  1. Take classees at a yoga studio, and make friends there.
  2. Simple: people who have a history of mental illness should not take psychedelics...
  3. Very good question. My two cents: - Be in a good emotional state in your life - Have a good support network - Find ways to release tension in your body (through yoga, massage etc) - Fulfill medium-level needs on the Maslow hierarchy - Psychotherapy - Use psychedelics responsibly (not recommended for everyone) - Don’t get neurotic on having “profound” insights. The more you seek them, the harder it is to have them.
  4. 1g should be good enough for your firsr trip. You should do it when you are in a good emotional states, otherwise it can be a pretty bad trip. If you decide to use it with a friend, you both should remain silent during the trip. And if you have a history of psychosis, psychedelics are not recommended. good luck!
  5. I don't think this will relationship will work. It's very emotionally laborious to deal with someone who is neurotic.
  6. No. That's not going to help.
  7. Right lol It’s ok to take a break. It’s actually quite beneficial in my opinion. One thing you could do is attend a Vipassana retreat.
  8. Therapy and/or psychedelics (not recommended for everyone). Or simply google your question

  11. Because you don't like to do those things. Ta-da! lol Of course not. Spiritual people think meditation is the cure for all life's problems... ?‍♂️ One thing that can help doing school assignments is to do it with friends. Remember the old Roman motto "Union is strength"
  12. Cool images. This practice doesn't seem very healthy. What's the problem with drinking water?
  13. haha Well, in some cases extreme boredom is caused by depression. Nothing in life seems interesting. Another reason is that our culture has become overstimulated. We're always seeking a quick fix. (There's no need to become a monk, though. Find the middle path instead.) Ponder this: the obsessive desire for more stimulation is just a symptom. There are underlying causes for that.
  14. ?‍♂️ Sleep deprivation produces a “high” that mascarades as awakening, but truth is, it leads sooner or later to dangerous consequences.
  15. In our culture, that does not work very well. Yes, there are moments where we can share silence with another person. But in most cases, it just becomes an awkward silence. In my opinion, it's better to practice small talk. The Wikipedia entry is pretty interesting: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Small_talk Well, to me, the key to interacting well with others is all about how much you can relax into the moment. Not always easy to do so. And forcing yourself too much to say something, be relaxed, etc. is counterproductive.
