im assuming you're getting that perspective from youtube i used to think the same i thought 3rd wave feminism was stupid and bigoted i watched all those videos debunking feminism i learned a year ago that i had a biased view from youtube and that those people are just extreme green and are just a very small fraction of the population that they don't represent green as a whole the average feminist is just a normal kind girl you'll meet. they aren't radical as i had thought green and feminism is much better represented in the Green examples thread on this forum

I've been slowly reading the book over the past two months. I love it. I initially spent the first 3 weeks doing the exercises mechanically and once I realized this I did it non mechanically for 2 weeks. I can honestly say the results are phenomenal. It literally works lol. My self-esteem HAS risen. I really recommend doing the sentence stems - they take 10 minutes a day. Particularly the self-acceptance and consciousness ones. Specific benefits: Lots of epiphanies about consciousness! I can deal with and manage emotions better I have strong emotional problems sometimes that sometimes really hold me back - I have awareness on this now I have improved relationships with my parents because of the exercises My social confidence has gone up

what does this mean? too much theory? isn't contemplation how you breed insight & understanding though? why will this happen?

@Leo Gura I support the bans. On the RSd forum, there were 3 incels who started lots of dumb Incel debates. Tyler had the same exact arguments with his forum members about the bans too Haha. It 1. Helped further and expand my limiting beliefs 2. While they were posting, the majority of the forum devolved to arguing with then 3. Very frustrating cuz they were not open minded to listen to any other belief system 4. At one point It was so autistic that I couldn't even read the forum anymore 5. I stopped learning as much because it was just dumb posts

julien's stuff is great, i took TM , learned a bunch and am grateful for what i learned and grew from it but, he's still relatively new to this stuff, less than 2 years of experience i'm sure there are teachers with 40 years in this specialty that being said , it will help you immensely

@Max_V i watch them everyday actually haha. my PM meditation is julien's transformation mastery release for like 6 months you can pick up on their lifestyle if you watch them enough. they havent embodied a lot of what they teach yet. thats all great content tho. i get lots of nice reminders from them

My goal is to preferably join an already made community and if not create a community of higher-consciousness people in real life. I was thinking about even having a home where make 5 high consciousness people lived together. I think this would be great for life gains (you are the average of the closest around you). But this comes later. Some examples I can think of: Environmental clubs Animal care communities Vegan communities Yoga classes Does turquoise community mean non-duality groups? i'm not sure what a yellow community or group looks like Leo did have a blogpost about Esalen institute but I have to pay $1,000 to attend each time

Some of my bookmark folders go past 1 page, but when I go to page 2+ all the bookmarks get combined and it shows me page 2 of all bookmarks instead of page 2 of that specific folder.

i find it very challenging to do things when my practical things are not solved. so i've taken a stance to work on practical first
