  1. @TheAvatarState Ok, seriously now, - you trolling me?
  2. @TheAvatarState Damn dude. I am totally wth you on all that. Try Love as a super power. Just focus intensely on pumping tons of love into you, fire off successions of great feel good thoughts one after another - and then fully relax head to toe, just die you’re relaxed so much, fall over on the floor if it feels right. Lol. Sounds simple and stupid, but love is the most powerful. It is a superpower. This leads to what I don’t share on the forum, cause, well, you know. If it’s get’s to be too much, knowing what people are thinking, the synchronicity & your capacity for joy, etc, I’ve found eating something mildly heavier than I typically do “dials it down”.
  3. @Matteo You’ve been going along in an acquiring manor. You never ‘emptied your cup’. The path is deconstruction, less and less meaning empties the mind, reduces thinking, and realization can arise in this space. The final dissapointment, is the teachings. There is a full circle, completed in renouncing all ‘spirituality’. Without the fore mentioned emptiness, with a head full of teachings, one teacher after another - where can nondual realization arise? Suffering is thinking, over thinking. There’s no such thing as gurus. That is a deeply rooted thought, a projection. Again, it must be emptied, surrendered. Where can nonduality arise? That is the “problem”. That statement is NOT TRUE. You don’t know what you are. “I don’t know what I am”, is true for you. Don’t blow it off as semantical. This is the false belief you are repeating in different ways, which is the root of your seeking and suffering. Trade thinking for stomach breathing, for good, never look back. If you have a deeper trauma, from 12 or younger, get therapy. If not, you may just be experiencing the power of overthinking and having identified such. How will you realize what you are, while you’re claiming you already know? RIght, why would you have that thought, when it feels bad? Not trying to poke at you, just trying to help you see what you’ve missed. The ego, thinking, is one notch, one degree more cleaver than you. You will never beat the ego. You must surrender - from this moment on, stomach breathing. Notice when you consciously do it, you go unconscious in seconds and are mentally distracted, and you forgot. Practice it all day everyday, every minute no matter what you’re doing. (If what you want, is consciousness) Thinking will reduce more every day, until it literally stops one day. Good! Why are you thinking you need to trust someone, some person, some maya? What is nonduality? No more looking for shortcuts. You can not over think and breathe from your stomach at the same time. See this in your direct experience. None of those teachers mentioned this, or you did not commit to this? Stop looking for thinking to resolve thinking. Stop looking for clear ideas. “Hopeless” is also a thought. Surrender yourself to that voice within you, the unthinking, un-figuring-out, un-idea-maker. Surrender the finite (thinking) mind. What comes is the realization of infinity, nothing, Samadhi. It’s waiting, patiently, until you’ve done. It will never infringe. You must surrender to it. Trust me, what you really want, is not to hear any thoughts. There is. Can’t blow past it and go right into thinking, or you’ve already missed it. Breath / Awareness - do you see, in your own experience, these are prior to thinking? If not, pm me and I can quickly help you realize this in your own experience. It’s literally been right under your nose this entire time, you are looking once you’re already past what you are really looking for. It’s like you’ve been playing that Headbands game for 12 years, and your word is, “ineffable”.
  4. @Shin Yes. We can always just go to the love.
  5. @Charlotte ?? ....uh, you might be suffering from not suffering and forgetting folks are still in egotown, actually suffering. Such an easily provoked ego is probably a sign of suppressed suffering.
  6. @Charlotte The Last Brownie! Most people don’t by default distinguish the difference between awareness, awareness of a tv in awareness, awareness of a thought (about what’s on tv) in their awareness. For most, if it’s on the tv, it’s real and it’s happening, same as what’s in direct experience. You’re experiencing the big flip, from brains produce consciousness, to all is arising in you, consciousness. For those who have yet to even consider or contemplate this, it is just easier to not make distinctions and worry, and keep watching tv. Enjoy the brownie. It’ll go full circle.
  7. @cetus56 No, lol, I didn’t know it was already a term. It had positive connotation, like bringing Last Thursdayism up a notch, a spontaneous now, no past at all. It was a stupid comment and should be disregarded appropriately. Unless we’re Nowist’s - then I guess there’s no need to.
  8. That’s not an understanding, nor a realization, that’s why you’re intuiting it as “not good” aka (not Truth). It’s a ‘right thought’, but nonetheless, let it go completely. When nothingness is no longer a thought, but experience, everything literally flips. You will have the exact opposite perspective / experience, and it is ineffably wonderful, but you must begin the (possibly counter intuitive to you) letting go of every thought about ‘it’, to be ‘it’. Just to hold a single thought, just to blink, is already too much. Hopefully you see what I’m saying by that. It’s more like the light suddenly came on, and the room’s a little messy. Use the light to clean up the room. Try to be glad the light came on, it’s lucky, though I hear you, it doesn’t feel that way...yet. http://www.buddhanet.net/oxherd1.htm

  11. The truly happy dog gives Pavlov the treats. ❤️
  12. @TheAvatarState If I’m understanding...there’s a tipping point of the entirety of perspective, from a world with seven billion people, to seven billion worlds, magically appearing as one world, as you said, ‘mystical’. I was also very deep in synchronicity as you describe, knowing what people were about to say, picking up on random arising thoughts in people’s heads. It is from connectivity, through self, deeply, of experience itself. Time is illusionary, but the entirety is illusionary, and therefore it is quite possible to intuit the experience of ‘ahead of the experience’ - as real and equal as any other experience, because you are reality. @cetus56 ...Nowism...? ?
  13. We are all here for you, and we’re all in this together. You can PM me anytime you want. Don’t hesitate. Really. Totally understandable. We’re in the era of materialism - the false paradigm that happiness comes from others, or objects. Even if when you went out and ‘made new friends’, etc, if everyone liked you & found you interesting - you’d still have the same beliefs about yourself that you have, and you’d find affection & approval from other people would not ‘fix’ that. It would likely make you more dependent on approval. I feel you should know, or at least consider, that really almost everyone goes through this. It might not seem like that to you, because you’re pretty open and honest, and there is a stigma about these issues, so we rarely hear people opening up about it like you are. Good for you man, expression is important in healing. Yes, this is true, but put your own experience - feeling better - before giving so much consideration to what other people might be thinking. When your perspective changes, the world changes, and the experience of life changes. I’m sure you’ve experienced this in some way already, as you understand what full circle implies. Almost everyone goes through this same circle that you are now, to different degrees. It will pass and you’ll be all the stronger for it, and feeling reconnected and much more sure of yourself. I promise, even if it doesn’t seem so now, this is true. There is plenty you can do about this, and plenty of help available. It can take time to change of course, so be patient, and don’t beat up on yourself. Therapy would be most helpful, ideally someone you feel comfortable with, who helps you to express your emotions, and understand codependency, and how we internalize things from our childhood. It might seem frightful, but I assure you, talking through it with a good therapist can make all the difference. Often we make a mountain out of a molehill in our thinking, later to find it was all perspective. How’s your lifestyle, health wise? DIet, exercise? Those two can be extremely impactful. Are you meditating, doing yoga, singing, etc? Generally speaking, are you doing any practices or activities oriented towards well being, feeling good? What other things feel good for you? Simple light things you enjoy - going to the movies, or walks in the park, etc. Some time we “get to busy” and forget that the only point is feeling good, enjoying life. The simple stuff helps us remember. Do you know that breathing from your stomach instantly relaxes your body & mind, oxygenates, calms & relaxes all the systems in the body? Take some big slow deep stomach breathes. It really works. This might be too ahead of where you’re at, please let me know...but, do you know that while pain for most people is just a fact of life, suffering on the other hand, which is what you’re dealing with, does not actually come from the world, or our circumstances? Suffering comes from our mental story about our circumstances. Again, it takes time, and patience, but it’s a very helpful distinction to make. This implies that the truth is it doesn’t actually matter what people think about you. The root of the suffering is what you’re thinking people think about you, and how you think about yourself. But it’s just a story. These thoughts are our “stories” we tell ourself. You are, in fact, in control of your own happiness - easy for me to say today, as I recall being where you’re at, and it is hard, but trust me man, you are worthy of love, there is infinite love within you - express that love for yourself, and towards everyone & everything you can - the world will change right before your eyes, you’ll find you were full of love the whole time. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=ufNOWvcfrE4 https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=kIozCzLkk1U https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=FeLpvgAVtU8 https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=a3CunRgjXBk @Martin123
  14. @Cammy Maybe the lack of confidence derives from beliefs about yourself, that you know something at all about yourself, and in truth, you don’t know anything about yourself, so in dropping the beliefs, you are no longer shy, nor lacking in confidence. So maybe a good question is, when in life did you begin thinking you are shy?
  15. @Arkandeus But how could you even make such a distinction then, as to what is a “narcissist”?
  16. @inFlow It is pretty funny isn’t it? Happy for “you”! and the Mrs. too. A thought, consider that maybe the illusion runs deeper than identity. I mean, if there’s truly only one...it’s you. Might help with the “something rather than nothing”, not that you need any help. ❤️
  17. Awesome! Great realization. Thought is illusionary, belief is identification with thought. So identity is illusionary. What is illusory could not live & die, so no ‘thing’ is a “life”, so life can’t be a test. I hope your days continue getting more and more belief, and care - free! Keep in mind, love, does not require a thought! Neither does awareness! Also, if you knew everything, there’d be no opportunity for belief. I’d look into that. Sounds suspicious.
  18. For sure, that’s why I asked. It seems you’re maintaining a separation that it would be beneficial to be aware of, in terms of the very realization you are wanting. As in there is “work” time or “work” you, and there is “spirituality or practices” time, or “spirituality or practices you”. By not answering that one question (% of day stomach breathing), this became clear, and in terms of identity, it’s a path blockage. Is there concern, what would happen to the path if you pursued a,b,c, through work - or the opposite - what would happen to work / finances if I did a,b,c, on the path? I might be way off.
  19. Assuming you are somewhere around 5 - 6 ft tall, imagine everyone else is 15 - 18 feet tall, and you don’t understand their language - no mental comparison is needed. ‘Perspective’ is developing as awareness is “attaching”, infinite intelligence is limiting (as a verb) in experience (in appearance). The veil is God forgetting. The veil is not psychological conditioning, or identification with physicality, though we’re all free to use words interchangeably of course.
  20. @Bauer1977 What does “die” mean? Also, do you realize such things, or not? What is the need to add this “ego which realizes things” into the mix? You’re the one realizing this, no? Why add “souls” too? You are the understanding, are you not?
