@Joseph Maynor great post. Sounds like you’re focused and making serious progress. Would you care to share your plan to increase your consciousness? - steps you’re taking to eat clean. I think a lot of people would benefit from your level of self honesty here, but may not know how to ‘beat the meat’.

@Toby are you speaking from personal experience? If so, how many days did you meditate, self inquire & not eat meat? (Sugar too if you’re interested in sharing) and you did not notice a substantial boost in energy? a way better night’s sleep? Far less reactional behavior & thinking? shocking increase in clarity? all vitals move towards a healthier happier longer life?

Water is a lot like the brain and the “objective outside reality” belief. The filters we hold in our personal introspection, and the very filters that allow the belief in an outside reality.

@Dan94 You had me at “delightful sense of release”....Here’s a repost of what I found in my own beliefs....as discovered beliefs become total mindfucks... When I realized that all of the western religion I grew up in was not spirituality. It very opposite. When I saw that I am indeed at the root of any suffering. When I realized that not one person (me too) in the world has ever known anything. The first time I witnessed another person walking and talking but yet completely asleep at the same time. literally asleep. Like they had zero memory of this. wtf? When I realized our thoughts change our genes and dna. When I learned that amount of visual muscle does not equal amount of physical strength. When I learned the statistics of the healthiest weight per one’s height. When I learned what false flags are, and that they happened large scale. When I learned of the men’s rights movement. First I laughed at it. Then got mindfucked. When I learned that I was in a paradigm. Still am of course. Thank you for that little nugget Leo. Mind blown. When I learned the earth is giving off a measurable MHz frequency, and I am too. WHen I realized what the lyrics to Fucking Hostile were actually saying, after having listened to that song a hundred times already. When I realized all there is is what I’m aware of. When I realized I am alone. Gripping. When I realized Nihilism is part of a process. When I realized I had been pointing to nothing at all in terms of evidence that I was my body / brain. When I realized that all sound and communication is based on an agreement of meaning by me & the ‘hearer’, and also as me as the sayer and me as the hearer. That meaning is as real as unicorns and fairies. The first time I saw all the light coming from all ‘living’ things. Total mindfuck. The first time I saw someone’s aura. The first time I wrote a song, and I as a person, did not write it. Previously, I thought people said that to show humbleness. Solid mindfuckery. Side note, spell check offers nothing for mindfuckery. (Appropriately) When I first witnessed how I am experiencing the matching ‘frequency’ of me in all things, all the time. That baseline relativity or whatever we’d like to call it. Our ‘vibrational point of attraction’. The first time I saw a ufo. Wtf? “There’s really ufo’s?” Wtf? The first time I saw one with someone else. That was like a double triple mindfuck. We just kept looking at each other saying what the actual fuck. We were speechless otherwise. It just sat there above us. I felt like all three of us where what the fucking really hard. My current most cherished mindfuck is when Leo pointed out that I was conflating. I had never heard that word before. I paused my entire life and looked into it for a couple weeks. Psychics, Reiki, solo retreat, shroomed on it, contemplated. Holy. Fucking. Mindfuck. When I saw that my wife and kids (and everyone for that matter) are the same entity. That mindfuck lasted for almost a week. When I spent a regular Friday night with my friends and experienced how they are all facets of me / the one. Tears of joy and whatthefuckness nonstop. I had to walk down the street cause I couldn’t stop laughing and crying. The first time, in that same respect, a total stranger just checked out and started talking as the one, and then their person ‘came back’ like nothing happened. I’m used to it now, but that first one was a solid two day mindfuck. In my current paradigm, the king of all my mindfucks, is that I have not yet experienced another human, face to face, who is aware they are me, though I am aware I am them. The first time I saw how the illusion is all of the relativity, and how perfectly it works. To realize that it is YOU who is limiting experience is the essence of freedom and the sensation of liberation.

@stevegan928 you’ll know a lot more after the 1g. Give it at least a week before 2g. Then you’ll know if you’re ready for more. Slow & easy on all that. You can’t be too careful or too over prepared. ??

Why are you thinking about the teacher not liking you?

When I was 13, I was in a non moving car, which was rear ended by a car going 70 miles per hour. The impact was so that our car collided into the van in front of us, bounced off and spun half way around into the air, into the car behind us which hit us in the first place. All windows were blown, all doors were folded, the back bumper of the car, a station wagon, was pushed up against the back of the front seats. If anyone was in the back seat, they would have been crushed. It happened at night, and a helicopter with a spotlight illuminated the area so the ems could use the jaws of life device to take a door off and carry us out in stretchers. I didn’t have a scratch on me and I never saw anything the same again. Sometimes, I am sure I died in that accident. Quantum erasure is a personal little mindfucker for me.

@Blissout some have seen and accepted that, and then went on to see what you haven’t seen yet. You will though, making statements like that, that is the way. It IS unfolding. A repeating cycle of conviction, and then freedom from one’s own convictions. I’m excited for you! Paradigms are about much more than concepts. Perception is about much more than the brain. What will you say when you see what you say can’t be seen?

@BobbyLowell write your judgements down on a piece of paper. Look at them, and look into your past. What did you experience in your past that caused you to adopt a belief which leads to the judgement you experience. Let those beliefs go. Be free of them.

@Shin eventually we come across that ‘one person’, that Alan Watts, that Jesus, that Buddha, that Muhammad, that Leo, that Shin...that One...that undeniable recognition of our own joy, and we convince ourselves to do the self inquiry.

That IS THE question! ❤️ I saw the moon a hundred times and a hundred times I thought it was real. How could it not be real, I was seeing it! That was my prison. I am not real, and the moon is not real, and we laugh about this alone. I was not seeing it, I see it now.

Infinite intelligence is wonderful, but sooner or later you’d like someone to share it with, so we turn it down.

That could be healthy for some and a wasted life for others. It really depends on our perception.

It’s an illusion of now, happening within consciousness, vs a slow happening in the past, random, and without an all encompassing reason.

I think some people need theory to convince themselves to change their own perspective like I did, and some people don’t as much. We all need self honesty & self inquiry though, to see what’s goin on in here.
