@momo its a dream. all awareness is the consciousness itself, the fabric of dreams. in the illusion, consciousness limits itself, so there's a mouse, and also an Einstein. Both are consciousness / awareness. If you and your friend do the things Leo is telling you, the practices, you would both eventually see you are the same dreamer. It's blissful, but you'll have to trade your very selves for it. What makes it awesome, is that the illusion is fubu (for you by you). Also awesome is that built into your illusion, is a special twist just for you, where you get to start from right Now, with a false premise that reality is real, you're doing the breathing, you're beating your heart, logic is paramount, you are real, imagination is make believe, you actually die one day, you don't have a relationship with reality, and God is seperate and possibly judging you. @ZX_man it's just thoughts man. Don't follow those. Get something else in your ears & eyes. Something you like. Long term, do you meditate every day? Once, twice? All Is Well brother. This too will pass, and this too will open a new door for you, like all other challenges have. The ego / identity is always ready to point you in the wrong direction like this. But that's all it is. Get back to your practices of well being, and 24-7 awareness of your breathe. Everybody here loves you!

@MiracleMan I suffered from "manic depression" for a while, a long time ago. I use the quotes because what I actually suffered from was not meditating, so I had almost no focus and my thoughts wandered aimlessly in a world of elusive & overwhelming stimulation. Have you went a month or two of daily meditation & 24/7 breathing awareness? That is what work for me. Pills, therapy, eating like a pig - none of that helped me. It made it worse. I hope you get back to 100! Depression sucks! You have a community here for you.

@Edvard DO EVERYTHING LEO IS TELLING YOU! The death of the ego is a DEATH OF YOU. You. Will. fucking. die. Then you'll be infinite, but alone. Then you'll be right back in the illusion, but you know it's an illusion. You'll know that it's YOUR illusion. It takes a long time. You'll need to get from where you are now to non-thinking. Everything you said doesn't matter because the brain that's thinking it and the mouth that's saying it is an illusion. What does matter is doing the practices. There is no better or more all encompassing master than Leo. Just wake up and do what he's telling you. Let all the questions go, that is practicing in itself. Notice them arise in your mind, and let them go. After you let it go, notice how everything is the same. Had you said it, it would have made no progress for you.

The real One. you just haven't let go of this illusory self yet, and that's perfect. It's ok! You're at the perfect place at the perfect time in all of infinitey! Don't filter it down to what you want to do now and what you'll surely do later, etc, etc, etc BULLSHIT He's like you're own personal coach / angel and he's telling you without even asking for anything in return. Let go of your concept of a Saint and wake the fuck up and do everything he is telling you to do. You're this infinite One who created this illusion. Now you're in the illusion as John. Part of the illusion that you made is to be John and John get's to discover the Truth because he was born as a SEPERATE THING. But of course, you're not actually a seperate thing. That's just part of the grandest most mind blowing illusion of all time. The confidence issue can be resolved, immediately, right now, in 1 of two ways. Be tough, brave, focused, and adopt an attitude fit to conquer the world... or .... realize everything is One and you are that One. When you die, you're that One again, and it's a little lonely being the only thing there is. So you'll do more illusions. When you look at other people, look right into their eyes and realize it's you!!!! Ultimately you are alone. There is nothing to fear because whatever you think is just part of the illusion. In summation, the next time you feel that shit, say to yourself "I'm alone". Be grateful for every person you see and you will be a happy drunk for the rest of your life!

Within. "I already experienced more than I was able to handle on the mushrooms." Contemplate what this self imposed limit is. The mushrooms are showing you to you. Once your foundation is such that you accept you, then you pop. Then you laugh. A lot. That's the going deeper within. That is where to go. You may have had the experience ahead of having the foundation for it to take hold. That's a good thing. Only the practices make a foundation. And Leo's videos. And every other video that might have some truth in it. And tons of books. And tons of looking for the truth. And an honest approach to absolute honesty. And time. IMO, you're incredibly open minded & honestly truth seeking. That's the path. You're one in a million if you think about it. But just one if you don't.
