  1. Try the app called Seven. Quick workouts all below 10 minutes, but can be intense. Easy to start and better than nothing, works for me.
  2. Happy Birthday and thank you
  3. Does anybody know if Sputnik-V is safe? It's the only one available for me.
  4. Speaking of indie games, check out Loop Hero
  5. Hey Azote, how are you doing these days?
  6. Tried it, but feels way too complicated for me. I'll stick to OneNote for now.
  7. Do not trust your mind. But observe it's mechanisms mindfully. Openmindedness. Radical Honesty. Also, Life Purpose Course (thank you, Leo, I'm developing my Life Purpose project for a couple of years now and it made my life inspiring)
  8. I want to learn more about therapy and counseling for my Life Purpose project. So I found this book about what they call Metacognitive Therapy. It's basically Mindfulness, but in a more materialistic language. Quite detailed explanations about how to develop a more mindful approach to your thoughts and beliefs. Many things are similar to what Leo used to talk about. There are a lot of interesting techniques too. I wish more therapists and psychologists would understand Mindfulness on deeper levels.
  9. Yes, this I understand. But to me it seemed that Leo mentioned "every hair on a body" as if every hair on my body actually exists not as a thought, or a vague feeling. This is why I'm asking. If only direct experience exists, but there is no "every single hair" in my direct experience. But still he mentions every single hair. As well as other galaxies, aliens, humans, etc.
  10. I understand that to be aware/imagine means to create or to design. But why do we say that, for example, I (as God) designed every tree on this planet, if the only thing that I am actually aware is just a vague thought/vision about "all the trees on the planet"? When Leo mentions every hair on a body or, let's say, every tree on planet, what does he mean by those hair and trees? Does he mean just thoughts about those things or something more? Or maybe he actually, in direct experience, became aware of every atom in every Universe so now he can confirm that every hair on body actually exists in God's mind, but not in human mind, and because right now I am too much a human mind, I can only be aware of "vague thoughts" about hair and trees? But if I could look through God's eyes, then in my direct experience I would have been aware of "every atom in every Universe" so to speak?
  11. @Leo Gura This is what I'm trying to understand: 1) It is often mentioned that I create the Universe, the Moon and every creature and object and every hair on my body, and infinite amount of forms etc. While at the same time you say that: 2) "When you are aware of it, you create it" So something exists ONLY if I am aware of it? Did I create an alien in some other Galaxy? But I am not aware of the alien or any Galaxies. I am only aware of a thought about an alien. Which means that the alien exists only as this particular thought? But why then mention other creatures, objects, planets, humans and everything else that I am not aware of and say that I created them?
  12. @Leo Gura how is it that I designed every hair on my body if I am not aware of my every hair? Did I design something that I am not aware of in current direct experience?
  13. I used to be a metalhead. I was only listening to metal, the most extreme genres like funeral doom metal, raw black metal, DSBM, etc. all my life basically. I also went to more than 50 metal concerts. But in the past 3-4 years I almost cannot listen to "dark" genres in metal anymore. It's just too much negativity. I surrounded myself with information (including music) that uplifts me, inspires, makes me lighter, kinder, more connected to other people, more willing to love, share and care. Many metal bands are pure negativity. It's like they are mostly complaining and whining in aggressive tone, that's it. Or overcompensating and trying to look dangerous, evil, important. Like teenagers. But also I see love and compassion in metal. When you are broken and suffering, you find some relief in dark arts. It's like at least somebody can understand you. "To understand" means they can relate to you better and be compassionate with you. It means you can get some love from it. So for me metal, even most extreme genres, always been about love and understanding and comforting. For me it was also healing in some ways. Of course there is also a lot of beauty in metal music, it's not all just screams and loud noises. Now I do not need compassion for those psychological wounds so neurotically, because many of them are healed. And I have new goals of sharing to the world now, so I feel like I am so much more capable of resonating with and understanding "light" music. But also now I definitely see how metal can put you down. It makes you justify your negative states and identify with them.
  14. @Leo Gura So my current "world" (my current direct experience) is the only thing that exists? There is always only me and nothing else, no matter what the content of imagination is? It's always me watching a dream? And the dream is made of my imagination? And I cannot see myself because I keep watching the dream (basically looking at myself anyway, but not being able to realize WHAT I am because of constant distractions and survival in the dream)? If I remember correctly, in a video you said something like that all realities and all times exist simultaneously and infinitely like pictures on a film reel. What are these "realities and experiences"? How can they exist if they are not seen by me? Or are they actually seen by God right now, but "I" have no access to them because "I" am a human with my current 1st person experience and for me to get access to it, "I" most stop being "human me"? I cannot see anything outside of dream unless the dream ends? Is this ego death?
  15. @Leo Gura Right now imagination imagines a kangaroo as a hazy vision (because I, as a human, am thinking about a kangaroo - that's what being imagined). But because God's imagination is not limited, there is nothing that cannot be? So there is always everything? Including my human 1st person experience and kangaroo's 1st person experience. And kangaroo's experience must be imagined because God's imagination is unlimited? And I cannot see through the eyes of a kangaroo right now because it is not what's being imagined? But also imagination is not limited, so nothing stops God from imagining all possible (infinite?) experiences? Including kangaroo 1st person experience and everything (infinite) else? I do not have a particular question, I'm just really trying to connect your metaphysical videos. I'm not only thinking, but inquiring and contemplating all this. Sorry, I'm just looking for any clues.
  16. @Leo Gura, can you help explaining this? Nothing exists outside of consciousness. When I look at the Moon, I see some white circle and also there is memory and beliefs that say "this is Moon, it is far from here, in space, it is a huge rock and there is I, who looks at something that appears to be a white circle which I see, etc." - layers and layers of memory and beliefs about what is "I" what is "to see" what is "an object"... But you often say that I, as God, am all creatures and all planets and everything else. What this "everything else" is? When you refer to creatures and planets, what do you mean? How can they be? Where are they? Don't they exist only as thoughts and visions? Right now if I think about other planets and creatures, it's just thoughts. And if I see a person or object - it is some vision and a lot of thoughts and memories too. When you mention "universe, everything, creatures" and such things, what do you mean? Aren't they always thoughts, visions, sounds? Actually, even "thoughts, visions and sounds" is already a distinction. It is difficult to formulate my question, but do you understand what I am trying to ask? When you mention creatures, lives, universe, planets and other things, what do you mean by them? Anything I am referring to is always a distinction, a difference. But all differences are artificial, relative. If there is only one perspective - my own right now, then what is people, planets and other stuff you mention God is? When you say that God is also a kangaroo, does that mean that God is a thought about a kangaroo? Because what a kangaroo IS if not the result of intellectual activity and interpretation? But intellectual activity and interpretation themselves are differences... So there is no actually such a thing as a thought. Or such a thing as a kangaroo. When normal people (lol) mention a thought or a kangaroo, they usually mean that those things "exist" as themselves objectively "in reality". But when you mention things (objects, animals, people, planets), what do you mean?
  17. These videos about strange loops - is it possible to use them to gain insights? Because I honestly still cannot comprehend strange loops. I hear what Leo said about strange loops in his video. But in my experience I cannot find any "evidence" that reality is a strange loop (I practice self-inquiry and meditation for several years now). Can you advance in self-inquiry by contemplating strange loops (as a concept and in videos too)? Or are they just fun GIFs for those who already confirmed in their experience that reality is a strange loop?
  18. Here is a little trick that I'm recently experimenting with. 1) Try to feel an emotion as a purely physical feeling. Treat it like a physical feeling. If it's grief, for example, treat it like pain in a bruised leg. Try to have this attitude to an emotion. 2) Then just apply care and love to this feeling. Know that you have all the reasons to have this feeling. Know that this feeling is something which was created by the force of the world itself. So it is not very wise to resist the will of the world, which has put this feeling in your life right now. Care about it. Give it attention, but don't engage too much in thinking. Know that it is just neutral energy. Acknowledge it. Take care of yourself too. If your feelings tell you to go for a walk, then go, do not force yourself too much when a strong negative emotion is present. Listen to what your intuition and body ask. For this you will need mindfulness skills which you can develop through daily meditation. Also you will need mindfulness skills to distinguish between egoic self-pity, stories, self deception and the real voice of self love, care and intuition in such situations.
