  1. @Hero in progress beautiful stuff! Thanks!
  2. Ya. Being honest, loving, open with people, open minded, solution oriented, practiced, listing more than talking, learning, empty cup - etc. I bet you are all of these things, and The Joy, as in Source, The Everything, God... yada yada, is filling you up as your ego is emptying out It seems to me, when someone carries heavy burdens like beating up on themselves, they're not so connected & it takes hard hits in life to get them to move forward. You though, I suspect, have done 'the work' to a solid extent and are purified. It's easier to notice the sensations, and much easier to spot the omens.
  3. @The White Belt try cutting out sugar, caffeine, bread, flour. It sounds like you have increased your awareness of your bodily sensations / emotions. If that doesn't do it, consider that perhaps you are right on the brink of a breakthrough, and certain substances are known to give that final push. A big clue to me is "Somehow I don't even mind."
  4. Settle into the now. The feeling of ambition is now. Listen to and read things that help to create more of that good feeling and anything is possible! The miracles will keep on coming. Don't trust what you see, it's all super position, don't even trust in your past - it's illusory. Trust in yourself, now. That is enough. When life knocks you off course, meditate right back into now.
  5. sometimes, we pack a shit ton of knowledge into our brains yet lack the clarity to get it all into perspective. couple grams of shrooms can complete the puzzle and empty us into our higher consciouness to begin
  6. Bonaroo!!! check it out. get lost in it's micro culture of love, acceptance, and hippy dippy trippy.
  7. sit and observe a rock. wait. focus. wait. focus.
  8. when you become enlightened, you leave the reality of "who is and isn't enlightened" You see everyone is you and that all that seperates is illusion. The fabric of the illusion of reality is Love. It is you who chose the veil, you who removes it, and once removed, there is no you, there's only Love.
  9. every spec of the illusion is relative. u r absolute.
  10. perhaps a deeper look to reveal your opportunities is in order? what is your goal at the store? It should be to become the general mngr and out perform all other general managers- because you know you're only letting go of your fears - you can move up & make more money while actually doing less and less. Leave everyone else in the illusion they are compeating with each other. Your best will always be enough. Want to get out of retail? I did too. Make that another goal! There is no reason you cant be pointing yourself towards both! towards everything you want! Show the illusion your Very Best and it tends to reflect in kind. Sit quietly and contemplate if you have given your very best, make meditation your home expand yourself and take on the world! then return to your home and let everything go keep repeating I worked up through retail big box for 14 years. Ive been a happy self employed entrapanuer for the last 10 years. if i can ever be of any help, u know where to find me.
  11. @The White Belt it is you who holds the beliefs and concepts which cause the sadness! let all thoughts, beliefs and concepts go. let your past and future go! it's all illusion! it's all make believe! the rainbow that awaits you is you and it does not know sadness, only illusion! meditate and let go of all your intentions, all your dreams, everything you want, let go of yourself- it will all be waiting when you're done, just as you left it.
  12. @MiracleMan This is simple, although I know it sure doesn't look simple from where you are now. Meditate every morning focusing on your breathing, returning focus to the breathing. Your focus is a muscle. This makes it stronger. After some time, thoughts don't wander anymore. If you are finding every reason not to meditate, you must sit and breathe and allow it to pass. Learn from it as it passes. All Is Well! ❤️
  13. @Ilya Let your definitions change. Romantic relationships are cocreating experiences of reunion of the deeper one. That's what all the love's about. Like Leo said on the other post, enlightenment first love second. The less two people know themselves, the more of a roller coaster a relationship will be. Paradoxically, the faster they learn what they aren't. With a little unified direction, couples can greatly aid in each other's personal practices with encouragement, sharing insights, having epiphanies together, etc.
  14. @beaucoup discovering what I am has worked out best for me. Do that. Listen to Leo. Meditate before you listen to him. The only thing in question is how much you can hear.
  15. @momo its a dream. all awareness is the consciousness itself, the fabric of dreams. in the illusion, consciousness limits itself, so there's a mouse, and also an Einstein. Both are consciousness / awareness. If you and your friend do the things Leo is telling you, the practices, you would both eventually see you are the same dreamer. It's blissful, but you'll have to trade your very selves for it. What makes it awesome, is that the illusion is fubu (for you by you). Also awesome is that built into your illusion, is a special twist just for you, where you get to start from right Now, with a false premise that reality is real, you're doing the breathing, you're beating your heart, logic is paramount, you are real, imagination is make believe, you actually die one day, you don't have a relationship with reality, and God is seperate and possibly judging you. Good luck!!
  16. @ZX_man it's just thoughts man. Don't follow those. Get something else in your ears & eyes. Something you like. Long term, do you meditate every day? Once, twice? All Is Well brother. This too will pass, and this too will open a new door for you, like all other challenges have. The ego / identity is always ready to point you in the wrong direction like this. But that's all it is. Get back to your practices of well being, and 24-7 awareness of your breathe. Everybody here loves you!
  17. @Joseph Maynor I am awareness. Nahm has experiences.
  18. @MiracleMan I suffered from "manic depression" for a while, a long time ago. I use the quotes because what I actually suffered from was not meditating, so I had almost no focus and my thoughts wandered aimlessly in a world of elusive & overwhelming stimulation. Have you went a month or two of daily meditation & 24/7 breathing awareness? That is what work for me. Pills, therapy, eating like a pig - none of that helped me. It made it worse. I hope you get back to 100! Depression sucks! You have a community here for you.
  19. @Anna1 sorry.....that was the whole joke. Cause if you look in front of you right now, its actually a void, and me. In hindsight, it was not really funny. At all.
  20. @Joseph Maynor and how do you know that? @Dodo You are awesome!... and, who is this God you mentioned? @Anna1 Nurses are angels from heaven!
