  1. I think you are confusing things here. You are the one that wants something from him. So you have to ask for it. Don't blame the poor guy for not being a psychic and respond to every wish you have. Maybe you have the same interest, maybe not.
  2. Happiness has nothing to do with a high or perceiving yourself as better than other people. That is unhappiness and not happiness. Also it is impossible to be happy and care what others think of you at the same time imo.
  3. I only can say that I took 12,5ug to test reaction to my body. Took 37,5ug 4 days later because I wanted to test. Didn't work. Took 150ug 2 days later because of tolerance. Using a formula told me that that would have been >100ug without tolerance. Wasn't that interesting to be honest. A bit weird thoughts, different reactions. Slight halluzination like a shadow or cloud when I was looking at a wall. Other than that no visuals or anything. Pretty uninteresting compared to waking state.
  4. I also did the Kundalini Meditation. It is way softer. Way less powerful but suitable for almost everyone. I agree on that.
  5. Funny. I actually did the Dynamic Meditation within a relatively good "psychiatric" private hospital for several weeks three times a week in 2005. Did work well. However - I'd not suggest it for everyone. Imo you have to be relatively stable for it. I cannot imagine a psychiatrist wouldn't agree with that.
  6. I disagree. If someone for example has a psychotic episode I wouldn't do it.
  7. @Prabhaker I only would recommend this medition for a borderline condition if one is relatively stable. @CuteCornDog Idk, can you please tell what you want to hear from people? You didn't really tell symptoms or a question or something like that...
  8. Is it okay to discuss about dosages here? If so, how much "should" one take?
  9. Actually Incubus was the first I remember to consciously introduce me to the question "who am I?" through a song. A german song (probably about MDMA)
  10. For me the ego does not control life. It does not control what interests come up and what someone wants. And it cannot control that something happens if it is not supposed to happen.
  11. Everyone who believes to control life by his will... please manifest 10 million dollars and send them to me. Would be really cool. Thank you.
  12. Don't answer if you don't want to meet him. Answer if you want to meet him. Pretty simple or not?
  13. fun fact: some indian ashrams secretely put cannabis into tea and offer it visitors who then think the effects have to do with the place or the guru.
  14. Breaking news: nobody of your friends cares how, when and how often you laugh. Why would this be important?
  15. Make the feeling the meditation. Look where in the body you have the sensations and then stay with them. Meditation is being present with what is.
  16. "To realize the Absolute is not yet Enlightenment." - from the Sandokai
  17. You don't have to meditate or work or do anything to be in peace. Peace is here. You are peace. Even if you feel bad or feel good, if you are healthy or lying on your deathbed. Peace is here.
  18. Read Paul Watzlawick's "Pursuit of Unhappiness". You will find a lot of gems and tricks in there to step up your unhappiness game even more, inspite of any situation.
  19. Yes, but from my perception the way you write you still believe that it is about you to do it. Even if it is a no-doing doing. From my experience this is not correct. But hey, that's just how I perceive it right now which may change any time.
  20. @Lauritz If I would live near Frankfurt I'd check out Muni (Satsang). @elias Meditating, inquiring, retreats, satsangs. Satsangs mostly in Hamburg / Berlin but I also attended two retreats near Oldenburg (Oberlethe). Other than that I just live life as it is.
  21. If you really listened or read through the book you knew that "you" cannot do it. Even Adya wasn't able to completely surrender his "athlete"-identity without life forcing him to (aka "fierce grace").
