  1. Afaik, you like this dream far more than you think and only a part of you wants that dream. Besides, the process, if possible, is most likely way out if your control.
  2. It might take some time, maybe a long time, but you'll learn to understand it over time. Overly rational can indeed be a good way to describe it. Feelings like being overly critical, looking down on people, righteous, pessimistic and jealous reside in the head from my experience.
  3. Sorry for ruining this for you but this is kind of the non-ego side of things. If you see something as beautiful, that's not very egoic. I think there's something to zodiac signs for sure, but at the same time it is quite tricky with different ibterpretations and people tend to become fatalistic cause of it too
  4. I mean the article is not the best. But if he did indeed run away and leave the country then something maybe came up. I think there's something off with him
  5. @MM1988 I hope you the best, maybe you'll catch a break somewhere or there will be a bigger breakthrough that'll help you out
  6. You might have different things surface each time. So it might be similar process reoccurring that is helping you allow whatever resistance there is. This being the case, things will get better over time, even if slowly at first. It might be that you're very sensitive to certain things as of now and your body is quite desperately asking you to spend more time with your emotions. I'd recommend simply sitting and letting things be more, learning to be more compassionate, maybe staring at your hand like Leo says, in a very simple manner.
  7. Allow that resistance to be there, or I think that will be something that will happen over time.
  8. I think they do, or my mood at least can change room to room, although it could be a projection as others are saying. Anyway, you can of course use what violet flame was talking about, for me I just have my own brightness clear things up in any environment I'm in
  9. @K VIL People, society, tends to repress the same things. People tend to dislike similar things. So maybe she has in one way or another shown a side like that is generally disliked, making people think there's something off with her. She could also be "struggling to repress" something like this, making it a little visible all the time, making it still show. As an example for the second, a person who won't admit to being angry, but is slightly annoyed all the time.
  10. You might have some part usually in the "collective shadow", commonly thought of as bad and repressed, more visible or strong in you. You might not be even aware of what exactly that is, but this could explain it.
  11. I'm in a similar situation, although not nearly as bad. Thinking about leaving parents behind for good, definitely feeling unsafe with them. You can try to find a middle way solution. Taking good distance from them, even completely cutting them off, but still acknowledging the mental effect all of that has had on you and learning to process those things. Taking it a bit slow with your own mind and letting things play out naturally might be one option, as it might give you peace of mind to not overthink leaving them, leaving a more compassionate feeling for them too, so that they won't do crazy things.
  12. Hey, it might take some thinking, some practice you know. To figure out things like lust, which tend to have a huge impact on a normal person's psychology. It's fine to have it be "overwhelming" or not know how to deal with it, you'll figure it out over time if you keep having an intention to improve yourself. Maybe right now, suppressing is what your mind naturally does. That's of course not optimal in the long run, but sometimes you gotta go with the skills you have. Maybe you will learn something new about your emotions today or tomorrow, something that will change how you see lust. Maybe it will come after a week or a month that you will have something go your way that helps you allow it without it being an issue with your social life. It can become an enrichment. I doubt that you'll have to do complex things like create a disgust for it or anything.
  13. I'm infp. For me game is a very flowy thing (not that I do it much at all). It just goes very naturally when it does, I don't really even think about it. Most importantly, I have to genuinely like the girl. If that's the case I don't worry too much about anything else
  14. I think I know why they're there. Honestly, you don't have to do anything about them. If you're worried about it, that's fine. They might be signaling you of another issue. But the earworms, they are there for "a reason", it is understandable why it's there. I recommend trying to relax, like overall. Relax body parts etc
  15. Is the suffering real? "No self, no problem"
  16. It is possible. Not all friendships last forever anyway. Not everyone is compatible and this can be recognized by both sides. There can be more meaningful things for those people than a heavily sexual relationship and that leads to them committing to keeping it a friendship. People can imagine all kinds of things about other people or what they might do with them and still be friends. Even if there are feelings, they might still be friends and it's still beneficial for both people. (even if that might be a rare case). I'd imagine that over time it of course becomes more difficult to be just friends with others, so it's really about what other purposes are there for the friendship.
  17. I don't think the idea of becoming an artist goes away, or at least it can definitely resurface when peeking into turquoise. Being an artist in any way you are can be great for the development of humanity, and developing in a hybrid of green and orange way isn't all that there is to it. Maybe for someone's situation it indeed means exactly what you described, but I wouldn't say always
  18. Why wouldn't it be possible? (just saying) I've heard in psychology classes that dreams often represent our subconscious and our subconscious can send us messages through it, so that is one take on it
  19. If you think there might be issues, it's fine to not know the answers at first. Think about anything bothering you a bit more and eventually you'll find stuff out
  20. Learn to stay with the emotion of resistance
  21. Kundalini awakening is generally thought to be an irreversible thing. That being said, kundalini energy is as far as I've understood more concentrated normal energy. Many energy things do come and go too. Energy is indeed a topic not very common to talk about for several reasons, but you can find advice for it too. It is not talked about much for although it can be good to acknowledge, it can be something easy to get lost in, and normal principles of meditation still hold pretty much regardless of the experience.
  22. It sounds like it might be caused by a split between wanting solutions, approval and wanting to feel free, unconditionally loved, powerful. Oh and if this is the case, the solution is very simply to recognize those sides
