  2. @sgn I thought of the same quote, I would probably just smile and say hi just like I do with all other people.
  3. @BjarkeT What he said lol, it gives you even more reason to do deep work. because you'll end up in flow, it's not essential but its very interesting.
  4. For books I recommend: Deep Work by Cal Newport, The One Thing by Gary Keller and Flow by Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi Recommend reading deep work first its so key and then the others. I also made a video on Deep Work:
  5. Everywhere. Lets start with exploring Europe some more.
  6. Big up Amsterdam, let me know when you're in Europe. Amsterdam is a nice central spot and it will most likely attract people from belgium, germany and austria. Europe isn't that big lol, so travel is easy.
  7. Block in your time to focus too. Don't expect pure focus all day when you come from a society where everything is unfocused.
  8. Yhea it's the same kind of technique that is described in the 6 pillars of self-esteem. Create your own mental world. Create your own scale, every evening way yourself on your own scale. Not the scale of society.
  9. Climbing, Animation, Music, Socializing with friends playing pool and stuff and reading. And in very rare times, I play Skyrim.
  10. Upvote, lol. No I think it's a great idea. Remove all the stupid reputations!
  11. Look how this activity helps you. Cut the subject you need to study into little pieces. Then when you sit down say to yourself, this little piece I'm going to do now and I will not move from here untill its done. After you finish take a short brake and start with the next little piece.
  12. I highly recommend you read the books from Jed McKenna if you are interested in enlightenment, especially: Spiritual Enlightenment - The Damnedest Thing. He really shows you a down to earth, realistic view of enlightenment. The many analogy's Jed McKenna makes in the book helped me to wrap my mind around this complex topic. Basically he rants about the mainstream view on enlightenment. We'll all go to the party high up in the sky blissful chill type of view. He says that that is where a lot of people go wrong they take a mystical experience as enlightenment but it's not. Enlightenment isn't any type of blissful vision or something that makes you enter in an eternal good state and stuff. It is just straight up the uprooting and destroying of your belief system and ego to the point that you die and don't identify with anyone or any role anymore. It is about the realization of the fact that EVERY BELIEF IS FALSE. I made a video about it on my channel of you want to check it out link in my signature Have a great day
  13. @Phill It could be that meditation is purging some of your past traumas. I'm no expert tho.
  14. Lol it's non-duality happiness would be just as groundless as sadness. trust me you should be scared.
  15. @Hafiz Well the whole grounding for all your actions now is your self-image, ego. When that disappears there's no grounding anymore for any of your action. From the outside it won't effect your behavior in any way if you want to stay the same. However when we try to change with our ego's still in action it is quite hard. Once removed change will be much easier because there is nothing to comply with anymore. Your behavior doesn't have to be checked against your ego every time. So all the barriers of change will break down. At that point if you want to poke peoples eye's out you could do it with no ego backlash. Now of course you will still have the ability of sound reasoning so that option will probably be crossed of but it would't make any difference. So it totally depends on your intention. Want to be a healthy and fitness? you would just do it. Want to write a book? you would just do it.
  16. Spiral Dynamics? surprised nobody mentioned that yet. Probably we would slowly grow more into green and yellow.
  17. Well you can do all the affirmations you want. if you still believe you're bad at relationships it wont change anything. Your personal image has taken a stance, a belief of "I'm bad at relationships." Now you're telling yourself I'm good at relationships but positive thinking only helps when you believe what you say. So you're not getting to it at the root cause you're just covering it up with affirmations. My advice: Try to identify the exact reason of why you're bad at relationships. Try to either re-frame the belief until you're sure that you are actually good at relationship your belief was just flawed OR Work on yourself until you get to the point where you're good at relationships.
  18. Happiness is the exact same. not good, not bad. without ego happiness cannot exist.
  19. Intellectually we know we live in a "dream-state" acting out our roles. Achieving truth is fully breaking down yourself until there is nothing left. But you yourself will go trough hell, You will DIE in the full sense of the word. You'll be left as a nobody but you'll know what the hell is going on in this life. The other choice is just stay in the dream and play the roles you have always played. There is nothing wrong with that either. Ignorance is bliss. Read the books by Jed McKenna to get a grasp of this.
  20. I manifest my dinner every evening lol.
  21. And That's basically it, how could you survive by not being afraid of pain and not chasing happiness. Happiness is the deception of it, it's gets us to chase things. Happiness is not attainable that's the whole point of it. The ego keeps you moving toward happiness, forever..... keeps you avoiding pain and seeking pleasure. Now appreciate ego for what it is, quite useful. But at some point you'll get the gist and you'll be able to transcend it. Without ego you wouldn't exist, people wouldn't have anything to talk about, you would just be a little body floating through space, content. But you'll DIE understand that.
  22. Here Is a little resource for seeing where you still have victim mentality and the area's that you can improve upon. I got this from two of leo's video's Almost nobody is fully proactive. There are always little areas in life that you still use the victim mentality. Like Confidence, Organization, Relationships, Happiness, Business. You can quickly recognize the areas where you are still in a reactive or victim mindset by looking at the language you use. Saying things like: I can't That's not me It's impossible It's too hard Life is unfair I must, I need to, I have to I've never done that. I don't know how to do that. What if I fail? It's his fault (blaming others) I already tried that. Never and always, that will never happens, I never get luck, I always fail. I'll try Maybe, I think, someday I'm not good enough There is no point It's too late for me Sure it sound great, but you have ..... I don't But How? Research, trail and error. By using the right mindset against a problem it will slowly dissolve. It's like all the beliefs you made for yourself are propped up in thrown in the back of your mind. Once there they continually effect your behaviour without you even knowing it. When you decide to take matters in your own hands you should try to get a hold of all your beliefs and begin to unfold them. This will bring them into your conscious attention from there you can begin to change them. Focus on your: Mental filters Attitudes Limiting beliefs Judgements Assumptions Lack of introspection Your visualisations (the images you run through your mind) Models of reality Emotional reactions Your views as right and wrong, good and evil Your habits Self-talk Awareness Ego Consciousness When you optimize these things you will reach a point where you can literally float through life. Actually not in this sense, you'll not actually float. But the actions you take will become so fluent that you don't even need to think about it. If you liked this post, I got a video on my youtube channel it's called: Break Your Victim Mindset. click in autograph to go to my channel. Have a great day
  23. Grindin I need to deploy patience on this journey. The impact on my life it will have is so immense that it is worth at least spending 5 years to develop. Slow down, slow but steady wins the race! In this video I will point out why you yourself are your own worst enemy. In any area of your life where the obstacle looks external, it is actually internal. By adjusting your mindset you can dissolve any problem. - The Dude
  24. Leo says the name of a 40 hour course in his how to be a strategic motherfucker video.
