@MM1988 I know dude. I know. The effort is spent trying to keepin it in. It takes a lot of energy to suppress. Let that shit out. If you need to sit for hours, and cry all night, do so. Stop running. Enough. Don’t be afraid of the suffering, the sensations of fear and frustration. Embrace it. Feel whatever arises and you begin to be free of it. It might take while, you might need to do this a few times, or more. That’s ok. Just let the body do what it already knows how to do. “You” just sit there and accept it, and go through it. BREATHE DEEPLY & SLOWLY. The suffering is the result of running from the fear - the sensation in your body. Don’t be afraid. Sit back and relax as best you can, and let your body purge all that shit. And stop telling the same old story, that is perpetuating the suffering. Tell the story you want, have faith in that. It might be blind faith today, but that’s WAY better than the alternative of same old. A day will come, soon, where you won’t rely on faith, you’ll know. And guess what you’ll do then? Help somebody. And guess how that’s gonna feel? Like love.

Let that go. That is meditation. This repeating of your victim story, diminishing yourself, saying others are lucky but not you - that’s all THINKING. Let THINKING go. That is meditation. Or don’t. Keep telling that same story. What do I know, right? Nothing.

I was suicidal. I took a hand full of happy pills everyday for a while. I learned not to blame, but rather to do the work. To look at myself. Then I started telling a different story. Enlightenment has nothing to do with this. Stop using it as an excuse to keep telling the same old story. And for God’s sake, stop looking for people to commiserate with.

I am not triggered. I have no hate. I’m aware that I am the assignor of meaning, so I am not. Are you aware that you are the assignor of meaning? No. You’ve been lazy and afraid. Will you admit, to yourself, that you are assigning meaning, and you have been denying this? Ya, it’s going to be rough, that realization. But you are braver than you know. You can tell another story, and that one will come true. There is nothing to learn here, this is exactly what you’re already doing. You are a much, much better story teller. Perhaps, instead of deflecting your ignorance towards me, claiming I am ‘triggered’ - consider telling a better story about me. Then see that you can do this for yourself. I know that you can.

@MM1988 Listen closely. There is no meaning. There is love. YOU are assigning meaning, but you are one sneaky sneaky being, and you keep tricking yourself that the meaning is coming from objects. It ain’t. All meaning, is coming from you. Stop being so damn sneaky. Without ignorantly projecting meaning onto everything to fit your same old story, - freedom, love. Ignorant is not an insult, is it a state of unaware that YOU and only YOU are making up all meaning. Start writing a different story.

Stop ignoring the selfishness and the obvious fault in your line of thinking. You know exactly what you’re doing here. You’re doing this to yourself with conditions & excuses. You’ll need to choose a much more mature perspective, conveniently, you are much more mature than this. This victimizing yourself via conditions is not going to make you happy. If you look for love in yourself, you find it. Please stop acting like you look and it is not there. It’s irresponsible of you and misleading to people less mature than you. Enough dude. Truth / Nonduality is not mistakable, like the punch in the face is not mistakable. “Yeah but what about.....what if....this guy says.....you’d have to admit it’s possible that.....this one time I....you don’t know.........anybody could be.......” - clearly you skipped step 1.

And perhaps, "our time here" is eternity, maybe such things are not as separate as they appear. Counterfeit in that sense, is a new term for me. Would the word, 'falsity', or 'in false understanding', be somewhat synonymous?

I think the more you look into yourself, the more you’ll find a really delightful, complete, and even infinitely funny, compatibility. “I am that I am”, and “The kingdom of heaven is within”, are of the wisest most insightful words ever written. Not to mention this little doozy...gets me every time!..... "Truly I tell you, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven” I like to take that as, he didn’t say, “Unless you get real serious and figure everything out...” I like to think he means, keep it light, fun, compassion, play. When I think about the possibility of the merging of nonduality, Christianity, and what you have overcome in your life - and what that stands to do for others - goosebumps man, chills. Very happy and excited for you.

@Nondescript Welcome to the forum. You’re at the right place. Lots of people here sharing very similar experience, trying to make sense of things, and helping each other out. I relate a lot with what you shared. Specifically the ‘inconsistent reality’ of electronics. I agree with you, there is a higher power, and I suggest it is showing you the possibilities of tuning into the subtleties in ‘everyday reality’. In my experience, there is infinite intelligence, infinite love, at play. This infinity appears as objects, people, etc - everyday stuff. But it is not everyday stuff, it is a miracle. Sounds like you were fortunate enough to experience a big phat dose of this. We’re all a little jelly. ? Perhaps what you experienced, is at the least, on the fringe of nonduality, or maybe, a strong inclination of it. That will probably be confusing af for a bit, but ultimately, it is the most worthwhile discovery, and relationship possible. There is an ‘impression of me as an individual’ which gets purged, or purified, as the delusion of this begins to be noticed, and eventually realized. Doubts & fears will be triggered, because none of them are true, nor were they ever true. Love is true, you are true, all is well - is actually true. The brain’s gonna try to hang on to perspectives to the contrary of this. As it does, use everything at your disposal, meditation, exercise, videos by nonduality teachers, clean eating, and be as open and honest as you can - make use of the forum. As you’re continuing to wake up, careful with what you share with people who are deluded with duality, they will think you are crazy. You are certainly not crazy. This is going to lead to things so wonderful, that you can’t even imagine right now, and most people, unfortunately, will never relate or investigate for themselves. The forum is a fine community for sharing these things. Don’t suppress or ignore, share. Give Jim Carrey a search on Youtube. He’s done some ‘fractal outbursts’, etc, and it might be comforting to see someone else going through the phases of waking up. It’s not happening ‘in your head’, you are not psychotic, there is most definitly God ☺️. A book or two, and some videos on nonduality will reveal to you much peace. Meditation also. That is why this is happening. Because you’re ready, and you can handle it. You’re waking up, to the adventure of a lifetime, follow that tease, those breadcrumbs of bliss. All is well. It’s supposed to be fun - but that will always be up to you. This kinda sums of life nicely, doesn’t it?..... “physical manifestations along with mystical experience”
