  1. Hey there, I am trying to get into Hatha Yoga but i can't seem to find good resources. I am looking for a progressive guideline, that leads you from the basic poses to the advanced. Most of the books/courses give you just some poses without any structure behind it. It's like "here are 50 Asanas now do them as you please" I want to build my own routine, so if you could help me out i would be very grateful.
  2. I'm in the same boat as you, but i have a more optimistic outlook. It hurt like a bitch when i went out the door to do some hiking in the woods and see my friends playing football without you in the distance. But here is the deal: First of all lose the limiting belief that you can't built new better relationships. Of course you can! But you have to invest, you have to give, to really get those awesome friends you want. It takes time to build strong relationships. Also you have to see it in the long run: Where will you be when you keep going in 20 years, and where would you be when you stayed there where your friends at? Really look at both scenarios and feel the contrast. It is worth the struggle!
  3. Greetings, My throat chakra is blocked as hell, resulting in: swollen and sensitive throat, clenched and tense jaw, trouble speaking clearly, trouble expressing myself authentically, neurotic tendency to touch my throat, tinnitus, tense neck, feeling a tense knot in the whole throat-mouth-neck area. It's not fun! So i want to heal my throat chakra and i found some great exercises that helped me along the way: Breathing deeply through the mouth, chanting the om, yoga for the neck, lions breath, singing Progress is there, but progress is also slow and i feel there are more efficient ways to deal with this whole shabang. So maybe you guys know what i can do? Any help is appreciated.
  4. @pluto great, thank you for sharing @Petals Interesting technique, thanks for sharing. Keep strong.
  5. @pluto Thank you! but to be honest i don't have the slightest clue how to use a color to open up my chakra. Do you mean meditating, experiencing on the color?
  6. @phllip103 can you explain what you mean? I'm not sure i understand you.
  7. @Leo Gura May i ask you what water do you buy? I heard that cheap bottled water is worse than tap water. I also believe those "purified water" is pure marketing bullshit. So i don't know what the hell i should put in to my body, it's so frustrating.
  8. @Enlightenment Yeah this made me wonder too. Here in germany the tap water is pretty clean too. @Leo Gura So what about tap water? Is it just an bad idea to drink tap water in america or is there a general reason to avoid drinking that stuf anywhere?
  9. This channel is gold for all people trying to get into body based therapy and bioenergetics (freeing yourself from unconscious tensions in the body resulting in a healthy mind) https://www.youtube.com/user/amira227 I highly recommend his playlists for bioenergetics and his workouts, powerfull stuff.
  10. @Leo Gura I can't conceive how you would go about this plan. Just for funs sake, how would you influence the most powerfull people to do drugs? Seems rather impossible from my perspective.
  11. @herghly it happened to me too, after a 1 week retreat i fell into a maddening porn spree. Sometimes i fee like retreats are more danger than good, i think it triggers homeostasis to hard.
  12. Never Split the Difference is great
  13. I listened to the audiobook like 4 times, if you don't have audible yet, get your free audiobook when creating an acount and choose this one.
  14. @Ella Great thank you! What is the difference between a thought and an affirmation in the context of this exercise?
  15. @Ella I Hope i understand the exercise right: You choose your own affirmations that are powerfull and positive for you, write them down. And then you read them/think them for 2 hours, 10 seconds each while looking into a mirror. After that you easily notice negative thoughts and can delete them? If i got it right, it sounds pretty cool, will try this out.
  16. Or use google drive or something similar
  17. i like this
  18. Embrace the pain, reflect, extract the lessons and write them down, find a new goal, fail or suceed, repeat.
  19. Thank you! Much appreciated.
  20. @dimitri this is great. Leo is a copycat!
  21. It's oftopic but @Esoteric mentioned it: What's the best psychedelic for experiencing music? DiPT should highly effect listening but i don't have much info..
  22. Greetings, Somehow i started thinking about how Psychedelica is connected to spirituality. Is a psychedelic experience always a spiritual experience and vice versa? In my experience both are deeply intertwined and highly similar. When i crave a psychedelic experience, do i secretly crave for more spirituality? I am interested in your perspectives.
  23. Education (but don't ask me how!) Away from building mindless drones, teach them concepts, self sufficiency and critical thinking ( + Spirituality of course)
