  1. @tashawoodfall This is the “bullshitting myself by appearing to be not bullshitting myself” phase. It’s center is still of over thinking, of what other people think. It needs to be gone through and all is well. Hang in there.
  2. In doing the practices the dots get connected. A life in need, of an object / person, is not true, and not really a life lived. Do the work. Stop wasting your time. What you seek, is seeking you, and it will not be found with other people, it is already within you. Discover it by taking your attention off the lack, and the potential solution coming from another person, and place it on yourself. You have feet that walk, hands which grasp, a mind which solves, and a breath which calms it. Learn to use them first, then involve others.
  3. @Ingit What is that in front of you, all of it? Now take away your past. Now take away your future. Now take away your words. Now take away your language. Now take away your identity. Now what is that “in front of you”?
  4. @Ingit There is now in which you can hold a thought about the past or the future, and you can define an object in now with a thought label. None of these thoughts are now, they hide now. Otherwise, you are infinite intelligence, synonymous with Now. Unseparated.
  5. @BarkingTurtle Sit quietly alone in a room. Point to karma. Look at it. Point to a soul. Look at it. Of course, you can not. Stay in the room alone. Never, leave it.
  6. @kieranperez If you are thirsty now, a glass of water is ample wisdom. All else is distraction.
  7. @Avidya When you are walking, are you wanting it to be “good”, thinking to ‘fine tune it’ or allowing it to happen effortlessly? So effortlessly you don’t even actually need to allow it? Same with creating. Thought says otherwise, but thought is finite. Creativity is infinite. Without thought, you don’t need to keep the creativity / spirituality in your music, it’s already there. The creativity is now - past & future are thoughts - so if you are not putting the experience of doing it first, if you sidetable it and place a goal (a future better song) above it, then you’ve disconnected from the now / creativity springwell. Accept the infinitude you are. Accept that you will never arrive, or be finished, or “done” - because your deeper nature is infinity. The only point, is your experience, now. “Not good enough”, “better than” - these are thoughts. That’s it. And now the work with respect to thinking and it’s roots begins.
  8. @CreamCat Thomas, The Matrix, Morpheus, Mr. Smith, The Oracle, The Architect.......... or Luke, The Empire/Federation, Obi-wan, Darth Vader, Yoda, The Force.........David, The Holographic Universe, Knowledge, The Archons, Gnostics, The Self & Reality......All telling you the same thing.
  9. @RolandM Damn-it that is beautiful. I hear you, some like to rip it off and some favor the slow peel.
  10. @Emanyalpsid ‘Needing’ evidence or others’ understanding & misunderstanding self inquiry as a dogma, - this is “ego backlash”, be done with it man, put it down by going into it, examine the sensation, decode what the trigger was, you’ll be very glad you did. There is a life that of effortless heartstrong freedom, fulfilled in unification, vulnerable & childlike, in which the imagination is the most effective tool. That’s the life you want, wether you’ve been that honest with yourself yet or not. This is why you came here, and everything is working out like it’s supposed to. No more running. Hang around for a bit. You will see. Or don’t. Blue pill - red pill, it doesn’t “matter”. I love the conversation with you too. ??
  11. @Rilles Ya. Pull the air “into and out through your heart valves”’, while imagining a stick being quickly spun short spin, right, then left, then right, continue (the tip of the stick into the center of the hear). See the sparks then the flame then the fire in the heart / center of ribs. Very short breathes, then totally relax (oxygenate the fire sufficiently), then repeat. This is arose years ago when I got seriously stuck in the cold in the woods. Try it now if possible, let me know. ?
  12. @Emanyalpsid ?? There’s a trigger of “then you have lost touch with reality” engaged when physicality comes into question which appears to be keeping you from going further. Fear is the nature of deflection. It appears to you I don’t understand what you’re saying, because of the materialist paradigm. At least consider that I do, and see if a pointer is noticed. Trips and or retreats would open a whole new world up to you, you already know this though. You stand to see that it is not possible to ‘loose touch with reality’, and that you are not accidental in the universe, you are essential. Thank you for the convo!
  13. @Tistepiste ?? Hey, what’s up with your profile picture? Just curious.
  14. @Emanyalpsid “Nonexistence = the punchline” Sometimes humor opens something up, sometimes it doesn’t. It was an attempt. (Below...the bold comes off really bold. Sorry. Just using it as it’s easier on the eyes) The known is the knower. There is not a “you” which is a product of a brain, that’s a thought of a “self”.

  16. @zunnyman Yes. Awareness is curative: by not avoiding the sensations, you’ll become aware of how your current level of understanding / perspective / perception is causing them, because that’s what the sensations are telling you, - and you won’t see things that way anymore. While in the suppression phase, it’s ‘roped off’ from awareness. It’s happening inside you, but there is not awareness of what’s happening, as if it’s a blurred out spot that goes unnoticed. Metaphorically, it becomes as clear as. “wait, I’m smashing my hand with the hammer?” “Why am I doing that?” “I’m definitly not going to do that anymore”.
  17. @Tistepiste The ego already doesn’t exist, and it takes a surprising amount of thinking, effort, and blame to remain convinced that it does, paradoxically isolating ourselves. Try the perspective, - how is it that I create all of my suffering? Make an internal adventure out of it, go Sherlock Holmes on it - negative sensation arises, ask, how did I cause that? What is the false understanding which just led to that feeling? That will reveal sensations which are typically avoided to maintain “feeling good”, and a pattern of conditional thinking supporting it. The sensations are not a problem, they’re just sensations, just feelings. Not embracing those sensations (afraid to feel ‘not good’, and avoiding/suppressing) is the suffering. After that work is done, an entirely new “feeling good” is discovered, a freedom.
