  1. @Psychonaut Grateful for this post!!!
  2. @SaltyMeatballs Questions to consider: 1.) What are you resistant to doing? 2.) What could you do to dramatically change your circumstances? 3.) Who could you have an important conversation with? These are emotionally difficult and challenge you to step out of your comfort zone. Basically, choosing growth instead of staying where you're at.
  3. @NoSelfSelf Less neuroticism, less time "in my mind" and less time "overthinking". Also, an enhanced perception of reality. Meditation/Psychedelics increases visual clarity. The greens and blues outside look more crisp, etc. Lucid dreaming multiple times a week, experiencing parts of my psyche that are showing me what i can improve on and what i hold as strong beliefs.

  5. @electroBeam How about you have an experience of step 4 and come back and tell us about it
  6. @SageModeAustin im down bro... u go first
  7. @iTommy Autosuggestion my dude
  8. @NoSelfSelf Running on a trail, lucid dreams, talking to like minded individuals, helping those younger than you, as well as the very elderly. Psychedelics and solo travel.
  9. What is Conditioning? What is Addiction? Differentiating Conditioning from Addiction Unraveling the depth of conditioning society has undergone. All the traps of conditioning, etc.
  10. @Mikael89 Being skeptical is okay, but have you actually tried to do it for a prolonged period of time? 30-60 days? It's not a doctor's job to "treat" something like this. It's not something that needs to be prescribed... It's something that an individual voluntarily undertakes as a commitment in order to increase their consciousness and let go of the vices that hold the mind back. Please research "Brahmacharya" if you are interested in learning more about what "NoFap" is pointing to.
  11. @spicy_pickles Reframe your situation and think about it like a transition phase. You're entering into a new phase of learning about who you are and what you want out of relationships. Seek congruency and alignment with what feels right and authentic to your unique attributes.
  12. @Psychonaut This is a huge stack!! I have been taking L Theanine with Caffeine for about a week or so and am experiencing some subtle benefits. Is there a nootropic you would recommend I eventually add to this combo? Thanks
  13. @Killer Bee Watch Leo's video "Awareness alone is curative." Also, start to develop moment by moment mindfulness of your daily activities so you can begin to see the effect the "low consciousness" behaviors are having on your well-being. Good luck!
  14. @Garuda All i want to see is Leo on the JRE Podcast is that too much to ask for? Here is Jamie's Twitter: https://twitter.com/jamievernon?lang=en I've left several comments on podcasts (which have been upvoted) to try and get Leo on!
  15. @ZZZZ I feel it. Finals can be rough, especially if you decide to let yourself go/backslide. Remember to take care of first things first. And that's you. 36 units? I'm baffled. Make sure you stick to doing the most important thing first, and once that is completed, move on to the next most important thing, etc. This way you are AS optimized as you could possibly be. Good luck man
  16. @Sven Ego backlash for me is when my body jolts or my eye flinches to something that i observe. If i have a strong judgement, my eye will flinch. When i notice this, i place my awareness on it and i focus on not identifying. This way, i can create space between myself and the monkey chatter/judgement. In your case, it sounds like you need more awareness training. In what ways do you resist doing what you should do? What makes you uncomfortable and how do you cope? I'm talking about on a subtle level... Identify these and work on overcoming them
  17. @Dan Arnautu Did you take the assessment?
  18. Here is a very useful map of the emotions we can experience and how they are intertwined with our consciousness levels David Hawkins - Power Vs Force.pdf
  19. I wanted to share a "Behind the Scenes" of one of my favorite music artists, Jon Bellion. These videos give such a great example of the 10,000 rule and how mastery can unfold. This man is living out his Life Purpose, and he impacts and heals the lives millions through his music.
  20. @pluto What behavior change will you make because of this information?
  21. @CreamCat Are you sure about that?
  22. @Timotheus Distracting yourself from Truth long enough so that the day becomes night before you realized it. Over and over again.. That's Maya
  23. @dvdas Being extremely open minded is something that one has to work on over and over. Change is difficult, and the ego doesn't like it. So we must continually be open to change and willing to transform ourselves into the best version of ourselves. This takes lots of trial and error.
