  1. This guy is interesting, I've seen him on Gaia channel a few times, of course I cannot believe everything he says, but if what he says is true, then as you said he is an important person to listen to. Although I should say many of his believes or words have been said before many times. You don't need to believe everything people say. It doesn't mean they are necessarily lying. World is weird. I'll listen to this podcast for sure. Thanks for sharing. Totally agree.
  2. You guys said everything. My opinion in short: Sadhguru is not right about everything, all the time, he has his own biases. Yes, sex do indeed affect the body (every action does, but sex more strongly, because of the underlying physiological aspects of sex, both in the brain and other organs), and these effects might interfere with the ability to reach some mental and spiritual stages. This is not very hard to believe. and I do believe this is true. Each action has different effects on your body's physiology. It's just plainly wrong if you compare effects of sex with walking or writing. My friends: do not assume that everything past cultures taught us are all meaningless biases, there are lots of wisdom in their teachings.
  3. Trading in Forex market. It takes time, at least 2-3 years, and it will cost you both mentally and financially, but it's worthwhile.
  4. Yeah, so true But also I think it depends on how you define love. If you talk about absolute love, then for sure there will be more love at higher stages. But if we assume a more common meaning for love, in each stage the thing that love projects on to might change. For example in orange, you might love money, sex and success more than you love animals, in green you might like animals and nature more, in yellow you might NOT love animals or nature as much as green, but you might love something else more, it kinda depends on your personality as well and not just your cognitive development.
  5. Yeah, I think he has some yellow qualities for sure.
  6. @FourCrossedWands The signs are everywhere indeed. Well, it has something to do with it. It's different for every human. Some people by the act of knowing and thinking about the unity in the universe, can indeed change their worldview and experience the world in a different way. Non dual being and experience has many degrees. Someone might look at treas and literally experience the unity with nature, and for some others it might be only a thought. Minds are different. The line between intellectual and REAL experience is not clear, and I believe this line has different qualities for different people.
  7. @Edvardas Ok dude. Take care. Please don't mess with creation and planets n stuff.
  8. Nothing is gonna happen. In modern world everyone, even politicians (!) know the difference between deliberate act and accidents. Countries do not like suicide no more.
  9. Come on... If you are pure oneness, and you are trying this hard to prove others that you are right and they are wrong, I think "Oneness" is just some human baby! Are you really that rare? then lucky us that can read your teachings! If you are really as evolved as you say, please dear friend, be more humble.
  10. I agree, this is unfortunate, keeping an open mind is not that easy, arguing and defending is much easier. Still, these conversations can make us think as wel.
  11. Sometimes it's very funny to me. The depth the stuff that you guys talk about, and then your attitude toward each other: "I am right, you are wrong!" Realize how deep these ideas are. Honestly, I cannot believe these conversations are genuine. Everyone is living a different life. Everyone has to reach the Truth with his/her own being.
  12. I don't know, but I guess if it's a program, it's private, largest hedge funds don't just share everything.
  13. I think its hard to pinpoint the exact definition of philosophies behind "conservative" thinking and "progressive" thinking. For example you could be very progressive and left leaning person, but at the same time believe that we should not change every aspects of our lives and society, because somethings are there for a reason, somethings are done in a specific way for a reason. Change is ever present, it's part of nature and life, but sometimes it would wise to at least try to keep something as it always has been.
  14. Yeah, shrooms definitley make me feel like an animal, I even sometimes move and think like an animal! Yeah, it seems the experience varies between people. For me, weed really makes sex more amazing. It does not necessarily makes me horny, but if I get horny while high, oh boy!
  15. Not a very good Idea. In short, LSD makes sex better, Weed makes sex a loooot better, but shrooms not so much. If anything, it might make you less horny, because your mind is occupied with deep and weird experiences, you don't care much about sex. But this is my experience, it could be different for others depending on the personality. Have fun!
  16. I don't think IQ changes with using psychedelics or anything else. I believe it is set from birth. Different professionals have different opinions about what IQ actually measures, but I believe there is some definition that most of the people that study intelligence agree on. Watch the conversation between Lex Fridman and Richard Haier, interesting conversation about IQ and intelligence,
  17. Well, I think "Fiction" is a broad category. For example I personally don't like Virginia Wolf's books, and I will probably get bored while reading those, but this doesn't mean I don't like fiction books. I recommend try different authors, with different writing styles, and probably from different countries. Read Murakami books. "Kafka on the shore" is one of his bests, although it is pretty long. There are many fiction books that are not long. Just don't expect to like every fiction book even from great authors. I've read lot, and I believe most fiction books are useless and boring. Find the good ones that fits your mind and personality. And to be honest, I never thought of reading fiction books as a means for better communication! Interesting that you see it that way. I recommend reading non-fiction books that are about this topic(better communication and making friends) instead of reading fiction.
  18. @Revolutionary Think Good always overcomes evil Thank you dear
  19. No, they are not, there are lots of struggle between top authorities in Iran, it's just that this is not obvious to the outside world. And it's not just about government. Iran is much larger than Syria, and many different factors influence its political condition. Islamic republic is ruled by bunch of old idiots with outdated ideologies, and the only reason they stayed in power throughout all these years is because of money. Iran is very rich. Not just oil, but many other natural resources as well. But now because of their mismanagement, its all going to shit. And many other countries wanted this, a weak Iran, as I said before Iran has many enemies, both historically and contemporarily. These old bastards are going to die soon, and their idiotic system will collapse.
