It's true. if we have fun digging into reality "enough" by peeling back the layers of concepts, the symbolism collapses and we realize that indeed "nothing makes sense". I have the opposite problem, I could very quickly get into a relationship if I wanted to with a girl from my university, but I don't have the motivation to push things because I find few girls who really hurt me in the good sense of the term.
