  1. @7thLetter Cool. I think it’s a tiny bit fair to say quantum mechanics helps ‘fill a gap’ in understanding between what our ordinary senses take in, and the Being. Not literally, literally speaking it’s a total magic mystery (how it is that there is actually no gap). Only that I am that I am. I love the mystery though, and how it’s all around me all the time, how I get to be “in” it. But anyways, QM’s can be a usefool tool.
  2. @Etagnwo It’s me, though. I’m the rapist, I’m the child molested. It’s all appearance of what we all are. You may want to start with easier things, in terms of loosening up identification. Like flowers, and puppies. The actuality of “existential” is much broader and deeper than you know...yet.
  3. @electroBeam Sounds like heavy attachment to thoughts. Everything is pretty lovable with freedom from thinking. Meditation is the way. (psychadelics are helpful) You’re a deep insightful person, very intelligent, so I’d guess you integrate, and then lose it, find the peace, and then get a little sucked in to the chaos. High intelligence seems to have this relative situation to peace. In terms of letting go, completely, some people have less conceptually ‘formed person’ knowledge wise to let go of. Consistency of practices, multiple per day, might be really helpful.
  4. @MarkusSweden Nothing is happening, and you’re God, so you’re free to look at things however you like. ♥️ I’ve found that freedom allows me to do more to ‘help’. Altruism comes to mind.
  5. @Dinesh Karki Check out Ester Hicks.
  6. @7thLetter If you haven’t dove into quantum mechanics yet give it go. There’s an entirely different way of thinking about things.
  7. Cool vid. Could you sense his agenda against his ego? It is all magic.
  8. @tecladocasio What do you mean by enlightened, it, or it realized it? Cause it’s all it, animals too. Nothing to realize, really.
  9. @Outer Not sure what you mean. I meant it seemed like you cared about what you were saying, vs being right about it.
  10. @Outer The heart connection, personally from you on that subject man, that felt great.
  11. @SBB4746 Sweet. Brings to my mind discovering the Being you are, and self actualization. Loved it. Thanks for posting.
  12. Relativity, the double slit, Schrödinger’s cat / uncertainty principle, and quantum erasure are helpful facets for loosening up dualities like experience / experiencer, finite / infinite, alive / dead, etc. Just a way to go about it.
  13. Here, now, same “place’, just with thinking added. Practices integrate the trips, the emptied cup.
  14. @zoey101 Tough times can be useful. Let the thoughts about the future go, and presence, awareness arises. Adversity allows insight to ‘who you really are’. “I’m still worried & stressed” - It’s helpful to replace those words with “over thinking”. One of the simplest, most effective practices is to take a little piece of paper, write thinking on one side, and awareness on the other, and just keep it on you desk, or in your pocket. If you feel any stress, use that piece of paper to show you it’s because you’re thinking, flip the paper and let it remind you to return to awareness. Out of your head and into the room. Aware of what is seen, heard, felt, etc. Well being & relief while sitting at your desk today; http://mindbodyandspiritwellbeing.com/diaphragmatic-breathing-benefits/ ❤️ Keep your feel good momentum going! (By letting go of the thoughts, returning to awareness) I know you have many responsibilities, but be outdoors as much as possible today, even if that means a couple minutes here and there away from your desk. And - Look up! Every time you’re outside. Look up! See?
  15. Somebody turn this thread into a movie script.
  16. @Applejuice Take care of yourself. Do the practices. Become finacially and emotionally self reliant. When you are inspired, give to the world. The peace is within you, not in any building. If you want to be a monk, be a monk. The emotional roller coaster you’re on is duality, thinking (overthinking) and identifying with thoughts. Meditation is the way. None of your thoughts about your future are your future. They’re just thought. You can let them all go. You’ll never be ‘there’ or ‘done’.
