  1. Giving the amount of information that is available today compared what was available during Jesus's or Buddha's time (pretty much nothing), we have it so much easier too become enlightened. Today if someone has a spiritual/kundalini awakening there are thousands of other similar stories and tips to read and listen to from other people which can support any difficulties. You realise that what your going through is pretty much normal. Imagine if you were Jesus and had a spiritual awakening, you literally have nothing to relate your experience to. It would 10 times as scary as a modern awakening. Not only did Jesus/Buddha get through the Ego death process and reach liberation without support (besides their own intuition), they influenced billions of people afterwards. Hats off to these early awakened folks, most of us should realise that our behaviour and current state of consciousness is absolutely pathetic given the resources and support available.
  2. Yeah I’m definetly on spectrum, I’d say Aspergers. I find that it’s helps for me but only because actualisation/enlightenment has become my special interest. I love gaining new perspectives about life in a nerdy way and very resilient when trying to raise consciousness. Downsides are probably not taking enough practical action, getting trapped in theory and just day dreaming way to much. Ive come to realise that there are probably lots of people on this forum that are on the spectrum whether they know it all not. I can spot the aspie way of thinking pretty easily. In fact I’d say aspies gravitate towards the yellow stage quite naturally in spiral dynamics quite naturally easily understand systems thinking and see the world in a different way to most people.
  3. @Mikael89 @MM1988 I suggest you guys read the book “Models” by Mark Manson. I reckon it could be a real eye opener to how your making yourself so unattractive and how to fix it.
  4. @Joseph Maynor Says the guy who said he thinks his enlightened in another post.
  5. lol the guy is so lost. His whole channel is just dissing spiritual teachers such as Teal Swan and Matt Kahn. Can't believe how triggered stage orange people get over it. So funny yet so sad
  6. I’ve had active kundalini for about 2 years and I’ve come to know what this divine love is about, bit by bit. It’s been quite slow and a lot of hard realisations but it’s worth it. Major aniexty, depression, feeling insane is a part of the process to heaven. So is heavenly bliss and mania... The more you surrender the easier life becomes, but the less it is your life. @Misagh you got learn about balancing energy and delveloping more healthy habbits when kundalini is active. If you don’t then kundalini will just teach you the lesson the hard way
  7. The ego loves to find the solutions to such stupid questions, just notice that.
  8. Trying to love is a illusion. Love is another word for natural consciousness taking the steering wheel, when the ego is absent at that point in time
  9. I disagree when Leo says someone has to read 100's of books to escape the maze of life. In fact this can be a big distraction and be completely ego driven as the ego loves to gain "more" of things (e.g. More knowledge, more books) as it feels like it's advancing. I think number one thing is to have a deep curiosity as to what's true in ones experience. I guess books can help but someone definitely doesn't have to read hundreds.. got to realise a lot of these books are written by people with there own ideas which aren't necessarily true. Just a word of warning
  10. @Nahm I believe it's a maze 100%. Just most of my progress/insights hasn't been from reading books it's been seeing in my direct experience how my mind works. I've read a few of the good books and listened to hundreds of hours of enlightened teachers because it's what I like to do. Some of it has helped to see things in a different way but a lot has been a time waster. I just suggest people do what works best for them and not fill like reading 100s of books is necessary. I assume a lot of people don't even bother starting because Leo has set the bar way to high
  11. So you can keep the body and mind healthy which allows you to raise your consciousness levels with more ease (provided you do the correct practices). There's more reasons than just doing it to look good or attract girls.
  12. I’m not sure where you heard he got instantly enlightened because that wasn’t the case for him. If you listen to more of videos and read his books he states that the first glimpse was when he saw that the ego was a illusion. After that he went though several years of hardship as the ego tried to remain intact. He says that he wouldn’t wish the afterward dissolving process on his worst enemy.
  13. I reckon the no alcohol, no junk food, no caffeine etc gets taken way too seriously on this forum to the point it's like another 10 commandments (stage blue mentality). Yeah it helps to limit the amount but remember life isn't that serious
  14. @martins name ok well maybe that statement should be highlighted on this topic. Your saying that the impact that alcohol has on ones life depends on the stage of personal development that the particular individual is at.
  15. @martins name yeah sorry I re-read after I sent message and realised
  16. @martins name lol rubbish dude. You saying no enlightened masters or philosophers didn't drink alcohol? Alan Watts, Osho.. do some research
  17. @Joseph Maynor I'd be mindful of that sort of justification. I remember when I was doing meth and made pros out of it by saying it's good for studying and helps to relieve sickness.
  18. This sort of topic is pretty relevant for me at the moment. I have made massive progress with growth over last few years after kundalini awakening but alcohol hasn't been something that has left. I love the taste and buzz of having a few beers on the weekend. At the same time I know it's not healthy but because of new levels of contentment it's like I don't care that much.. I do feel like I will get sick of it at some point, it does effect energy levels significantly when you drink to much.
  19. Nah just havent trolled much and thought I'd give it a go. Was a nice expereince, thanks for giving me your time. Off to sleep now. Until next time
  20. Stop getting triggered mr turquoise
  21. Joseph's big turquoise ego doesn't like the fact that someone made it to yellow way before he did. Leave the poor man alone
  22. @Leo Gura Just like to here your thoughts on this video.. might change some of your opinions on him.. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z6F-jyrSBgg
  23. Yeah he does talk about a lot of things which I would agree with but there are times where he does talk shit. In the above video I laughed a little at around 5:20 where he says that god is masculinity. I guess that's why Leo has problems with him because can't transcend those stage orange biases.
