@MarkusSweden Fear is Love. If you understand yourself, you understand everyone else. Then you see where they’re coming from, why they are expressing ‘hate’. It’s is theirs, unless, it is yours. If you love yourself, if you realize you are love - you can’t see “hate”, only understanding.

@Kyle Establishing a goal is important, then zoom out of future thinking. You’re choosing the primary point all else is relative to, but are you choosing a future moment and experiencing now as only relative to the future, which is a thought and holds no power, or are you making everything relative to your enjoyment of now, where all of your power is? You are pure potentiality, in a miracle. Over-thinking has a tendency to whittle a miracle down to a means to an egoic end.

@Recursoinominado If now is a means to a happy future, you’ll never be happy, because there will only ever be now. You’re deeply lost in thinking; of past and future, and missing the joy in now. It may help to contemplate meaning. If you can discover that you are the creator of meaning, then you can begin to realize there is no more value in playing a video game than saving the world.

@Sbilko A priori refers to an assumption, a belief you hold, as the product of thinking which is not rooted in your own direct experience. That there is this you, and this universe which will be here when you’re not, is a false a priori assumption, that’s why you find it depressing (cause it’s not true). There’s no beginning or ending, there’s no time. It’s an illusion. What’s the difference between “The Big Bang” as the beginning of you (what you’re parents did lol) as an acceptable explanation for your beginning, and “The Big Bang” as an explanation of the beginning of the universe? Maya aside, they’re obviously the same thing. A perfect Goldilocks scenario requires a perfectly convincing cover story for “your beginning”. Infinite Humor. Consider, what is an apple? When, exactly, were you “conceived”? ?

@Tony 845 Yes. I’ve found head to toe relaxation waves lead to barely breathing at all in a few minutes, and then the crown goes cosmic ❤️. I think what’s going on as far as it taking two hours to get there is a predetermined thinking that one needs to mediate for hours on end. The “connection” is the absence of resistant thoughts. Predetermining immense length of meditation is a thought one would struggle to drop if proceeding to do it. I think you’d be better off surrendering now, in a 15 minute meditation, and spend that 1:45 doing something you love.

@Sunil Kumar Is there any “problem” with this? Maybe there’s an underlying knowing your energy could be higher - in general? Maybe you want to learn how not to carry unresolved resistant thinking? (I’m speculating of course)

@SomethingFromNothing Just throw everything away. Thoughts are nothing: Get a pad of paper, a pen, and a garbage can. Write down what you would otherwise post and wonder, phrase it in a question, or even your wisest answer. Then crumble the paper up and throw it in the garbage, be done with it, it wasn’t true, neither the question nor answer. Do this until you’re exhausted, until nothing else comes to mind. Wisdom is nothing: Then meditate with a pad of paper, contemplate. When the wisdom arises, mentally discard it, let it go. Notice the mind’s craving to cling to truth, to find satisfaction in truth, to relish in this ‘newer, deeper, Truth’. When the deepest insight comes, the ‘breakthrough’ insight, the epiphany, the ‘Truth’ - let it go, it is not true. Write nothing down. Do this until that empty pad of paper is the funniest “thing” you’ve ever ‘seen’, and then throw the empty pad of paper in the garbage, it’s nothing, the no-words on it are nothing, exactly the same as the words on it are nothing. Left with no papers, no pad of paper, no words, no wisdom - every thought and insight that arose, is not ‘there’.
