  1. @caelanb Can you be a little bit clear. I didn't get this. What do you exactly wanna do ?
  2. @Peace and Love That's great. I will try both Karuna and Usui Reiki..Congratulations on completing the Masters course.
  3. You said experiential. But you forgot one word - existential. Spirituality is fun. Spirituality is the basis of everything. But everything is not spirituality. It's one thing to be spiritual, it's another thing to be a spiritual junkie. It's one thing to run on the treadmill, it's another thing to be a marathon runner.
  4. Somehow you took the words right out of my mouth. Maybe a lot many don't agree and it doesn't sit right with a lot of people out there because it's so conflicting with their inner desire for utopia, it's just gets harder to accept. But when you do some inner work, you probably realize through self honesty that you had a big mountain to climb. It's just that you missed the mountain all along and now when you see it, it's so difficult to accept it. It clashes with the truth of truths. Ultimately what clashes with your mind is the unbearable truth the Ego of egos never wanted to accept. With that statement you managed to break the illusion of illusions.
  5. My motivations are :: # Connecting to the universal consciousness # Finding meaning to a mundane existence. # Solution to suffering # Self transcendence # Spreading and receiving love # Manifestation of God in my life. # Search for truth # I am inherently spiritually inclined # Application of spirituality in life and in the world. 21st century needs it the most. # Finding peace in a stressful life.
  6. @sleeperstakes Do meditation Increase self awareness Practice existential contemplation Practice self honesty Self inquiry Start self actualization step wise. Set concrete goals Follow in baby steps
  7. @Joseph Maynor yea...a lot of people make the mistake of starting right from the top. First you need to get your lower in order and then work your way to the top. @Joseph Maynor but paparadoxically it's also important to work on your top chakras because how you feel spiritually and mentally is also affecting and directing your primal physical functions. So it's like if you work only on the lower ones, that's akin to driving a car without a navigator. So if you want the upper spiritual chakras to influence the lower ones in the right direction then it makes sense to start with the upper ones. It's like if you're in the right state of mind spiritually and mentally you'd also balance out the lower chakras in accordance to your spiritual and mental shifts. So yeah, it's a dance here. Work on both simultaneously. A Little bit on the upper and sometimes on the lower. Balance both like juggling.
  8. Does anyone have extensive but useful info on chakra exercises. I have been searching on the internet but mostly vague guided meditations stuff. I'm looking for real exercises not a bunch of feel good words from sooth sayers. Practice exercises for each chakra. Can include meditations. But other stuff would be more helpful. Like self transcendence exercises.
  9. @Prabhaker Thanks Prabby. If you got more exercises than these please do post in future here.
  10. You managed to lose weight in a very short span of time. Are you very strict and disciplined in your daily schedules ? What specific regimen do you follow ? Another question Which productivity apps do you use on your phone. How do you plan and manage your daily tasks. Any tricks/ hacks you use ?
  11. I clicked on the link and nothing. Why ??? https://www.actualized.org/blueprint
  12. @Ilya Practice more and more self inquiry. It works like magic. First try, then say. There's no point if you're going to be negative about it. Enlightenment is a different ball game altogether.
  13. @lens Probably stay off the internet for a while. It's just a rack of coincidences. Roko balisik ya heard of that. Chill and take care.
  14. @Annetta 4k is Harambe or Big Foot.
  15. I'd say Tommy Sotomayor understands the problem better.
  16. @kieranperez Don't beat yourself up. Just be careful and stay away from toxic people. They are massive energy vampires and they suck out everything from you. And don't care what people think, they are usually wrong about their judgment of you.
  17. I'm not sure if the wives are enlightened or simply tagged along. Just saying.
  18. What are your expectations from us actualized.org followers ?
  19. @Leo Gura What's the secret to your ethereal beauty ?
  20. What would you do if a racketeer raccoon stole your dream actualized org from you ?
  21. @The White Belt imo. Most people are a combination of the two. There's always a gray in everyone.
  22. Well some people might find it gross just some people are embarrassed or find it uncomfortable to visit a public restroom. That actually doesn't make it gross. Only gross for you. Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. By your logic it would mean everyone who is having sex right now is doing something gross but no. Imo, sex is beautiful and also not just mechanical but emotional and mental. It's the problem with men, tbh.....they don't understand how to balance their sexual desires. (Those who know enjoy it.) Such men, either they take it too far and make it a perverted addiction or they completely cut off citing reasons like distraction from career, obstacle to growth blah blah blah...the real thing is they just don't know how to juggle different aspects of manhood. These are unbalanced men.
  23. I think certain concepts are necessary to bring a structure to life.
  24. Solitude can be intrinsically and extremely pleasant only if you learn how to enjoy it. It's because of social conditioning that we constantly compare ourselves with others and feel unhappy because somehow social culture has implanted the idea that solitude is equal loneliness and strangeness. However the greatest poets, authors, artists had their best moments of peace, creativity and insights during moments of reflection in complete solitude. The quality of a moment spent alone by yourself cannot be measured by set standards, it's very much a subjective experience that depends on the person experiencing it. Being social has its own benefits. You learn and when surrounded by happy positive people, their energy makes you happy too. It's very much a balance between the two. Both can be rewarding in their own ways. Depends which one you wish to choose out of the two. Both are necessary in a balance.
