@Angelo John Gage If you were infinite, you could imagine billions of beings, and be, directly through “them”. If everything appeared as some thing other than what it is, it would seem like there were separate things. Points within it would be God questioning the existence of God, and God questioning the truth of God within the self - and if it’s God, there’s nothing else, so it is all happening with nothing, through your self. It’s a serious mindfuck to work backwards through. All roads lead to fun.

@Edvard have you done a satisfying amount of research into these things? The reasons for recent ‘wars’, etc? Just curious what you’ve found.

Could be propaganda (lived to be 95) must not have had any passion.

@Jayden Birch that’s a good vision man. Nice. I don’t know about engineering. Picking a career to impress others - that’s a profound self realization. Extremely valuable. I would listen to that. There’s probably a career path that you would like more. Got to let go of what other people think, then it’ll come to you, imo. I think you’d be more satisfied helping people directly. Just one guy’s opinion of course.

@Angelo John Gage i know. That energy is for creating. That’s what you are, a creator. Those rebuttals are duality. Infinite. It only ends when you end it. It only begins, when you begin it. Admittedly, it is not easy to look at a paper cup, and actuality see what it is. Initially.

@Angelo John Gage another way to epically fail at trying to communicate the truth, is you are the One (zero), step 1 from there, no matter what it is, Creates duality. You’re venturing into it deep and I love it. True / false alive/dead exist / don’t exist me / not me are good dualities to be realizing are dualities - you’re own creation. Literally. @Angelo John Gage love your questions and your attitude about this stuff. Refreshing man. You did create the whole thing. Even whatever you might or might not call truth, you’re behind it. All of it. It’s like a toaster making toast in an effort to understand electricity. The most logical reasonable rational truthful authentic genuine piece of toast, is just toast. Thinking is thinking. You can’t think what you are, what you are is behind the thinking itself. Electricity is electric. And everything you’ve ever seen or heard, is not toast, or a toaster, it’s your own “electricity”.

@Dsteller just a suggestion on a practice. It’ll sound abrasive, but it can be powerful. Our thinking itself is the root of our suffering, but it’s elusive because we think about our thinking in an attempt to rectify it. So, try reading your first post, and restating it with only one sentence. You might get some clarity on how it’s all thinking, and made emotionally over complicated by all the thinking. It sure seems like it’s life, or the girl, or the job, or the parents, etc...but it’s not. It’s the thinking.
