  1. @Strikr There is nothing to control, nothing which could control you. There is no external. We get to thinkin, that’s all, but just let it go, just let it all go. Breathe, relax, let it go. It will pass. The body is infinitely intelligent, and it will do it’s thing, perfectly, just let go. ❤️ This will pass, and IT WILL RETURN, stronger, clearer, infinitely better, than before.
  2. @non_nothing You’d not be, so you’d definitely not be worried about anything. On the contrary, would be the realization there was never anything to worry about. Bliss. It might seem like thought is needed to get things done, etc, but it is not. Synchronicity just is, and everything gels naturally, unresisted by thought, as there never was a doer.
  3. @How to be wise If someone “entered” samadhi already, then 5Meo is not going to have the same effect. Either one reveals the reality and infinitude without thought veiling. Once you’re Alone, there are no phases or steps anymore, no degree’s of understanding that you are infinite & alone.
  4. @CroMagna Absolutely. This appears to be a combination of meditation and or seeing/accepting truth, to the extent the mind has far less to attempt to ‘auto resolve’ day after day. When this happens, reality is seen as it is, “through the eyes of source”, every person’s value and inherent worth radiates like stars and the reality of love is palpable, obvious, and overwhelming. The subtlety involved in terms of sensitivity & awareness to thought, it’s roots, as well as acceptance of Self, are paramount.
  5. @SageModeAustin Interesting. You’re acknowledging it’s irrational, but you keep doing it...? Has it minimized at all, from meditation? Have you checked your techniques, etc? Have you tried laughing about the notion that you are holding “perfectionism” as thought, over the “As Is” existing perfection in the imperfect? Or, have you realized that it is precisely the imperfection which allows any experience at all?
  6. @SageModeAustin How long have you been meditating twice a day? I understand someone who doesn’t meditate not grasping not believing in thoughts, or even someone who occasionally meditates, but twice a day - no offense, just really, are you forgetting that, shortly after meditating, and believing thoughts again? What gives, doesn’t make sense.
  7. @Jack River Right, so not to is exactly the same, so why ‘do’?
  8. @Jack River Yes, makes perfect sense, no self, no desire, no head, no thoughts - so no more surfing. There’s no self with preference, so it’s the same. Whole, without preference of, or any desire for, surfing, right?
  9. @Jack River oh no man, I think you got me wrong, sorry. I’m saying be desireless. You don’t need to surf, that’s just a personal desire, for you, not whole. Be headless, like, not even the thinking required to comment.
  10. @Jack River Like, be, without surfing anymore. Without the fear that you aren’t enough without surfing, without the desire to surf. Without the need for that anymore. Cool?
  11. @SageModeAustin ??❤️ Years. You’re creating the whole thing, even what ‘anyone else’ is saying lol. Literally. You can do anything. Watch out for resistant thinking!
  12. @Viking Stop wasting your life an start meditating 2 or 3 times a day for 20 minutes. You’ve been going at this the hard way over and over. Remember your retreat? You say the easy way full and clear. You are neglecting your practices, and in neglecting your discipline, you neglect yourself.
  13. @Jack River Yo. Stop surfing. Today. No more. Cool? ??❤️
  14. @Casey Gavin Powers Meditation, breath focused, 3 times a day. In just a few days you’ll begin to see how you are thinking nd projecting onto these facets of your life and turning them into problems for yourself. You’ll stop doing that with some meditation. Don’t beat up on yourself if you choose not to, if you’re not ready to stop the ridiculousness and start meditating...,often, we are creatures of habit, and things must reach an absolute terrible pinnacle before we start to take responsibility for our own outlook, attitude, mood, thinking, decisions, life in general. Once you do though, it’s worth all the pain you went through. Good luck man. Read up on Oprah, & Tony Robbins. They had a rough start too.
  15. @Roch Breath focused meditation,2 or3 times a day, at least 20 minutes each.
  16. @SageModeAustin Meditation each morning is enough.
  17. @EvilAngel Direct experience man. Look into it, don’t be serious though.
  18. 5 mile run every morning, followed by 10 - 12 bowflex exercises.
  19. You could stop eating meat to experience the difference in mental clarity and energy. You could take Reiki classes to see that anyone can feel anyone else’s energy, be it pain & suffering or joy. You could take psychedelics and see that plants & trees are sentient. Direct experience is also more fun.
  20. @ThomasT Realestate. Then life purpose.
