  1. you said no self is reality but nonduality/mahasamadhi arent. Is that because they are names for a particular idea whereas no self is just the absence of the viel self gives to everything it sees? @moon777light See this Bill Nye style...Light a match or a lighter next to a wall. Look at the wall, and tell me what’s missing. Now look at your hand - what’s missing? Then, contemplate... who is contemplating? What then, is, “contemplation”? (If this sounds ridiculous, go through all of the siddhis, until samadhi, and discard them all in non-attachment, non-identification) I’d recommend the four noble truths, and the eightfold path. 5 or so miles into a run, notice the true effortlessness, notice there’s no you doing a damn thing, was always the case. Sing, Alone, no one is there. Lose the self in the one pointed concentration of playing an instrument. Many more of course, every way is no way.
  2. You are directly aware of thoughts. Therefore it is not possible that you could be one of, or any of, the thoughts. Because you are already the awareness of the thought. Every thought about yourself is a gift, which reminds you, you are awareness. Aware of, the thoughts. You’ll find no limit to awareness, no edge, no separation, no beginning nor ending - only thoughts about - which you are aware of. You are infinite, and you can do anything - you can even believe you are limited. But it won’t feel good, because it’s non-sense - you’d have to ignore sensations to carry such a belief, because your sensations tell you this is not true. That’s why it feels bad to believe all this nonsense about yourself/God.
  3. @Mikael89 You say enlightenment is happiness. Would it not make sense, that you would meet it precisely there? You heading in that direction?
  4. No self isn’t a perspective, it’s reality. “Survival” is a perspective. Nonduality & mahasamadhi are not states, nor ‘reality’. “States” is a perspective.
  5. @Anton Rogachevski What exactly, is the “dilemma”? If it’s stopping you, at least have a look at what this thing is. Sometimes truth is hidden in words, and sometimes we use a word to hide the truth, not knowing we are doing so.
  6. @Serotoninluv You are Beautiful. @Aakash You’re in the cult of personality here.
  7. They didn’t get the most votes in those elections, but won by the electoral. No?
  8. @Aakash Hard to say. Find someone enlightened, and ask them.
  9. @Grant NZ There are not God’s intentions, because there is no such thing as God. Sorry, and you’re welcome. The latter might be down the road.
  10. @SoonHei Who chooses perspectives, awareness uproots who. Inspect the perspectives, listen to the sensations. A who is not sensational, contrary to appearance, and in spite of even the subtlest dogma.
  11. @themovement “You” don’t know what genes are. Yet, claiming you understand, you do know, THAT is what angers you. You’re saying this thing controls your life - but you haven’t looked to see what that thing is. It is not easier to suffer ignore-ance. Not at all. Keep proving all these spiritual fools wrong though. You’re on fire!
  12. @SoonHei Uproot the one choosing between perspectives, and see what perspective is.
  13. @Inder He said he is God, not us. See that statement as many ways as you can, you’ll know the true perspective by how it feels.
  14. @Aakash Yesterday my kids and some friends spontaneously began a game of tag by each yelling “not it!”. The last kid said, “guess I’m it.... I don’t even know what “it” is”. Wife whispered and smiled, “absolutely you don’t kid”. Thought of you bro.
  15. @StarStruck Maybe you don’t know any thing.
  16. @TheWaterRuss How’s the healing going?
  17. @DecemberFlower It’s a thought. Not “doubt”. You have to believe the thought and identity with it to create doubt out of a hollow thought. Notice you are directly aware of thoughts, and directly aware of sensations. Notice when you mix them and create falsities like, “doubt”.
  18. @themovement What are genes? Do you know?
  19. @Wisebaxter Pinpoint the question, write it down. Then drop it and do something fun. The answer will arise in the feeling great, without the concern of the question. After some practice, you’ll be able to ‘do this’ instantly, anytime you want. (Because you’ll be great at letting go.)
  20. @Firebirdz Hi & welcome. Do you know if other people are thinking?
