    The majority of the demonstrations are peaceful and in a very small portion of the city. People burning and looting isn't right and is bound to occur whenever there is a large mass of people. To synomynize that with the protests at large is disingenuous. Trump side stepping the Cali governor to federalize the national guard and sending Marines is

    1. Meant to enflame tensions to justify a larger crackdown
    2. Set the precedent that any protest against his policies will be met with military force

    Its an extreme power grab. Everyone who is criticizing these protests are missing the larger point here. He is laying the groundwork for ANY dissent to be met with force.

    My thoughts feel very clear and unmuddied by tangents and spirals of renumeration, which are more typical, as we all have running thoughts in the background we aren't fully aware of. I use them before work, and on my break, as my work is complex & stressful. I am managing many complex working systems & am required to find creative solutions to unique problems. I apply the focus gained to a task, as I feel having a direct aim induces the states easier. You could try this with contemplative work, or school work etc. It is excellent for working with complex mathematical systems.

    You can just float around in 'The Way to Hemi Sync' which is an introduction to the sounds, without Roberts voice guiding you. You should be able to find this on Spotify under The Gateway Experience.

    Take it slow. Read the precursor pdf. Don't move past Wave 1 until you can finish that tape with no fear. Really attempt to perform the exercises of removing and releasing fear based thoughts that come through waves 2 3 etc. 

    Feeling your blood pumping and your body vibrating are very common, but you can have visuals show up also. Your fear based thoughts can mess with this. 

    I have spoken on this previously. Just repeat the first waves until it's easy. Yes you will sometimes 'click out' and Monroe's voice will scare the shit out of you 🤣. 

    Relax and enjoy, don't go into it expecting anything. 

    The most common effects are enhanced focus, peace & a grounded, profound state of connection. OBEs really don't happen until focus 12 and up - they can happen earlier but they are very rare 

    Thanks for the insight. Is it normal to experience the intense vibrations already on epsisode 1 (orientation)? I really liked the peace I experienced afterwards (despite a brief moment in which I felt I was losing my mind). I just want to know what I'm getting myself into before moving forward.  I have a meditation practice which I am hoping will ground me better if I have negative thoughts or see any scary entities.

    I want to try this but I hesitate because of the risks. Schizophrenia runs in my family. My grandmother suffered from it. At this point in my life, I can't take such risks.

    Same. I don't think I've ever heard of binaural beats inducing schizophrenia though. With that said you definitely want to have an established meditation practice before delving into it (this includes psychedelics). This will allow you to ground yourself and stay present when you feel you're 'losing control'.

    Did you try interacting with her? I guess its only natural to have fear as a default. I've heard when you encounter entities with love and compassion they become less threatening.

    This is a program created by the Monroe Institute. 

    I did the first one last night (Orientation) and I had a intense vibrations. Supposedly this is a precursor to having an OBE. I focused on my breath during the experience and they became less intense. I guess I could have went through with having an OBE but wasn't ready.

    Prior to doing it I had a lot of tension in my head due to stress. It has since decipated which is a plus. I also feel a sense of peace I didn't have before. 

    I did have a brief period afterwards of derealization which made me panic. I looked at my hands and had the realization that reality is a 'dream'. And that I'm playing out a story in which I (the ego 'I' ) has no control. Is this what enlightenment feels like? Exisistential horror?

    Afterwards I went to my bedroom held on tight to my pillow and repeated the words 'Jesus is Love'. I then watched some stupid YT videos to ground myself.

    The remote viewing topic is interesting. Not sure how much it relates but I think I may have a bit of clairvoyance and it may be genetic. When I was 12, I dreamed of the 9/11 World Trade Center attack a few weeks before it happened. And a few years ago my mother would close her eyes and have hypnagogic visions of the Covid Pandemic before it happened.

    I never paid much mind to these abilities until recently and always chalked it up to pure coincedence. In retrospect, I have always had visions of events happening. Oddly many of these visions we're (and are) set in a totally different timeline from the one we're living in. I suppose these could just be the result of a vivid imagination but many of them seem too real and have an odd sense of familiarity to them. As if it's it been a lived experience of mine at some point.

    Like Leo said, the problem is liberals have to educate the public, while conservatives just stimulate the emotional, reptilian brain. So this message falls on deaf ears.
     

    They'll still audit us little guys. These cuts are about it making it harder to audit billionaires. And they are looking to cut to IRS in half in the coming months. Its insane.

    Be vigilant but stay calm. Make sure you have your ID (and perhaps a copy of your birth certificate) with you at all time. I am not going to sugarcoat whats going on in this contry right now. Things are bad with the potential to get much worse. I think rhetoric towards minorities and immigrants will grow more severe as Trump's policies grow more unpopular and he has less successes. They're going to need a scapegoat and distractions.

    It isn't a publicly funded project from what I understand. And the Stargate project started last year under Biden's admin. The whole press conference seemed to be a publicity stunt to make Trump look good. Its ridiculous.

    Political Winter in America

    I thought this was a prescient insight about where America is headed. Not sure if its already been dicussed yet but I think its worth creating a seperate thread (perhaps in the politics section) about different things we can do to insulate ourselves from whatever may coming down the pike in this new era for American politics. I especially liked the emphasis on staying calm and poised and not getting stuck into a cycle of pessimism.

    Trump is 78 years old and his only reason for running is to avoid jail time. There's a good chance he resigns shortly after being elected in exchange for his crimes being pardoned. The Christian Theocracts have been playing the long game for decades now and have possibly outwitted everyone.

    True to some extent. Trump will no doubt dismantle the government but he's still a bit of a wild card. He serves himself first and foremost. I think this is why JD Vance was ultimately chosen for VP. 

     

     

    On another point I really don't see how all of this is sustainable. Even if Kamala wins, MAGA itself will not go away. Right wing billionaires will still own most of the media platforms in this country. Misinformation will continue to proliferate. People will get dumber with social media brainrot. What realistically can a Kamala administration due to combat this problem? Especially if she doesn't have a trifecta (House, Senate, and Presidency). In 4 years we'll be at this exact same point again. Ripping our hair out and in an existential crisis about the future of democracy in this country. Without strong actions fascism will eventually win.

    Loved the most recent blog post. I agree that people aren't taking a 2nd Trump presidency seriously enough. This time there will be no guardrails to prevent him from following through on his worst impulses. 

    However, I do think there's a possibility that the 25th Amendment is invoked and Vance becomes president. And I think that will be in some aspects worse. He'll undoubtedly carry out Project 2025 and be a vessel for right wing billionaire silicon valley tech bros like Musk and Peter Thiel.
