@AleksM ‘dualistic reality’ , “me & you”, objectivity, and the definitions written & words said therein, are illusory. Reality can’t be defined because there is no one to define it to. Is reality experienced....no...no one to experience anything...no distinctions to be experienced. Same situation. It is. @Monkey-man reality is absolutely real. Illusion is an illusion. Life is not real. Life & death are dualistic illusion. Neither exists, and each only has meaning contingent on the assumption of the other having meaning. Neither actually have meaning. Neither are true. When you see you are not alive, you see you don’t die. Like all words are contingent on the “meaning” of other words, so is it with the very ‘air’ you “breathe”. Living in an illusion we think is reality blows. “Living” in an illusion we know is an illusion is pretty sweet. Being in reality is bliss. The word freedom immediately reveals a lack of freedom, a veil. There is no word in actual freedom.

Really thought about this post through my day today. It seems there is conscious eating or not. If we really look into religion we can’t be dogmatic, if we look into reality we can’t keep believing it’s real, if we look into the self we find the whole, and we can’t look into nutrition and still eat like animals. Applying consciousness raises consciousness. @Joseph Maynor “How would we feel if we were raised by another organism so that it could eat our dead muscles and skin?” - we are, earth wise.

@Ascend 4 different anxiety / depression pills at once and was around 60 pounds overweight at one point. Now, I don’t even really remember that. It feels like someone else’s past. I credit trying pills & therapists, a ton of anger & resentment towards everything, then getting sick of nothing working and realizing I had to do something about it myself, then meditation, exercise, healthy eating, and Leo fuckin with me about free will. ???? @ajasatya I’m glad you clarified ‘not to exercise’. I was going to ask. ❤️?

@sarapr get counseling, meditate and exercise daily. If you’re going to watch movies, pick some up lifters. Just asked my wife for her two cents, she said look to see if the mood swings are the resulting of over eating or overdoing sugar/carbs (she calls this ‘next two days sugar withdrawal), and if so, get a blood test done at each point in your cycle to rule out iron or vitamin deficiency is at the root of uncontrollable appetite. Don’t listen to her though, she don’t know nothin. ?
