    Let's do a little experiment:

    Imagine an old sweater that your grandma made out of a single thread.

    Reality is like a giant sweater. Each one of us is a knot made out of this one thread.

    When someone hears Solipsism, one may think there is only my knot! There are not other knots, that's surely what is being said.

    If you unravel your own knot you will see that, you were not who you thought you were, and that everything is made out of this golden thread.

    Others exist as knots and so does your Human-Egoic-I-self. It is this thread that draws identity into existence in the first place.

    It is the Thread that is Solipsistic not the knot. It is this uncatchable golden threat with limitless potential that is Infinity, which is none other than your own nature. This obviously has to be realized but it is not something you acquire as it is prior to ego itself, the knot from which everything I say is being distorted and Solipsism misunderstood from this self-contracted identification place.

    That's another perspective you are having. Isn't it so? You can't scape this problem of perspective because it's a property of solipsism.

    Before Infinity nothing said about Solipsism falls in the proper context.

    After Infinity, what remains can be called Solipsism, because Infinity is Infinity, you hit the groundless ground of the Absolute and that surprisingly is no other than God and you are beyond doubt and error IT.

    Don't confuse human solipsism with existential solipsism

    If it is all one, as non duality suggests, then all "I" and "others" are distinctions within that one.

    However that one is unavoidably itself, from where all I and others arise, live and die, like waves in the ocean, all perspectives and modes of being are the oceanic Reality itself.

    Existential Solipsism doesn't say there are no others or no I, it really says that even when there are others and "I" it is Himself, God, Infinity Alone.

    You underestimate how long you will be tripping. 

    Better to be safe than sorry the first time. Afterwards you can do what you want.

    Take it on Saturday morning and decompress on Sunday.

    This is my recommendation if anyone would ask me advice, you are more than free to do what you want.

    I like Frank Yang.

    Contrary to popular believe I think Leo and Frank teachings synergize very well.

    It may be possible that Frank is in a local maximum of awakening but not in the absolute maximum of awakening, but I don't know. I'm still far from both Frank and Leo,  but I'll get there. Nonetheless, Frank teachings are the most direct and profound for base-line consciousness that I have found. Peaks of God Realization are another whole bussiness that you are not gonna meditate your way into. The same way you cannot enter the salvia head space by meditating, some Awakenings require a shit tone of consciousness that may be only available through psychedelics.

    However, I'm pretty confident to say that base line consciousness of Frank Yang is not comparable with Leo's baseline, at all.

    The same way, I'm pretty confident to say that peak awakening of Leo is not comparable with Frank Yang's  peak awakening, not even close.

    I think there is a lot to learn from both, but we all have our preferences and also our guesses of how things will keep unfolding. I also think that Leo picked Spyral Dynamics development over baseline consciousness development, which seems fair enough.

    To sum up:

    I would like to have my base line as Frank Yang and my peaks as Leo :D

    I experience good shifts in consciousness when doing martial arts.

    BJJ and boxing offer both unique states of consciousness to explore. Something that is not so easily accessible in other sports, despite elite athletes claims, with martial arts you get it easily when someone is trying to choke you. Top gimnasts and basketball players talk about very different states of consciousness but you play basketball and don't enter into that zone so easily. With martial arts it just happens, you have no choice.

    On the one hand (the ultimate reality) is ever existent, pure, buddha (knowledge), free and eternal; on the other hand, God has infinite names, forms and attributes – this is eternal truth. The qualitative manifestations of names and forms are in fact, the revelation of different waves of the God-principle. Be intoxicated with, infused in, attached to, engrossed with, and exposed to Him; then only (it can be understood) that everything in this creation is His manifestation, He Himself, His playground - MA.

    In this beautiful Kirtan, one which Shri Shri Ma was very fond of, Ma brings out the various attributes of God like Truth, Knowledge, Infinity, Bliss among others. Ma didn't usually sing very good but at times her voice seems to be possesed by God itself and the sound becomes divine, reverberating through all space as threads of light. There is a moment where this happens in the Kirtan.

    Ananda Roopam Advaitam Brahma

    Many years ago Leo recommended the following exercises as handy tool for self-assesment.

    So the exam begins Now! There are 30 Questions or Facets in the video.

    Please grab a paper and a pencil. 

    Question: Have I awoken to ............?

    From 0 to 10 how deeply have I awoken to ............?

    (For reference take 0 as nothing and 10 as the facet you have awoken more deeply to. As our personal experience is all we have and this is in the end for self evaluation. Let's say you are a pro of no-self, your favourite facet, then that becomes your upper limit and contrast it with other facets like love for example. This is helpful and reduces self-bias and deception)

    I have experienced this facet in agregate with ............

    (Facets shine light onto each others and having awakenings to different facets simultaneously opens up another whole game. Maybe you awoke to love and to intelligence but you are lacking the intelligence in love and the love in intelligence. This goes on in complexity and richness with agregates of 3 facets, 4 facets and so on)

    Extra points: Have you discovered more facets to Awakening?

    Pure Love is Masculine

    Pure Bliss is Femenine

    Like the Sun and its warm rays.

    You feel the warmth because you are getting close to the black hole of infinite Love.

    Once you merge in it, and become Love itself, you will radiate bliss into all corners of existence like a self nurturing circuit. As deeply as you can, in contraction and expansion pulses. Like a heart beating Light of Consciousness.
