  1. Shadow work will take some time. You will need to be patient. First do some meditation to increase awareness. Then do hours and hours of self-inquiry. This will trememdous patience and time. Next do transcendental meditation. You can also use various forms of art and creative expression to fully connect to your feelings. Then do journaling extensively. This will help in venting and ranting. Then do some self-observation throughout the day. this will give you an idea where you're going wrong and what is causing distractions. Lastly come to shadow Work where you are going to face those inner demons and confront your inner psychological issues. This entire cycle will take enormous time. I hope it helps. Goodluck.
  2. Nothing is real, yet it doesn't appear like an illusion.
  3. You're over analyzing things and taking it too far. At this point, only existence should matter to you, rest all are just concepts. You are conceptualizing too much which is not bad, if the concepts help you in your life but It's a futile exercise to first surrender your mind to different concepts and then abandon them when a new concept comes on the horizon. Also do not believe everything on the internet and YouTube videos, a lot of that is baloney anyway. Remember nobody is perfect. it's perfectly okay for you to make mistakes. Don't give into too much subjective analysis. Things happen. One thing that I can sort of make out from the gist of the post is that you're are appearing to be trying to control your destiny which is bad because a lot that happens in life is influenced by so many many factors that's it's impossible to control aspects of it. It's beyond your reach. It also seems like you are looking for a security blanket which is pretty conmon while you are young, but as you mature, you begin to see how life unravels and that you can only determine the responses to the circumstances but You can't control those circumstances. So there is no security for anything. The security ever is your own sanity. As long as your mind is in the right place, you would be able to handle whatever life throws at you, big or small. You only have to focus on your path. Take responsibility for yourself. The pain, insecurity is all arising from a lack of accountability and an inbuilt resistance to self -accountability. once you overcome this resistance barrier, you'll realize that nothing ever mattered as much as It did before. Don't try to make a sense of reality. live it. Understand that your purpose lies within you. Take the world at face value. After a time, nothing would really make any sense except your own purpose and don't feed into ideas that the internet gives you. There's just too much to life for you to figure out in an instant. if you search, you'll keep searching forever. End the search for security. know yourself and begin your journey towards self fulfillment.

  6. Not the ways to correct it but the ways to identify it.
  7. Enlightenment Awareness High Consciousness I think they intersect each other at some point. However a clear distinction between the three is difficult.

  9. So other than CBT what do you suggest ? because most therapists only come up with CBT
  10. I guess This is a visualization technique by Hicks. sorta law of attraction. ? right ? So If I have a problem then I should write down the solution till I actually start to believe that it will happen. how is it ? explain this law. kinda didn't get it. what do I need to practice ? Let's assume I have low self-esteem. or I am not healthy or I feel like My situation will never improve. this could be an inner sabotage defeating me. now how should I apply this law ? what lie should I say and what technique should I use ?
  11. The first step towards enlightenment is to know oneself - Me
  12. You taught a good lesson. Thumbs up.
  13. Good question. The thing is if you don't resolve suffering, you might end up suffering even more. So You can't simply watch it. And suffering gets intense when you get attached to it. Detachment to a certain extent reduces the experience of suffering. But You can't simply watch it and allow yourself to suffer, can you? So You must put active effort in reducing your suffering in whatever way you can. However no matter whatever you do, some level of suffering does exist and you can't expect to completely rid it from your life.
  14. I'm not triggered at all. It is you who is triggered and who cares to reply when he sees something insignificant. And on the basis of someone's thread, they even go as far as That they even chart someone's progress in life. keep speculating good luck
  15. Ego is extremely destructive. It's the worst thing that can exist in anyone. I have tried to get rid of it and I am glad I'm successful. Ego causes conflict, chaos and destroys order and peace. It makes you an ugly person. It's the lowest of the lowest form of low consciousness. Not only does ego destroy peace, it arouses jealousy, narcissism and lack of empathy and understanding. A healthy ego is born out of self respect and maturity. However most forms of egoes are unhealthy and rooted in greed and destructive self-centeredness. Ego brings in neurosis. Ego can destroy a good seed, turn a good person into a low conscious neurotic nut. Ego even destroys genuine and pure love. Ego lacks appreciation for love and kindness and takes all the good for granted. Breeds hatred and division. Ego rids one of empathy, kindness and wisdom and turns a beautiful garden into a desert. When you're on your Life Purpose journey, remember to leave ego behind and cultivate empathy. The last thing you'll ever need on the path of spirituality is kindness. Without it, all spirituality is a hollow shell.
  16. I understand that they are rich in different ways. However my point was not that. The point was that someone like Bill Gates could still be happy. The perception that he is not happy just because he is wealthy or successful is a mere assumption.
  17. I am aware. But to succinctly believe that because someone is successful and therefore he must be unhappy, I see it as assumption. Maybe they're happy. How can someone know for sure they aren't.
  18. @Preetom I have helped a friend of mine when she was in some financial trouble. I gave her my scholarship money.
