@Danioover9000 The very word is telling you very plainly that there is no such ‘thing’. There isn’t non existence. That’s what the word means. There is no “it” in this case....because...it doesn’t exist. Notice, you’re not actually thinking about non existence, only the word, and then questioning if existence has an opposite.

@Philipp You can always start really small, and increase incrementally really small. Whatever speed you’re comfortable with. That feeling isn’t about what might happen as you might be believing. It’s that feeling can’t go ‘into the future’ like thought appears to. Feeling & thought are either aligned now, or not. Feeling is guidance. Thoughts are chosen in accordance with, in alignment with, feeling. Otherwise, we experience a “sense of separation” that we can’t quite put a finger on, and it blows. If you get that down, when you’re tripping balls, you’ll be happy & present.

Am I understanding what you’re saying....you don’t want to murder any one, so to speak...unconditional love does. I think I understand the “position”, so to speak, what’s being said. There are ‘God powers’ (if you will). They are of love, & can rewire and blissout your body & mind, by which all experience is flipped upside down and inside out. Every very last aspect. The ‘full circle’ can’t be believed or imagined, it’s that good. You will not ever be able to manifest physical out of nothing though, because nonduality (you already are). Can you be more specific, as to what it is about murdering & making others suffer that you want? That doesn’t make sense imo. In what ways do you like / want it? The doing it, the having accomplished it?

@WHO IS If you were saying a dog means living life is in vein, at least you could point to it, see it, hear it, touch it. There’s no problem with thoughts, only the attachment. Meditation is for this.

You’re ‘real‘ alright, absolutely. But the idea of you is an idea of you. Without the belief in that idea, there’d be no suffering. Saying I’m higher consciousness is false, and perpetuates the very idea of you as low consciousness. We’re literally, exactly the same consciousness. Notice the tendency to believe the thoughts arising now as you read this, and relax and let them go. Or don’t, and remain reactionary. Up to you really.

Existence, consciousness, does not depend on meaning. Meaning is illusory. ‘A person is in consciousness‘, and ‘God has identities’ are dualities.

But the “I” or “I’m” is not conscious. That is the illusion, if you will.
