  1. @Ampresus Sure all of em are interesting! But I’d say, pick one area and focus on it until you are satisfied. I tried the 100 fields at the same time approach and it did not work for me. Try what works best for you
  2. I’d recommend choosing books that align with what your focus is at this point. Don’t try to read books because people tell you they are important. That’s what I did at 16 years old but it was hard to keep the habit of reading because my mind was concerned with other things. Pick something you are genuinely interested in, you won’t need to have a specific reading habit, reading just authentically happens.
  3. That’s the cool thing, this doesn’t always happen at once. Every new session you do, something new can suddenly pop up into your mind. When you actively look for it, at some point those traumatic events will reveal themselves. Keep at it
  4. This is something I learned from Teal Swan, I plan to investigate further into her method as Shadow Work is my domain of mastery, but so what I want to share with you is something I found to be interesting Whenever you notice yourself becoming emotionally triggered, it is happening because subconsciously you are bringing past experiences up that are similar to an experience you are having right now. For example being called ugly by a girl when you were 7 years old and now getting triggered every time you are in conversation with a girl because you are deeply scared that something as painful can happen. When this trigger happens, it is your subconscious trying to help you make the unaware conscious. Seperation and disconnection is an unnatural state for life to be in. Wholeness and oneness is it's natural state. So, in time, the movement towards consciousness is inevitable. Conclusion, make use of this gift of being triggered when it rises up. Feel the emotional reaction as deeply as you can and ask yourself these questions: How am I feeling? When was the last time I felt like this? When was the first time I felt like this? What this does is you are shining the light of consciousness on those subconscious memories that are always going on in the back of your mind. Making them conscious actively stops you from getting retriggered by a similar situation. This process of bringing more consciousness into trauma can take some time but it has a synergistic effect. The fire (consciousness) once so small and tender can quickly grow and spread into huge flames. It starts spreading out of itself. But in the end, it doesn't matter which questions you ask. If you just learn to dig deeper into your experience and ask why you are getting emotionally triggered, over time you will start detaching from those memories and your shadow starts integrating.
  5. @Shin I know the guy has flaws in his teachings, but why disregard him completely?
  6. @SFRL You are so controversial. I love it.
  7. @The Blind Sage I’m reading Models by Markson at the moment. A pivotal book for me. Before that I read The Way of The Superior Man. This book is really important to learn. It mainly teaches you the different ways that Masculanity and Femininity work and manifest. How to be a grounded masculine male. Good Luck.
  8. @Mikael89 Yo, how are you doing?
  9. @Mikael89 I know, and it doesn’t change that fact. All I was trying to say is, maybe your subconscious is trying to tell you something or you could benefit from deeper analysing what happened.
  10. @Mikael89 Maybe it’s stuff from your subconscious mind coming up and rising to the surface. Have you thought about the fact that we could die every moment? Might explain why that trip displayed you being able to do literally anything.
  11. @Mikael89 I do have a problem. I have high sensitivity disorder which caused me to develop really bad social anxiety and an underlying depression that is my baseline mood. Years and years I have just been living as the victim. “Certain people can do these awesome things but not me.”, “People don’t understand how bad it is for me.”, etc, etc. But then I realized what are my other options? Literally WHAT ARE MY OTHER OPTIONS. I can stay at home every day because the littlest thing overstimulates me and be all sad about it, or I can push my edge every day which may look like nothing to some people, but work towards living the life I want to live. If I want to be happy and live as I want, what other option do I have than to just do my best? So, I decided that I want to meet girls and become completely free in my self-expression. I cannot approach girls right now. I cannot behave exactly as I want to right now. But instead of being all down and defeated by that, I go out every day to go as far as I can. Saying “Hi” to everyone I see, walking past girls and looking them in the eyes instead of completely going the other way, small things like that. Monthly doing something that really scares me like actively being in a highly social environment and trying to join in f.e. In doing this I’ve already noticed huge improvements in how I feel on a day to day basis. It might take longer than most people but I will keep working untill I get to the point where I can be completely vulnerable and myself, and talk to any girl I want. I’m sure there are many people out there who have it much worse than me and so could you (I don’t know your situation) but subjectively, my life up to 3 years ago has been really dark and made me ponder suicide multiple times. If you are serious about this, and not trolling, ask yourself: Where will pitying myself and being a victim get me? We all just want to be happy and live a fulfilling life. Give yourself the chance to live a life like that. You owe it to yourself.
  12. @Mikael89 http://rsdfreetour.com Februari 6 - 2019. Freetour. You don't even have to pay, just go ahead and visit the the talk. No idea who is there, but I'm sure it could have some effect.
  13. @Mikael89 Yes. You annoy me because I can see your victim-mentality in myself. Whining about life and how difficult it is will not change a fucking thing. Only introspection and action towards changing in the face of pain will.
  14. @Mikael89 Could you do us all a favour and just fuck off from this forum? All you do is being a little victim bitch who doesn’t have the guts to actually go out there and change the stuff he suffers from. There are people out there who have it way worse than you and yet despite that work hard every day to climb their way out of hell. If you are just here to whine about the unfairness of life and how everything is fucked, please just leave and stop taking up space.
  15. @brugluiz If that lack of focus stems from the sexual energy try doing this: Sexual energy, if left alone, most likely goes to two places. Your mind or your genitals. If it goes to the mind, sexual imagination happens. If it goes to the genitals, that strong root feeling of needing to release it happens. So, instead of letting one of those happen, you learn to move the energy through your body. When you notice that energy becoming intense and almost taking you over and going to one of these two areas, Inhale into your lower stomach, then into the Diaphragm, and finally into your chest. Picture in your mind the energy going to these places and coming together. Then when you exhale, imagine it going through and along your spine into your head. This calms the energy down and makes you aware of whats happening instead of it taking you over and resulting into needing to release it. Practice this daily. If you want more info, read The Way of the Superior Man. I got most of my insight into this from that book.
  16. @Shin I guess I have a different definition of ‘mindset’ in my mind than you have. When I think of the concept mindset, I think of someone actively trying to remember that they have to think a certain way. I’m not one for the pickup you are talking about here. The Natural Lifestyles on youtube represent the sort of seduction I get really excited about. Learning to become attractive through mastering your own masculanity and awareness. David Deida and Mark Manson also talk about this in their books.
  17. @Shin That sounds like a magic pill solution. “Not going out, not working hard to grow, just do this one thing.” Feels wrong to me.
  18. @Hello from Russia Not well, I get acne and my stomach feels very heavy for 5+ hours after I consume. One of the reason I went vegan.
  19. I don't eat whole wheat grain bread anymore or most of any processed grain because it causes me to get a dip in my energy level -- probably because my stomach has trouble breaking it down. However, oats I have found to actually not cause any trouble at all. When you look at many studies they suggest that oats can have really positive benefits for our health -- Dr. Greger has a video on this I believe. Buckwheat is something that works for me too. I guess you just have to through your own process of finding out and becoming aware of how different grains effect your body. Your energy level, mood, pain-like feeling
  20. I started when I was 16, I’m 18 now.
  21. @SpaceCowboy Then you are just assuming. I’m not here trying to preach that RSD is amazing in every aspect and that everyone should check them out. I do think that they have content that can help people in specific situations and times of their life. To get back to Julien, I do think the guy has an unique type of value to offer in terms of healing emotional trauma and becoming ‘free’. When you get shamed and hated by almost the entire world for a stupid mistake you made, I’m certain you have something to offer that most people cannot relate to. I cannot afford most material myself because I’m quite broke at the moment, just trying to get by on the money I have. But, I do think it is a cheap mindset to only go for learning material that is free. These people most of the time went through hell to now being able to teach what they have learned, it is only fair that they get value payed back in return.
  22. @SpaceCowboy Oh, you must’ve bought it. What do you think?
  23. @Hello from Russia I almost watched all of The Natural Lifestyle's videos, they're amazing. That silent pickup video pretty much motivated my whole journey towards becoming socially free and bringing my consciousness work out into the world instead of just my cushion. Game with consciousness. A beautiful thing. @d0ornokey Don't write everyone off so fast. Many of them have deeper insights than you think. It's easy to assume that they are just all superficial there just for pussy and money, I did the same, but with a second look you might be surprised. @Rebec I wish I could afford Julien's transformation mastery, really some deep value in there for sure. @aurum I will watch that, thank you.
