  3. @Shroomdoctor If it’s helpful...when I decided, I got up at 4am everyday and did 4 hours of exercise & practices, before doing anything else. A trip can be motivating, seeing what your day to day consciousness can be.
  4. @Nic Turquoise, then nonduality. Physical stuff, achievement, and thinking is a shadow. Live in & give your light of unconditional love, compassion, and communicate the understanding of suffering. You’ll need to go through ALL of your own bullshit, so you can help others realize theirs. Otherwise, they’ll convince you circumstances are king, and also trigger “you”. The success you’re looking for is pure Joy.

  6. @Flammable Everything is not part of the I being dissolved. That “ I “ is thoughts about that “ I “. Hopefully that helps. Look through the lens of unification, unity, inclusiveness, for this. Someone might wake up out of the blue, another in a time of dire desperation, but most - practice. It’s the “this is it” at no-self that you gotta look out for. The ego is tricky af.

There is confusion between the denial of a self, the conceptual understanding of no-self (which is still a thought/concept), the realization of no-self (oneness / no objective reality / all is subjective / reduced thinking / end of the surface ego / end of reactional suffering / Freedom), the conceptual understanding of Self (there is only Self / Alone / Meaninglessness / thinking reduced more), and the realization of Self / God / Love (I am / there is only eternal Being/ there is only objectivity / all is Love / existence & nonexistence is a mental duality), and the actuality of Self/ Alone / Infinitude / Nothing to know, Nothing ever happened / Nothing is known (end of root suffering / end of traditional “thought” / Realization Of Spontaneous Creator/Creation / Infinite Intelligence) *If meaning is not inquired to full dissolution of “ego”, some monkey mind is still active. If meaning is dissolved fully, but emotion / sensation is still suppressed (unification is not realized) there will not be realization of embodiment. The denial of a self, and or understanding of conceptual no-self, are entry realizations prior to Self realization and Actualization, and are notorious for convincing us they are the end, or “enlightenment”, as abiding is nonrelative, and one doesn’t know consciousness outside of direct experience (don’t know what we don’t yet know is not the same as there is nothing to know/knowledge is of the illusion). In my opinion, if one has not practiced daily for years, and had direct enlightenment experiences via retreats, self inquiry, contemplation, and psychedelics, then one is in denial of Self via conceptual “no-self”, and or misunderstanding the realization of no-self, and has not yet experienced beyond these. This is all maya though, so don’t pay it too much attention. Just enough. Not too much. Or none of course.
  11. @Rilles Lot of great stuff on this thread. One more consideration, have you explored that all the meaning in the universe is actually being applied by you? This can be a helpful pointer in awareness of the nature in which thoughts are arising, and in acceptance of this (might be some falsity to lash out) many of the thoughts simple don’t arise anymore, as there isn’t “meaning” being supported all the time.
  12. @universe Choosing a better thought can be relatively life changing, simple & effortless. Then there is also the full circle, if you will, of cessation of separation, meaning and thought.

  14. It appears that what you actually believe is that your logic is more powerful than your feeling / vibration. That you need someone else to be happy, and that you can attract that someone else through a mindset of codependency & conditional love. That taking risks gets you into trouble. That rejection = pain. Furthermore, you believe this all applies to everything. That believing in yourself is stupid. That you must suffer when things don’t go as planned. These beliefs are how you feel, all the logic in the world has nothing on how you feel, and what you really believe about yourself, because, you are literally creating your own reality. Put how you feel first. Do not make conditions to your feeling good. Do not give the universe ultimatums. Do not blame. Put how you feel, first. Your power is not conditional, stop minimizing yourself. It is all pervasive, ever-present, it moves mountains, and creates universes - believe in yourself. Living through conditional happiness, is suffering. When you create this suffering, when you doubt & limit yourself, your inner being will not go there with you. It can’t. It is infinite intelligence, and unconditional love & happiness. It can not be otherwise. It does not pretend otherwise when you do. It is perfectly natural for you, to let go of your resistant thoughts of self doubt. The universe says yes to what you focus on. The “secret “ that anyone in nondual awareness knows, is nonduality. There is only you. So when you blame, assign fault, justify failure, etc - it is readily seen, that you are kidding yourself, short changing yourself - you are what is in your way - not someone else. It is readily seen, that you are experiencing exactly what you are attracting. There is not, nor has there every been, an example to the contrary.
  15. @Amanda R Batista There is not meaning in the world. You’re creating ALL meaning, in your head. You’re doing it effortlessly right now, to the degree you probably don’t believe this. In assigning meaning, you, create by labeling... “bad parts”, love, hate, etc. How to stop hating? Love ALL of yourself. No skimpin, no sneakiness, everything you do, don’t judge yourself, just love yourself, the “good”, “bad”, and the “ugly, love em all unconditionally. Inquire as to what this self is. There is no such thing as hate, except for you there is, because you’re rejecting part(s) of yourself. You’re holding “you” as separate, from what you don’t like, or prefer, because you don’t understand it. Thus, bringing more of that, around. Creating your own suffering. Meditate every morning, so you can create some space between awareness & thoughts, get some space around them to see the nature. Awareness will arise, and shine light on all facets of your life. Even the one’s you would rather hide from. Don’t give in to fear, look directly into it, find out what it’s made of. Meditate, every morning. Love everything, at any time, in every way you can. Try to realize the joy in life is that you get to love what you hate. Isn’t there a humorous, obviousness to how this thing works? ❤️❤️❤️
  16. @TripleNipple Ifinite, or seeing that there’s nothing to know, ‘back in duality’ seems like there was something you knew infinitely. A joke of enormous portion you play on yourself. Less serious, more fun & funny life, more love in life...more enlightenment.
