  1. Yaaa... I think many people misunderstand themselves and others here as Yellow or above but are really more "orangey-flavor". Or more "Expert" in terms of the Ego-Development model I think. Just cuz we talk about systems thinking and spirituality and even have mystical experiences and do psychedelics doesn't put us at Tier-2 etc.. The popular SD and Wilberean theories popular here even emphasize people have different lines of development that can be at different stages.
  2. Bruh... that's not what No-Nut-November means... Article: https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/is-it-bad-to-hold-your-poop "Sometimes, people need to poop..." ---> remember this. "In more severe situations, this behavior can lead to incontinence or cause severe issues, such as fecal impaction (when a hard, dry mass of stool becomes stuck in the colon or rectum) or gastrointestinal perforation (a hole in the wall of the gastrointestinal tract)." "Holding in poop can also cause distension or stretching, of the rectum." " an increased fecal load in the colon may increase bacterial counts and create long-term inflammation increase the risk of developing colon cancer. "research also suggest links between holding in poop and appendicitis and hemorrhoids." Confirmed: Holding poop = colon cancer #all poop all the time November #poop for freedom December #shit where you want October #colon cancer awareness month: shit for those you love
  3. As much as I bash and dislike Leo's style and way he treats and communicates with people... ya, this is fair.
  4. Seems like inner work to me. Maybe I misunderstood.
  5. Ya... just literally accept and acknowledge the feedback. Respect her communications --> leads to trust --> leads to openness and communication etc.. Which may all take Patience. But, if you find you don't want to be with this person if they aren't 99% (or w/e percentage) willing to talk about stuff, then I guess you gotta make that call to be with them or not. But if you want to continue with her, then I'd respect her wishes and communications. It's obviously a sensitive subject for her. The last thing she'd want is someone saying "You know, I just don't understand why you're so sensitive. Look at me! I'm not sensitive at all!" This could easily be construed as you telling her "You're not good enough like me"... so just ya... Be easy. Go gently. Take the obvious feedback that it's sensitive for her and respect that. Maybe once you've developed enough trust and respect etc., then you can start to communicate more openly. But she has to feel safe, like you won't psychologically "pounce" or be "too much" for her.
  6. How I see the prioritization on the forum and from Leo 1. Spiritual wake up (farrrrrr out-pacing anything else). 2. Show up (though, much less lower than #1) 3. Clean up 4. Grow up (clean up and grow up are very close together seems to me and hard to say which is more prioritized)
  7. Ya... I dunno... this guy just... something about him seems lacking integrity and like despite what he says, everything he says seems to lack integrity and is like just window-dressing... Like I wouldn't trust him. Not because of what I know of his history, but just something about the way he communicates... it's in his eyes. Like it's all about him even though he tries to make it seem it's about growth and facing his demons etc.. Like he's using all these issues and dramas just for his channel and recognition. ya, maybe that's it. I bet he'd score high in narcissism. ... I hope it doesn't take one to know one lol. But I wish him well and hope it's all good. ... You know, I wonder if a big thing for him for growth would be to let go of posting and making videos. Or at least like not have himself in the videos or something. Like, maybe this whole YT thing is a big contributor to his issues and/or just kind of make any self-growth stuff he does not really work since it's all just for his YT channel and thus isn't coming from a more genuine place. Dunno.
  8. Hurdles: Everyone else in the world messing up my plans and screwing everything up.
  9. Take their social butterfly-ness as the foundation. Then notice that, sure, maybe you had some communication or connection of sorts... but that doesn't mean their social butterfly-ness goes away, and that it probably means you're simply interacting with that social butterfly-ness. It's like if you owned an ice-cream truck, pulled up to a park, and a kid comes over all excited. But then 5 more trucks pull-up and now you're disappointed and don't understand why the kid went to the other ones: Cuz it's ice cream and the kid wants to try all sorts of ice cream. He wants to see what the others have too. Variety! And it's not personal. They just pick a random truck, or one that looks slightly more appetizing than the others, and just go with that. Maybe the other trucks are simply closer in proximity so the kids all go to those ones. Bunch of factors. It's play. ... maybe it's like this analogy.
  10. Lol. Also... Gabor Mate offered a reframe for the term "relapse": Something like "You didn't relapse. Look how far you've come. Before you would've taken weeks, months, to abstain again and get yourself back together. It took you far less time this time." Something like that. I dunno if it was for the term "relapse" or not, maybe it was for the term "failed" in relation to addiction. But you get the picture.
  11. This seems like a contradiction. Care to elaborate? If you're unstable... I'd hold off on the psychedelics. if you're unstable but are still going to do psychedelics anyways... At least try doing it with a sort of therapist who can walk you through the experience Or have a therapist on-hand that knows you somewhat and knows what you're doing and are themselves experienced in psychedelics Try the TRIPP Network -> bunch of therapists who help people with trip integration and stuff Do it with a trip-sitter you trust and feel comfortable with.
  12. It's a Green-Movement slogan
  13. Now any time I see restaurants tossing out garbage I'm going to automatically think "That restaurant just coomed." lol
  14. Bruh... well done I suppose. Seriously though, what have you noticed? Benefits, drawbacks, just how you feel compared to fapping etc..
  15. Jesus... how many guys here get wet dreams? Not that there's anything wrong with it. No shame I think I've literally only had like one in my entire life. ... maaayybe. Also, it'd be cool to do a poll on how many guys made it through vs. how many didn't (and those that didn't how many coomed and how they coomed [masturbate, sex, wet dreams, other lol])
  16. All I can say is that I've done veggie (with some seafood) for years, and there's been a few times I've gone back to meat for like a week or two and a similar thing happened: Basically I get super duper brain foggy and even my vision seems clouded and unfocused. I did it more recently, but I also did it back when I was studying for college exams and I was actually concerned I might do really poorly in them since I found it hard to concentrate and think clearly. Now, one thought I had was that maybe it was because I wasn't eating fully organic meat, raised well, etc., and that some of the pesticides and hormones might be causing the issue. I will say though, my poos look a lot healthier when I eat more meat. I find it's also more cheap to eat meat as a source of protein as opposed to avocados, nuts, seeds, and beans. So, I suppose it's a tradeoff. I'm gunna try doing a week or so with only eating organic meats and see how I feel.
  17. From a brief glance, it seems we agree relatively well. Seems valid and well-intentioned and just like ya... reasonably well thought out.
  18. What does this stand for? What were the 8 principles? Cheers
  19. Nice. Bro was like a board horizontally. ... a little cocky there lol. Lol. I can imagine that. They did a good job if it is fake.
  20. Go to around 1:11:20. He cites a paper he read called "A historical study of the statistical precursors for super geniuses" with the basic point being that in modern times we aren't seeing as many super-genius-polymath types as we used to, and that the one thing in common with pretty much all super-geniuses was that they had an "aristocratic tutoring". Meaning, they were homeschooled by the very best tutors rather than public education, and that that process is somehow significantly more beneficial to creating a curiosity-driven mind than a mind that just remembers stuff etc.. I'm sure it's not 100% accurate what I wrote, but basically tried to pull from what Daniel said as much as I could.
  21. Put your head on her head in return, hold her hand, put your arm around her... basically = reciprocate the snuggle and get more snuggly... then go from there.
  22. Lolz Shoulda tried the Amish. Except you never really can be too sure. Also, I'm part of the Coomer club now. Never really signed on for it... but am going week-by-week trying to abstain.
  23. Yup. Me-thinks, at least what I've learned from the likes of Daniel Schmachtengerger and co., is that information warfare and propaganda are ubiquitous. Cool the jets. Remember... even years after we may not know the real story. Perhaps best to consider agendas; who's agenda does this story serve (most)? Who's agenda does this action served (if true)? And a plethora of other questions and possibilities.
  24. Haha... I don't know why but I found that sentence very funny. Maybe since it's like a huge, major scientific breakthrough: "Researchers have grown brain cells in a lab", and then what they used it for was "play Pong" lol. I'm not saying it's not cray cray. Just the wording was funny.
