  1. And female is opposite of male so you might as well be gay 😂👍🏻
  2. I might start exploring what my mind does when I suffer to see if there is a difference. It seems resistance is deeply unconscious so it can be very hard identify and undo, it’s like we are working against our biology because we are wired to resist pain and mental suffering. Shutting the mind is hard . We can do it by focusing directly on a sense perception for example pain, or like breathing in meditation. Then you gotta return to it over and over when you get sucked back into mind.
  3. It can both be hard to treat yea..
  4. I don’t have human relation suffering anymore
  5. Why you say allah in particular?
  6. Yea who knows what is true. I agree with him I’ve always since young age been very disturbed by all the suffering that exists. Recently I’ve been introduced to the idea about how resistance contributes to or even causes the suffering. Shinzen young talks about it. It’s a tough pill to swallow but it would be cool if there exists legit ways to overcome suffering. That’s everyone’s goal at the end of the day as humans in this form.
  7. I think physical pain can be equally as bad as mental, just depends on the degree. Yea it’s best to try to heal it. But in cases it can’t be healed the possibility of transcendence/acceptance can be explored. I recently saw a YouTube video of a guy with trigeminal neuralgia aka “suicide disease “ (one of the most painful conditions) who transcended his suffering through extreme mindfulness practice. It’s incredible but the caveat seems to be that it’s very difficult to attain. Shinzen young whom he studied talks about it
  8. I am member in forums where people vent about their diseases and pain. So it seems those that claim they’re not suffering are exceptions. I try to have open mind to possibility of transcending pain but it seems extremely difficult to do.
  9. I have experienced in my own experience that dissolving layers to the self gets rid of mental suffering. But physical suffering is another puzzle to solve. We have so many people nowadays with painful diseases how do we solve the problem of pain. Seems there’s no escaping it. Some say it’s the resistance to pain that causes the suffering but I’m having a hard time identifying that resistance, it’s a tough pill to swallow.
  10. Yea that’s the thing. If we end suffering in this life maybe next life we’re back again with a new self , suffering . Damn man no way out of this game. Might as we’ll focus on this life it’s hard enough
  11. What do u mean by wanting a hero?
  12. People will talk crap about the rat race and normie life and be on their little actualization path only when they get to a ripe age to settle down with a partner for the normie life LOL SIKE🥸💀😂
  13. I have came to a point where I genuinely feel my only fear is physical pain. Genuinely I have dissolved my other attachments. I used to have social anxiety , not anymore. I used to be afraid of the idea of being stuck in eternity, not anymore. I actually don’t have a strong sense of time. When you are calm inside, why would it matter if it lasts forever? It’s only when you suffer you don’t want it to last. I used to be claustrophobic, but I don’t feel like that anymore. I mean, I don’t find myself in small spaces so I can’t know how I’d react, but the idea of silence in a small space doesn’t scare me. It seems almost impossible to overcome the fear of physical pain. I heard a story of a man who overcame it but it seems extremely hard to attain
  14. But sometimes we don’t accept
  15. I agree with this on a very fundamental level. Like I’m not scared of people, I’m scared of reality, infinity, all the horror it can possibly create and does create. Human is a particular form that manifests in particular ways But then on another level, I don’t see this as excuse to be passive. At the base a human is just reality in motion, and it’s gonna be how it is, but what’s included in this manifestation of reality is the possibility for the human to change. And I think that’s what we should focus on. Us humans have one problem and that is suffering. It’s a commonality for all of us in society. Our focus should be how can we reduce suffering for all. Even if that means changing our very relationship to suffering and even embracing it, if that counterintuitively relieves us from it.
  16. How to embrace suffering ?
  17. Suicide is to be met with compassion. Because people who commit suicide are probably at their absolute brink of suffering . It’s unbearable so it’s understandable they end it. But I see your point. It’s just hard to surrender when you suffer you just want it to go away
  18. I’m always impressed by people who manage to go through such profound suffering without killing themselves. I see you’ve been suicidal but how have you gone so long without actually killing yourself? I feel in my case I don’t need much suffering before I start to feel suicidal. I don’t understand how it works for other people. It’s so hard to appreciate suffering we all wanna avoid it. I’ve been exploring the idea of releasing resistance and working on mindset but it’s so hard
  19. Who knows… I can understand that
  20. You worded it poetically😂but yea that thought never even crossed my mind. Im still confused about the whole preety India thing. I have personally chatted with candle on several media who still claimed to be a young male. I don’t know what to believe But maybe Leo doesn’t like when we bring it up … Im waiting for someone to accuse me of being preety. LOL 😂
  21. @Sucuk Ekmek Are you named after that one particular sausage or what is your name about? 😂😂😂 Got me thinking of sausage every time I see your name
