stuff if I keep on like this for a couple of years more. I am very introverted, but I have no general social issues. Thanks in advance!

@Deepak sadhwani You ask if its safe, because you eat it because you want it, and not because you necessarily need it. I only eat leafy greens when I crave them, or else they do not taste too good. Here in Sweden, they are pretty expensive to be eating overall. The risks: Inorganic spinach... Toxic sprays. Essential mineral toxicity, e.g Iron. The thing is that you cannot eat enough spinach to be intoxicated by any of these factors... it's just too much fiber that will make you feel full. Fiber is not dangerous! It's as dangerous as drinking water, and as you pee more (from water), fiber will make you have larger bowel movements. The reason your poop might get green is because your intestines cannot and will not assimilate the green pigment in the spinach, or other green vegetables. It's not dangerous in any way. Keep eating spinach, its a good source of fiber, which combines well with everything you eat, thus impossible to cause indigestion. It's especially good with the starches, as the fiber slows down the glucose absorption into the blood, which reduces that unhealthy "white rice" insulin response, that causes diabetes in the long term.

@DefinitelyNotJack Yes. Mainly carbs. Its called the Fruitarian diet, where you try to exclude nuts. Similar diets are also called: the 90/5/5 diet, (or the 80/10/10), Raw plant-based, and Slow Carb. @Viking The difference between grains and fruit is that fruit is more hydrating, contains more optimal fibers, minerals, and vitamins. They are easier to digest, and they are more satisfying overall. Sugar is a big component of feeling satiated, that's why people crave desserts after meals, even though they already have topped their calorie intake. Guys, take this with a grain of salt, do the research if you want to change diets. Don't follow solely my advice.
-
@Viking I have been really into nutrition lately, so I have been changing diet 2 times. First time to vegetarian, second to raw plant-based. Although now I sometimes eat cooked vegetables, I try to minimize that. The trick is to make a short fast between diets. For example, I ate certain meals as a vegetarian, and when I felt confident enough I started a 3 day fast, ending the fast with a watermelon, then eating plant-based meals after that. That was about four months ago, and it has taken me a lot of trial and error, and some deficiencies to refine. Now it's mostly bad habits that are hindering me from only basing my calories solely from fruit. It has appeared no gastrointestinal problems for me when doing this. My hypothesis is that the healthy food drops down, and faces the roadblock of the old shit in the assimilation process, and so that combination will cause some disturbances, but I'm not too sure. But if I was able to transition smoothly from egg and bread to bananas and mangoes with a fast, then the problem must lie in the old garbage in your intestines.

I distracted myself with this video when watching Leo's interviews with Peter Ralston. I found it very amusing to see the devil in action. In an obvious manner.

Hey! I Have 111 a streak of days of nofap and counting from this day on. And to get to this point has been a hell of a journey. I have begun with nofap 12 months ago, and finally, I one day just quit cold-turkey. I started this as a mere challenge, and I struggled with porn for a while... Removing porn was the first achievement in this because if I would not fap, I would turn to porn anyways. I started fapping without porn, and I gave myself 3 months to quit my porn habit. Then I started doing more nofap, it went from one day to a couple of days at a time, to give in 2 times one day, and then abstaining for 3 days, etc. Slowly increasing the gap between relapses. I started fapping with awareness, I had to work to allow myself to relapse. When I watched the "Awareness alone is curative" video from Leo, it came to me that awareness was the sole reason I could quit my PMO addiction, and also a slow journey of doing it, step by step. Don't be too neurotic! Let your awareness take care of that, and set the proper expectation that this is gonna take some time and practice. Reversing a habit is as hard as implementing a new one, so have the same mindset. Im growing very much day by day now. Ever since quitting nofap, my new life has begun, nofap made me strive for abundance from addictions, and from there on I have been growing into a lifestyle including a lot of personal growth. All the benefits are there, they are like "problems relieved" not "ecstasy gained" You will get much closer to your natural happiness levels as you remove this huge addiction, you will grow a lot, and have it much easier on your journey. You cannot build your foundation on addictions, Its a recipe for disaster. Sex is a primitive need, but not sex with your hand. Imagine being the "primitive " man you see half of yourself to be. This man has evolved to have sex with a couple of girls in his whole lifetime, maybe have a relationship if he is very lucky and not so primitive.. and so, he would go and chase the women, not his palm. You can have sex, but you should not fap! The wet dreams will take care of your semen build-up, it's a little gift to wake up to sometimes.

Somebody gotta make a montage of this man's journey with Actualized.org. Make an epic montage, please. -
Let's start with the first dimension. A dimensional plane is only defined by what objects is capable to exist within it, so let's start calling all the 1D objects Strings. Properties: • The first dimension is Lenght. Lenght is the only property a String has • A string infinitely thin, so it won't interact with any other string in any way, but with infinite amounts of them, they can volumize. • If its "infinitely" thin, it cant be "finite" in any way • A string can be in any length it desires, this will not affect higher dimensions because higher dimensions are only determined by the fact that the number of stings is infinite or finite. For it to be finite in thinness, indicates that it's not infinitely thin. • It cannot bend because bending it creates "height". • The string has no shape because shapes are only existent in higher dimensions. If it would have a shape, it would be either 2D or 3D. • A sting can never be found because finding it means that you have found its "Width", and thus it's not a string, its a rectangle or some other object. • This means that Strings are groundless, they are space, they are Nothingness. If you have an infinite number of stings, "space" is formed. • Space is the infinite number of strings floating around in any way. They are allowed to do this because they can never interact with each other due to their infinite thinness. • This "space" has nothing excluded because if it would have, it would not be able to be (possible). If you take away one sting from "space", it's not infinite, thus not a possible building block for higher dimensions. • Space has to be infinite, while it has to be nothingness. You will understand more as we move on. Now things get more complicated. Let's raise the number of dimensions. 2D comes into existence only when you draw boundaries in the constant "space", which is required for a boundary of "Width" to be formed. Let's say that an infinite amount of strings (stacked upon each other) is required to form a square, but this needs to happen in "space" because "space" is the only thing possible. And because space is composed of an infinite number of strings, it cannot be any shape or form. So to define the square within space you need to draw a boundary within the "space". This makes 2D an illusion. And the fact that 3D could be perceived as 2D (by changing perspective, by mere mentioning that our eyes only receives 2D images), proves to us that 3D is a total illusion as well. Now, if space is truly not-finite, it has to include the art of forming boundaries to be complete, and boundaries can only exist within it (There is no "Within" or "Without", just my vocabulary trying to give the best explanation). What about 4D? The fourth dimension is where 3D objects have to behave just as stings to transcend to the next dimension. This is the basic (very fragile) scientific explanation: • 1D is a thin line with only the property of "Length". • 2D is a shape that is formed when an infinite amount of thin lines are stacked upon each other, to form a shape like a square or a circle. • 3D is when infinite numbers of shapes that are stacked upon each other to form a 3D shape that now has the property of "Depth". • 4D must go with the same rule, so its an infinite amount of 3D shapes stacked with each other to form…? Time? Or is it called a tesseract? Let me "tell" you the truth. You are space, you are nothing else. You are the space drawing boundaries upon itself A boundary is required for "space" to disassociate itself from itself. 1D (space) is absolute infinity, and you are it. 2D Is when the ego is born, (and its passion is to draw boundaries) 3D is when the ego forgets that it has drawn 2D and goes ahead and further draws (By conceptualizing) 3D. 4D is "Achieved" When we become open-minded enough to realize that 3D is a complete illusion, and then we further realize that 2D is as well. This is how we connect to space, this is how 4D is enlightenment. Notice that the boundaries have to exist, and by that, you must beautifully travel full circle through the dimensions, only to realize that reality is a strange loop. Summary: You are absolute infinity that has to be reborn with an ego, in order to create boundaries to make itself complete. This is how and why God blasted a shotgun in his face, and why the ego needs to be killed in order for you to go full circle upon yourself. This is only my belief, and I hope you liked my usage of dimensions and string theory in order to conceptualize truth. I truly am not a master of string theory and dimensions. This idea occurred to me, and I contemplated it further with help of the conceptualization of reality that Leo has provied trough his videos.

@Fuse Hey man. The spiritual side of depression was a lucky occurrence for me a while ago. Very rapidly, I have changed my lifestyle, ditched some addictions, created new habits, and changed my diet. But in this foreign realm of discomfort from lack of homeostasis, I experienced spiritual depression. From my depressed standpoint, looking at anything that would give me joy (thinking about it) only filtered out the negative sides of it, "it will be over anyway", "joy? you're never gonna get happy", "nothing matters". These thought all rooted from the emotion in my chest. As an experienced meditator, I let my monkey mind go and kinda "felt away" the emotion. Now, at being back at baseline, but my monkey mind in the depressive cycle, I just peacefully meditated it away. From the peace came positive thoughts. My goals started arising, my excitement for the day, everything that didn't and couldn't exist within the realm of depression/anxiety. Your thoughts are reflections of your emotions, your negative emotions are there because you have not taken the time to bother enduring them, looking into them and purify them. If you sweep them under the rug, you are just delaying them, but resolving them is the way to go. Also, pre-trip anxiety is durable, but mixing thought patterns into it, makes it not-durable. Not mixing in thought into reality = mindfulness. Mindfulness is meditation. You can never think your way out of depression because your thoughts in the depressive state are making up the depression, you cant get out of it like that. Just get mindful of the fact, at least, try it yourself. A very pleasant way to meditate is the Wim Hoff breathing method + Leos no-manipulation method (Guided meditation). And if you really want proof of the mindfulness thing, take a cold shower. You become mindful to endure the situation, it's a survival mechanic. If you take a cold shower and imagine that you are sinking with titanic of something, you are more likely to suffer and panic, right? Hope this was worth your time.

I want to recommend a book (its all about the business side of things) How to get lots of money for anything fast, by Stuart Lichtman. Search up for PDF on google, and you'll find it. Don't get me wrong, judging by the title, you might say "Show me the money, and ill read the book", but im reading it, and I find it legit. I am also on the path of entrepreneurship combined with spirituality and self-development, but this book really helps me carry on with the money making. At first, I thought that combining a business lifestyle with spirituality would disturb my visions, and get me lost and guilty, but I managed to find a way for meditation to benefit entrepreneurship, and to include the spirituality in the visualization as well. It's perfectly fine to think this way, it takes only some time to settle in. But please keep your habits, only time will tell.
