  1. @Kevin Dunlop Instead of bliss, consider love. Develop your love, do the practices, think of the best for yourself, and those you know. Thoughts of love. You don’t have to help a single person with anything. After contemplating on that for a bit, you’ll probably want to. Things like depression and anxiety can be a little contagious. Careful, and allow some recoup time for yourself.
  2. @Shin You know, it’s always all good. This is just another time, that a little confusion, a little purification is happening. Chill. You’ll be feelin fine soon. This is just some expansion, like a sore muscle that you give some rest to, it’s getting even stronger. And at the same time, I’m callin bullshit ?. Nobody this compassionate should ever feel other than loved, and loving. You are love itself dude, remember? Yeah. Take another look at these perfect compassion bombs, so well dispensed, it’s as if an angel sprinkled a little heaven dust, like Gordon Ramsay with a damn pairing knife, like Leo with that not being it - You’re amazing man. Look at this love....❤️ https://www.actualized.org/forum/topic/18306-does-anyone-understand-sudden-depression/ https://www.actualized.org/forum/topic/18221-please-help/ And don’t be all, yeah I know, but you didn’t really look at em. Look at em. We exist in the exact same way you exist. This, whatever we’re doing, this is it, and when we move on, that’s awesome too, and we’ll do something next, and it will be awesome too. The joy comes and goes, so does the pain, so does the blank state. Neutral is fine. Maybe get out, go to the grocery store or somethin. I bet, whenever you see someone, you feel what you are, and I bet it’s pretty awesome. We’re all just that kid, talkin like we know stuff. Lol. Don’t get serious on me Shin!
  3. @Patang Well done! i realized then that life doesn't happen to "me", it happens for "me". That’s a deep one man. So happy for you. Thanks for sharing!
  4. On the topic of God knowing Self.... When someone says you are kind, or good looking, or loving, etc, it feels good. When someone says you are an asshole, you’re selfish, etc, it feels ‘bad’. Then of course, with more awareness, when someone says you are kind, or you are an asshole, because we know we are God, we can easily see ether remark is relative to the awareness of the person saying it, not the person hearing it. What’s transpired is an experience of relativity of God to God, and not two people. Because we are God experiencing God directly, and the matter at hand is the awareness of this, wouldn’t the emotions be valid as responses of God pointing to the inaccuracies of our awareness (beliefs), because God is whole, God is love, God is light, so there is no relativity to trigger the question of what God is, to God, in the first place. It’s thinking which inherently has no truth, even for Einstein. Looking to thinking for what God is, is the same as looking at a tree for what God is. It’s obvious / self evident, that as it is, there is God. Other ways to state this - thank God for our ego’s. Ego is the very tool which shows us our self deception, so we can Self realize. Ego is the tool of liberation from suffering. Ego serves us by pointing to the truth, always, like a compass points north. The art is listening to the compass. Awareness on the inner pain is the breadcrumbs to be God again - doing this work while ‘alive’ - OMG!, that’s the best of both ‘worlds’, as good as it gets! Fear, evil, doubt..feel bad. We can listen to the compass, or we can start thinking about West, East, or South. But thinking was the root of it. North, True North, is leaving the thinking, for awareness of God within. Love. It’s always the most powerful, there is no gettting around this. Only the illusion that we are getting around it, by going South, East, or West. In the end, all roads were always going North. Looping back within Self. The illusion of evil is, so God can experience God infinitely, and yet, not at all.
  5. @Mrkvn8 You’re implying sensitivity is like physical sensation. Sensitivity gained from meditation is awareness which helps us decipher our self deception. If you’re experiencing negative reactions from mediatation, it is not coming from the act of sitting there doing nothing, lol. It’s coming from not facin what you have become aware of. Push on through, let it go. Don’t sculpt the world around it to stay miserable.
  6. @MarkusSweden Be mindful of the most intimate ways that maya fools us. The air you’re breathing, is literally not sustaining your ‘life’. It is sustaining the illusion that you are alive. So let go of calling it air that keeps you alive, and start thinking of it as prana which allows the experience you are having. May sound counterintuitive, but try keeping your focus on breathing from your stomach all day. The breathing is the direct connection to the truth in this manor. You are actually breathing God. Also, when the busy work life, etc, triggers you to think the maya is real, realize without that thinking, you would still be perceiving as maya. So when someone says something to you, just notice you have a reaction of going ‘into your head / mind / thinking’, instead, build the habit of staying aware of what you are seeing, hearing, feeling. Keep the awareness going ‘outward’ so to speak, vs going ‘inward’. This simple little practice is like a prisoner in jail scraping the wall a little everyday with a plastic spoon. Not gonna notice the difference right away, but after sometime, you’re free. Another thought for ya, and, not trying to freak you out or anything, I think this might be useful....if you want to experience actual really, any time, just simply close your eyes. That’s it. The illusion is that you can’t see because your eyelid is covering your eye, the truth is, there’s no eyelids bro, no eyes either. The point I’m trying to make is, this can help you to realize / recognize maya for what it is (lol, of course, isn’t).
  7. @egoless Substitute the word God when you would otherwise use the word nothing. It helps us realize our idea of nothing is an idea. We don’t actually have an experience of nothing. This might, at least conceptually, reveal that when we let all beliefs go, and attention to anything “physical”, what remains is “nothing”, but the direct experience of this ‘not-anything-physical-no-thoughts-even-“nothing”, is God, and it is not what we thought “nothing” was.
  8. @MarkusSweden There’s like 10,000 sects of Buddhism as well as Christianity. We could find some material to support just about anything we think of with either source. From my experience, there is just one being, so I supposed you could say it reincarnates, but I don’t see it that way, because the environment in which to reincarnate to is illusionary, and no being actually comes and goes / lives and dies. The being, be’s being’s, and everything the beings are experiencing, is actually the Being, appearing as other-than-the Being. If the being’s all realized they were all the one Being, I don’t think the concept of reincarnation would be around, as it usually implies individual souls and a false inherent purpose grounded in a hierarchy of spirit, but “each” is God already. And yet, at the same time, anything is possible, and there are mindfucks, so, who knows.
  9. That is really funny. Pick a new pic for me. Whatever you like.
  10. Namaste was too obvious, so I went with Nahm. A guy was telling me about when he climbed Mt Everest, or most of it, and he asked a Sherpa why they said nahmaste every morning to eachother, and he said the Sherpa said to acknowledge they recognize the God in each other.
  11. Above all else, experience. Listen, deduce, but don’t believe what anyone says, obviously including me, and anyone who posts pages of what someone else says versus trying to atleast communicate their own experience. What’s on pages, lol, is not the Truth. Understanding conjecture and conflation are pretty important. Living vicariously is not the same as living. Truth isn’t relative, it’s absolute. That’s a huge problem if you think you’ve experienced the truth and haven’t experienced the absolute / what you are. An even bigger problem if you have hinged your freedom from self deception contingent on being wrong. I would not want to swallow that one.
  12. @Emne You’ll see that there is only you, and you’ll know what you are. Then there is nothing to cause doubt, fear. There is no one to push against, argue with. You’ll love, support, offer compassion, because you are everyone, everyone is you. You’ll see that all of your past does not exist, it, like the present, and future, and the universe, is your own illusion. You’ll see how it is that you were never born, and you’ll never die. You’ll see what it means that ‘there is nothing to know’ lol. You’ll see that there is no point, so fun, helping, and feeling great becomes the only ‘point’. “Living” for the sake of living. Horrible analogy, but it’d be like if you turned on GTA, nd then said why am I playing GTA? Oh yeah, cause I just wanted to do something, and maybe have little fun. Oh, but there’s violence and evil in GTA, why would I play this game? No one would be there to answer you. You’re the one playing the game. Why is up to you. If you fight life, if you argue and strife, that’s up to you. You would be completely free to live the ret of your life how ever you want. You’ll be able to see the wisdom and relativity to you in everything around you.
  13. @Cjaryo Early morning meditation everyday, breath focus. Slow the WHOLE game down. Slow mo life, easy. And contemplate....the “why am I’s”.
  14. @Shin Thanks!! I missed that one somehow. So great. When the hand came up for the “1”....?. So true though. So true.
  15. @sgn yes!!! Truth be told, my pic was a black void, Leo asked me to change it. The love pics started after the absolute experience.
  16. ENlightenment has to do with what you are, it’s well beyond / transcendent to learning or even being a thing that learns.
  17. @Angelo John Gage No. The absolute is you. In the experience of the absolute, there is no human you “experiencing it”. That is the thing that can’t be communicated, and of course why conceptualizing it, is not experiencing it. What I am pointing at is well beyond ‘the whole’. The ‘whole’, is taking place within you. Another pointing at it, using what is simple and in front of us, if I say to you “You are God”, you experience your relativity. You experience any notions of the difference between what you hold yourself to be, and what you hold God to be. For as long as there is relativity there, what you’ve stated is the case, is your experience. Experiencing absolute, is no relativity. No relativity. The ‘whole’ is like a tiny little spec within the absolute, within you. It is not thinkable, or imaginable, it has to be experienced.
  18. @Angelo John Gage You can experience unrelative God, aka, absolute. It is reachable “fully”. Then, that “end” is the beginning of embodiment. This is right in front of your eyes. Ask anyone who says the void is the absolute, what embodiment is, and they’ll stop in their tracks. Don’t believe me. Excellent breakthroughs man. There is a mindfuck that ends the mindfucks.
