  1. @Hello from Russia I know a lot of athletes that thrive better in this lifestyle than regular. The key is not "caloric density" the key is "nutrient density". OMAD doesn't necessarily mean one meal it means more of one eating period. So you eat within 1 - 2 hour window roughly then fast 22 - 23 hours some do 2 - 4 hour window but is less efficient for optimum Health, Performance & Longevity benefits. Checkout Dr. Nun Amen Ra. He is a expert in the field and breaks strongman world records living this way as he found out this is how humans evolved and are most efficient way to live. He also only consumes roughly 1500 nutrient dense calories no animal products which shows how this is far more efficient and comparable to consuming 3000+ calories in multiple meals throughout the day. Yes you cannot consume much fresh fruit and vegetables but you consume legumes, tubers, nuts & seeds, avocado, dried fruits and more cooked veggies ect.. which become more nutrient dense and you can pack in more in a smaller volume at once. (Athletically speaking) @Mirror of Confusion The body feels hungry based on how its conditioned to consume. If you eat every 2 - 3 hours your body will adapt to that then you will naturally feel hungry every 2 - 3 hours. If you eat once every 48 hours you will eventually adapt as well and only feel hunger close to the 48 hour mark. I have done most of these experiments myself. Its all conditioning/adaptation.

  3. This is why i suggested longer because 2 days is usually not enough time for the hunger to subside and spiritual purification to take full effect(since this is why you are doing it). Fasts for spirituality usually go much longer than health fasts. I have friends who done 40 - 50+ days on a spiritual fast while most others for complete restoration of health usually go 7 - 21 days max. Its usually the 4th - 7th day when you start to feel really pure and amazing but as i have said before sometimes a spoon of organic raw(cold-pressed) honey when hunger feels uncontrollable i have experimented as it goes directly into the bloodstream and does not effect the "essence" of the fast as much as any other food-substance would. Its extremely light on the body and the highest vibrational food-substance known.

That's what got me Enlightened(for the most part), knowing i am already there by nature, dropping all that i was ever taught by culture/society and being who i truly am while letting go of everything else that came from thoughts or conditions. Eventually i had become who and what i truly am Since then i have rarely had another question about life, who i am or the meaning of existence or how things work. All is innerstood.
  5. @Viking Never tried it but i believe i certainly can. The things i believe allow me to surpass mans limitations as they are more an inner-knowing than belief. I will definitely try it when i do my next water or dry fast. I also realize when you are in this state, you prefer to walk, and make love to the earth with your feet as you become humble and gentle as feather floating through the breeze. You become an extension of nature rather than something in it. You allow it to flow through you.

I feel a spiritual energy and purer awareness arise within me although i can see how it can be mistaken for lack of energy because the energy is very calm yet eternal in its nature as if you are in meditation 24/7. and Thanks @Prabhaker

  11. Lets say God is the Ocean in this scenario. You (in this case) are just a drop of water in the ocean(god) but ultimately one and the same/of the same source as the drop is the very essence of the whole ocean itself. You become god incarnate within the drop that you are when you truly grasp you are the ocean as a whole in itself. Understanding it will not be possible until you directly experience it and it is more of an Innerstanding than Understanding.

  13. I think it would be okay, try to keep it minimal ingredients and maybe research on water fast forums or google that specific question. I don't think you have to worry much about muscle mass. Fat will be used up first and you can easily build back up as muscle memory kicks in if required. Natural sugars from fruit have never harmed anyone, especially if you are consuming the whole fruit itself and not a juice without the fiber/pulp. Whatever you feel best for you. I personally believe there is no such thing as too much fruit as its the most optimum food for the human body. The sugar in fruit does not have the same effect as concentrated sugar or artificial sugar. Nature has been perfecting life for billions of years, trust her intelligence
  14. @Charlotte Detox symptom Drink some more water and some people sprinkle some extra sea salt to the water for minerals that say assists with the detox symptom and helps keep headaches at bay or you can get a cold rag dipped in salt water and even better add some peppermint essential oil to head, face and neck or to the rag provides a nice mineral boost and cooling sensation.

  17. I like thick soup, much more satiating. I like to steam pumpkin, sweet potatoes, carrots, beets and similar veggies then load up in a large food processor, blend away. Add back to large pot, add coconut milk and herbs/spices and or salts of choice and simmer for another 5 - 10 minutes. This is very nice in the winter time, i also add lentils sometimes for extra fiber and protein for a more thick and filling meal. You can also through other non-starchy veggies too that soften with steaming, food processing blends and mixes everything up and you have a nutritious powerhouse. I like this method much better because it actually feels like soup not just salted water with vegetables and oil. This way everything is mixed in and blends well

Eventually you will become who you truly are if you truly desire it and put enough time and effort into it. Eventually it becomes effortless and most simple to be yourself.

My Hawaiian Spirulina(Spirulina Pacifica) based on chronometer contains 375% B-12 but they say we don't absorb this B-12 from plants properly which i believe is another myth to steer people aware from health and keep them on the profit loop. Indeed a source is needed but they say when the body is at optimal health B-12 circulates for years and years sometimes even decades and you are bound to get some B-12 from somewhere in those years by accident on but yes supplementing is always wise as information is all over the place these days. I try not supplement on purpose then get blood tests to see my levels and so far everything has been normal so i am not sure. I research the symptoms of deficiency quite well and i have a B-12 spray just in-case although i think the algae and unwashed organic produce provide more than enough and i know this is most unwise but i sometimes feel supplements effect natural production long-term especially these extremely high amounts that most supplements seem to have today. I like to go by the natural amounts found in nature(whole foods) and if i were to supplement to try at least mimic those amounts even though the whole food equivalent is missing.
  22. Interesting thanks for sharing and like i said, the deeper we go, the more infinite the possibilities become. We have to find what works best for our individual self and keep a balance between things so we don't fall too much into one thing or one side of things were we lose the greater awareness.
