I do it sometimes but never really follow the daily practice, i like to look at the lovely red sunset for a minute or so while sipping on a nice beverage then sitting back closing my eyes 5-10 minutes in meditation and allowing its energy to sink in. I feel very empowered by it especially when paired with our infinite imagination. -

Ahh the good old ringing... signal vibration at its finest I have learnt to let it play in the background because i hear it almost 24/7 nowadays especially when i do a few deep breaths and pay attention. This year more than ever. The emery is so strong in 2017 i am so hyped. -

Consciousness just is. I don't see any other way to put it. -

Its pointless trying to understand a higher form of existence in a lower reality of existence. Thus why we forget every single time and only remember when we access those higher states of existence (if you will). Its like trying to explain to a 2D cartoon what the 3D world is. You simply will not be able to comprehend, not now, not in a million years no matter what technology or advancements we have or made.

If someone can change peoples lives just by listening to a short video or lecture of his/her wisdom is enough for me. Enlightened or not does not matter. -
You could say so although many of us i believe are still quite deficient without supplementation or daily superfood use because most soils of today are heavily depleted in nutrients. For example: 50-100 years ago one fruit/vegetable back then was probably 5 - 10x more nutritious then it is today due to all the chemical use. Which is why its somewhat important to look out for these times at least few days of the week to try eat as raw or as whole as possible and be aware of these things so we know how to take care of ourselves better to function optimally and live our lives to its fullest potential. Best things we can do is grow our own and never use any chemicals but try replicate natures way as close as possible and re-mineralize our soil with natural organic matter. Of course everything in moderation is key to a harmonic life but it doesn't hurt to take extra care of yourself from time to time.

Apparently the higher the temp doesn't matter as much its the length of time that matters when it comes to preserving nutrients. Maybe this is why Japanese use them a lot and are known to be generally healthy people among others. Here's something i just read about specific questions. "The best way to destroy nutrients is to cook your food in an open pot of boiling water. To retain the most nutrients use as little water as possible and cook foods rapidly. Since many vitamins are sensitive to water, heat and air exposure, water used for cooking can dissolve and wash away water soluble vitamins, while the heat deteriorates many of the others. The longer the cooking time and the higher the temperature the worse it becomes. Therefore, any cooking that minimizes the time, temperature, and water will help to preserve nutrients. Pressure cooking is one of the best methods because it minimizes time and requires little water." Hmm... I wonder how slow cooking does since the temp is very low but cooks for a long time. Usually i would bring to boil and simmer on the lowest flame with my cooking but now this pressure cooking stuff is very interesting and saves so much time

You could even do daily walks in nature, bath in the sun, adopt a healthier diet/lifestyle, focus on the simpler details of life, get into gardening or working with plants and travel as much as you can, find new hobbies ect.. can work just as well as meditation for some that find it really hard to settle down. Nature is like therapy, it is home not a place we visit and when possible walk barefoot on bare-earth, this removes a great deal of draining energy you pickup from modern technology and lifestyles we have today that do not allow us to really connect with ourselves properly so we can ultimately connect with others better, instead we are sort of in a constant state of electro-magnetic bombardment. These will lead you to finding more people like you seeking similar things as the law of attraction takes place you will help each other. That's why we are here

The most amazing experiences almost always start off as the most challenging especially when the ego is not disciplined For me personally if i ever plan on doing something as powerful i fast or eat only fruits/vegetables for a week or so to cleanse the system and partake in activities to re-center myself several days beforehand well so the experience is as pure and clean as possible. You'd be amazed how much 1 little processed substance or un-natural substance can effect the whole experience thus why when you go for Ayahuasca retreats they suggest very clean and strict diet/lifestyle for at least 2 weeks prior to the experience. I remember experimenting with changa (herbal infused DMT) and one day i added one different herb to the mix and the experience was greatly influenced by the consciousness of that plant and took a much different route, ultimately the same but in its own unique way. Thank you for sharing this with us, takes courage to go through. -
My life the last 7 years or so gives me more than enough evidence as well as many other friends i know that are in the same or similar lifestyle path and or choices. I've used traditional herbs and superfoods from around the world most of my life and can 100% tell you right now they do work. These foods we don't need to consume in large amounts because they are so powerful but merely used as extra additives to our regular intake which fills the missing links as our earth and soil is heavily depleted in nutrients/minerals due to all the pesticides, radiation, pollution, GMO's ect..used over the years. These superfood/herbs boost everything to levels that are not possible to achieve with regular food of today where they don't have no where near as much nutrient density today as they used to say 50 years ago. One apple 50 years ago for example was 3-10 times as nutrient dense as it is today depending on location. Dr Thomas investigated the fall of nutrients in 64 foods by comparing data from Government-backed scientific studies between 1940 and 1991. The rate of depletion appeared to be greatest between 1978 and 1991. In those 13 years alone, vegetables lost 57 per cent of their zinc - an important element for the immune system and for male fertility. Dr Thomas said: "We found that since 1940, the minerals and other nutrients that help to make fruit and vegetables good for you have been in startling decline." He said that eating fruit and vegetables is still beneficial for health, but continuing falls in nutrients could lead to deficiencies in some consumers. on another study.. Donald Davis, a biochemist at the University of Texas, said that of 13 major nutrients in fruits and vegetables tracked by the Agriculture Department from 1950 to 1999, six showed noticeable declines -- protein, calcium, phosphorus, iron, riboflavin and vitamin C. The declines ranged from 6 percent for protein, 15 percent for iron, 20 percent for vitamin C, and 38 percent for riboflavin. I detached from all those things at one point in my life, that is when i found my true self, my infinite self, that is when i remembered everything i had created the only problem was i had to eventually re-attach myself and create a balance in order to spread my wisdom and share it with others. Now i watch others blossom and brings joy to my heart and when i am a bit down they help me with my own wisdom i once shared with them.
