  1. 2 hours a day do nothing. 1hr in the morning and 1hr in the evening.
  2. Do you have a meditation habit? I suggest installing one if you don't.
  3. Ahahaha this is exactly what i wanted to post here.
  4. You need to read the book: “Psycho Cybernetics” by Maxwell Maltz asap.
  5. Are you talking about Leo's Life Purpose Course? Of course this is important. Mostly because a lot of people are starting a business nowadays, without really thinking it through and expecting to earn a lot of money quick, which is not what's going to happen. If your "why" is not deeply thought through you will give up very quickly because you won't have enough motivation to keep going and struggle through all the problems that may come up in your journey. Leo's Life Purpose Course.
  6. Ha this is what happened to me too. It was also the best things that happened to me, and i'm not looking back. Don't fall for this trap your ego is setting up for you, keep going. Of course you will become an outcast when you stop following the herd like a sheep and take a right turn when all of them go left, that's exactly how they should react. Become your own best friend and embrace the loneliness, it's the best thing ever. You will get to a place where you don't depend on anyone or anything for your happiness and that will be the source where everything starts to sprout from.
  7. This question presumes that you (ego), are bothering to give food to the body right now. You are not doing that, and you will never do that, with or without ego.
  8. This is just an ego projection that's trying to claim what being in higher consciousness is like, but it will never know that, because it won't be there.
  9. No one can answer that for you, because all of the answers will be given from a subjective perspective. Even the answers that you yourself will give to this question are flawed to a degree, because they are based on second hand experiences from your past environment, parents, society etc. You yourself don't even know whats good for you, because what you think is good for you is just ego at work. In the end what you do every second of the day is perfectly good and right for that moment. Whether it will be yelling at random people or drawing a nice painting, there is no real difference, because everything is consciousness at work, and reality is never wrong.
  10. Accept who you are with all your flaws and positives. Doing this can change you for the better. Your personality is changeable, but it won't change to something "better" if you are going to manipulate it with selfish impulses.
  11. Stay single and get comfortable being it. I smell jealousy and emptiness in your message, so the worst thing you can do right now is get yourself another guy to fill this up.
  12. No worries, we all do.
  13. Becoming a Psychologist/Psychotherapist. We discussed this in another topic before Lol.
  14. I had the same thing going on for me. I highly doubt that you're going to get a different result if you truly did the whole course the first time around, especially if it's not a long time ago. I also did the course for a second time (well not totally), but long enough to come up with the same LP as before, and i ended up laughing at myself for doubting it. I feel like your mind is just driving you mad like mine did before. Don't fall for the traps man, you will make the right choice when that sucker is asleep.
  15. The only way you can mess up meditating is by not doing it.
  16. Me too. I feel like it's impossible to pursue both of them at the same time, but then again if i make the choice to layoff enlightenment work, i fall back into my old habits and end up craving non-dual territory anyways.
  17. I had the same going on with my old therapist, except she was a female. It's quite important to bring it up to him that you are having these feelings, because they can really hold back you're progress and therapy sessions overall. It might even be necessary to end therapy with him and find yourself another therapist if the feelings are too strong. Don't be ashamed to tell him this, because things like these happen a lot more than you might think in the first place. Don't worry though, you will get over this, and in time you will laugh about yourself and make sense of the whole situation (hopefully).
