  2. Nice example. It reminds me of exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy, where the patient is gradually exposed to their fears. The best part about ERP therapy is the therapist never forces you to do something. It’s always the patient’s choice with how deep they want to face their fears.

  4. From human consciousness, that is true. However, there are higher states to explore that will challenge even that belief.

    You can try intentionally taking small actions that you wouldn’t usually do. For example, try brushing your teeth with your opposite hand for a day. You don’t have to make these permanent changes, just be curious and observe.

  14. On one hand, not knowing is hell on earth. On the other, not knowing is liberation. At higher states of consciousness you won’t even be bothered to need any of that. It won’t even cross your mind. But don’t put the cart before the horse.

  25. Mind is all that exists. All ideas come from Mind. Even the idea of you having your own private thoughts. Even the idea of God. Even the idea of human minds. So to answer your question, yes! God can have private thoughts as well, because Mind can imagine even that. Does that answer satisfy you
