So i did a vipassana retreat last month and after taking modafinil on 5th day and having a good meditation session i had a insight like whatever i do i cannot tell how good meditation was to my friends and make them realize. Because they only realize to the extent where i believe they realized it. It made me go deep and realize they where all projections of my mind and am only one aware. (Its confusing to tell this way, let me try it again) if i and marie are friends and marie cannot have another friend without i knowing it, and if i die marie dies with me. I earlier thought everyone have there own world or reality, but this made me think otherwise. So if this is a good insight how do i integrate this to my life? Does a good insight changes ur life automatically or u have to work with for so many years and integrate it with life?

Do you think a spiritualy high people from India does that? spiritually high people you know from india must be deluded and dosent know anything. Problem with India is everyone here is spiritual and even small kids on bombay street can recite advaitha vedantha slokas ?

India is a mixed bag, there are still tribal mentality people like beige and purple. Who do vodo and other stuffs. And there are red and blue who also do same stuff. There are orange, green and yellow also. And there are turquoise+++ people also. But 75% are blue and they are identified with culture and do cultural things religiously. Some of those things they do are either from low stages like getting girl married to dog just to end horoscope issues of her and some rituals are from high stages like fasting, mantra chanting etc

B/w Hinduism has a 1000 books and most cotradict each other. And since most are sanskrit monks interept according to there own beliefs.

So i was recording a video and after few takes i noticed i was having issues with pronouncing certain words correctly when iam talking in flow. I think partially its because of energy drain, then again i always had the issue of pronouncing words correctly when i am talking in meetings and all. And i feel like i can hear my wrong pronounciation in brain(like echo) i have a big nose and have a slight bend. Also i get lack of breath when am talking for more than 2 min. I really want to improve my public speaking skills. What can i do?

To be more clear can everyone be sucessfull in everything from finances to relationship possible? Or is it only for few and rest can be sucessfull in one or two things?

Slight bend on nose i said was not about imperfection or anything , i was asking wether a slight bend in nose could cause breathing issues which result in talking issues. B/w my breathing is normal.

My self actualization journey started is close to 4years now and i still feel like i dont remember basic or its like i dont know still anything to help people around me. I do meditation, visualization,contemplation etc. Leo having a wide variety of topic how do you guys master and remember all this. Like do you still remember his self love exercise? Or how to have amazingsex or how to be attractive, how to be a man etc when a social situation comes or an event occur in life or do u rewatch again when needed?

This i what i wanted to hear. This is the only thing i wanted to hear. This made me relieved.

Come back and read it, when reading they ask is ur parents name this, if no they take another leaf and ask is it this. They will get it if they have or they will say sorry we dont have a leaf of yours. As far as i know the Nadi jyothishi (this is called Nadi jyothisham) are mostly honest people. Once your parents are correct they will go and record the leaf to a C.D and read it aloud to us. How life will be for us and all. My past life was not mentioned. My sisters was mentioned. I now see it as nothing informational, i still have to do my shit ?
