@Hafiz i don’t care for it, or anything other labels on myself or others, in terms of spirituality. ‘Seeker’ never felt right either. After experiencing the truth, the term spiritual doesn’t feel quite right either. What is the term for “someone who wants you to see the truth for yourself”?

@phoenix666 the fact that our breathing air to sustain life is illusory is kind of a mind blower.

@electroBeam I was diagnosed with manic depression around 20 years ago. Sounds similar. Tried several meds, didn’t help, side effects sucked. Daily meditation, exercise & good eating were completely effective. I think I had stuff going on from my angry dad. I learned a lot about that, and about what manic depression is and what is known about it. The understanding made the food part much easier. Try everything you can. I feel for ya. Blows.

@Voyager I have an insurance agency, so I’m biased I’m sure, but man have I seen some horror stories when people do not insure themselves. Hospitals should not be this way, but they are. In terms of nonduality, it doesn’t matter.

@The Monk I had the same problem. The answer I found is vegan protein powder with BCAA’s.

@Pure Imagination you need some kind of phenomena to be the contrast to the catalyst of your self inquiry and enlightenment. The trouble is you’re pigeon holing certain people as something other than that. They are the bringers of your gift. Go deeper within and they will eventually appear as children, and you will love them with a joyful patience and encouragement, regardless of their paradigms they reveal to you with their words and actions.

@Visionary I agree. I pulled a couple ‘Jim Carrey’s’. All is well, I’ve just about got it down now. My meaning for ‘balance’ is certainly in a process. Laughing alone right now. I have a 3 hour show tonight. I’ll just stick to the singing. Lol.

@Dodo you will. I don’t find the One to be seperate, nor controlling. The only words I have for it, in this context, is unconditional love. It is Hitler, and even saying that does not actually reflect the infinite nature of unconditional love. Grow it within, point it within, grow it within, and give it to everyone.

@Visionary The higher self is the Love that all is. The infinite. The path (ime) to it is through your self; your love, your imagination, your being. I actual-ize or real-ize that with a mantra to myself “If you want to experience love, then love. If you want to experience more love, then love more. If you want only to experience love, only love”. To be in connection and communication with it, I had to realize that it is also me and therefore perpetually, eternally, “in communication”, and that I was just not listening by means of distraction; egoic thinking & actions. It took me a long time and encompassed every thought and decision; food, meditation, exercise, relationships, my perspective Now, etc, etc. I know how this sounds, but recently, it communicates directly to me through other people, as in, poeple I’ve known all my life, as well at gas station attendants that I don’t know, lose all of their personality and expression very briefly, speak truth & wisdom to me very specifically about me, and then snap back into their typical personality and manorisms. I acknowledge how that sounds, but I am being honest. For a hot minute, I really questioned solipsism, but then I experienced a “whooshing” through people as one, and it makes sense now. Let me just say again, this is a fairly recent phenomenon for me, and I can only assume it sounds crazy. I’m changing my tun, working on my capacity lately, because when these things happen, it is like trying to fit a billion tons of joy in one guy and I just start balling blissfully. Even talking about it now is triggering a laugh that I know if I don’t get on top of, well, it can be inappropriate sometimes. I hope this is helpful and Godspeed on your path!

Thank you for the beautification. @BeyondForm In the experience of One, staying alive or dying is not a thing. It does not matter at all. There are no distinctions. You will see the truth, and that will be why it doesn’t matter.

@cetus56 for sure. Uncertainty is the ultimate gift. I adopted a practice a little ways back of inhaling from within, expanding the diaphragm, as opposed to air from without with the lungs, and exhaling out, through my entire body. Keeps me empty and flowing. It really shines in the moments I have to wait for my vision to arise to uncertainty. May not translate well in words. Lol. Our man Alan comes to mind........and I’m feeling pretty lucky to have little kids. They really are the masters.

@John Iverson Cat Stevens wrote “You’re still young, that’s your fault.” I believe he was referring to how our growth is our responsibility. So, I hope this helps, but if you’re bored, it’s your fault. ? All part of a process.
