I can say from my experience that quitting addiction and processing trauma is leagues more difficult than any of my psychedelic trips. However, I also wouldn’t been able to do any of that had it not been for psychedelics. Trust me, I’ve tried a handful of SSRIs and worked with low quality therapists. Psychedelics and working with high conscious healers is the way to go.

The only psychedelics I’ve taken so far are ketamine and weed. Yet, if you ask a scientist, they are likely to say that they are not psychedelics. Am I biased towards being a fool?

Yep. When my therapist mentioned last month that I was grieving, I had no idea. So this past month I’ve been contemplating and exploring what grief is, and what it is that I’m even grieving. This really opened me up to say the least. It’s scary af to face, but there’s a deeper happiness that’s discovered underneath the surface.
