The real cause of lethargy is actually a tamasic mind. And a tamasic mind can be caused by a milion things. Wrong impressions in the mind, masturbation, stimulants, bad diet, polluted air, dense ego, addictions, negative emotions, bad company of people, and a milion other things. Strong inspiration definitely helps to push against the wind. But the weight of the lethargy can only come down by rightful living and having a pure satvic mind.

You have guts, I'll give you that. A good question to ask before making any decision in life: "Which choice would serve my highest commitment in life" And see if you're following the voice of love ❤ or fear based egoic thinking. ☠ If u follow your heart it will naturally feel like you're going against the whole world ? because the world is insane. Another good question to ask before making any decision is: "what for?" Tcare u have some balls really. Good for u ?

"Let love guide your way" is a good school of thought. Because love is truth and truth is inteligence that knows how to take care of you

One moment of genuine "wow this feels great" everyone should find on their trip. That's usually a good picture aswell. You can consider the trip a success then

You can also visualize the crucifixion of Jesus happening in you while you allow the anxiety to overhealm you perhaps you'll realize the meaning and the feeling of resurrection and ascension. This simple method does work wonders.

Allow anxiety to kill you. You'll see it's actually not that bad. Rather feels kinda liberating. (It's a subtle meditation pointer btw)

This is such a cool example of the law of manifesting your reality actually. What you reverberate, that is what you will attract in your life. There couldn't be a better example then this.
