Just relapsed for a very stupid reason.

Didn't watch porn or even fantasize about anything, just masturbation.

At least now I know the reason was really stupid, won't happen again.

Don't feel much different, maybe because I don't blame myself at all, and the streak was quite long, the balls aren't dry because of that.

This shit is difficult. After a couple of weeks I keep forgetting why I started this in the first place, or some thought convinces me its not that important and there I go.

What are the main reasons for doing this for you guys? I need some legit motivation. Personally I just want mastery over my  body. But then again, After a while I forget why I would even want that. Haha, the mind is tricky. I need some new defenses:ph34r:

And would this help with overcoming premature ejaculation? That would be worth it if so.

My motivation to do this is almost 100% for the extra motivation i get, to get shit done and be productive. Nopmo literally gives you the extra mile that others won't run with you. But, i'm also doing this because without it, i literally feel like a small boy that isn't able to defend himself/ stand up for himself, and let others walk over myself. Nofap destroys all of this, and it's magnificent.

This is when it gets interesting, cause you either get out there and get a girl, or you do more and more productive things, because you have too much drive to just sit and do nothing anymore.

Haha yeah, the funny part is that i don't really feel the need to chase girls right now. The desperation part is long gone, and it feels good. My motivation to do this is almost 100% for the extra motivation i get, to get shit done and be productive. I have some stuff i got to take care of in ma life.

"if you could control your state of mind, wouldnt you be always blissful"

I think you've misunderstood this. He's probably pointing towards the reality that you can't control your state of mind, which refers to detaching from it, not trying to manipulate it into any kind of "blissful" state.

Impossible. No one can ever be 100% blissful all the time. Detachment from clinging to any state is what you want.

My problem is i'm scared that my reply is always the same that and I'm gonna be boring for that... is there a book tht can i read ? Or can someone advice me for this problem.. help :(

The key is to stop trying so hard, and get out of your head. A problem like this only occurs when you are too much inside of your head while having a conversation with someone. Being inside of your head interrupts the natural flow of the conversation, especially when you are trying to come up with things to say when the conversation is becoming quiet. Also, there is no problem with not always "knowing" what to say, you can let the other person speak to be a listener. "How to win friends and influence people" is a good book to read on this topic.

  6. Since i left videogaming behind me, i'm  getting much more bored throughout the day. This brought me back to it, but at the same time i didn't feel like i was enjoying it as much as i was before. Yesterday i've made the decision to also leave Twitch behind and move on. I've deleted my account, but today i'm already craving the mindless activity of watching people on Twitch, and i'm insanely bored at the moment. I can't believe how addicted i'm to this. I've upgraded my meditation habit to 2 hours a day instead of 1, but i'm still craving it. I don't know what to do anymore.
