  1. Chad, Gigachad, Alpha Male, Sigma Male, … all the same. It’s the pictured masculine men who gets bitches. I think with old gender roles dissolving people renew old identities. Might be a way to preserve values that were loosing importance, might be an ego backlash, might be a mix out of these two. I feel like most people cringe nowadays when they hear alpha male because people took it to seriously. And gigachad is already a meme. Sure there are insecure guy NPCs who will take literally everything serious.
  2. Not to ass crawl but yes!
  3. Would you force them to do 5meo dmt with you to see if they are worthy to be your daughters lover ? ?
  4. @Nilsi I actually turned from veganism to vegetarianism because I figured that the amount of social and personal stress I put on myself with the vegan diet would drain me from energy that could flow into developing myself which would reduce the amount of value I could give to the world and therefore in the bigger picture it’s better to be vegetarian then vegan for me. So I broke out of that ideology with a holistic approach.
  5. If you are truly an exception then I would agree with you that it is ethical for you to eat meat. But there are so many different ways to eat plant based.. Are you sure you checked all the boxes (vitamins, macros, ..) ? Lol I actually agree with you. My point is that yes there are tons of ways to improve the environement. But some ways have larger effect then others.. Eating plant based has one of the largest effects. I am not discrediting other ways that improve the environement nor am I saying that just because you are vegan that you are automatically have a green thumb. Although it probably does help a good amount.
  6. That’s true the point that many vegans make though is that veganism has compared to other things an incredible good effort to reward ratio. So in that sense if you care about the environement and suffering and you aren’t vegan or vegetarian then you don’t even do the basics and can’t be taken seriously. But your critique that many vegans get stuck there and become ignorant to any problems beyond that is definitely valid.
  7. Your body needs vitamins and minerals, proteins, fats, fiber and carbs. So when you supplement, eat pretty good with plenty of vegetable and fruits and you get all your nutrition you are healthy (from a diet standpoint) But you don’t need to go 100% to check the boxes. When you have a bit of junk here and there but eat mostly clean you still get enough nutrients. Junk food doesn’t help you be healthier because it’s mostly empty calories but it also doesn’t hurt you (or at least very little) What does hurt you is when you stress yourself out to be 100% healthy. When all your friends get ice cream and you are the only one who doesn’t eat ice cream because it has sugar in it. That’s unhealthy. You feel bad because you don’t belong to the group. You feel bad because you can’t enjoy what all the other people enjoy. And you are stressed because you have to figure out a plan to get healthy food for yourself. Stress is unhealthy and all that stress combined is more unhealthy then the ice cream itself. Trying to be 100% ”clean“ is stage green being super emotional and a bit delusional. The stage yellow diet is 80% clean/20% junk! ?
  8. I was humming constantly when I was a child. I was very happy and could often humm myself to a good place. I am pretty sad that I lost that ability. But I was also a big dreamer and because I often couldn’t face "real“ problems head on because I was unaware of my surroundings I also had a lot to compensate.
  9. Okay agreed. I have very little knowledge about this topic. I think I saw something like an advertisement once about Pedophilia. It basically said "It’s okay to love children, it’s not okay to act it out. Go get help if you need to.“ I think that is the right message. Not "If you love children you are basically the lowest creature in society.“ The pedophiles hearing this will never get help because they will be to ashamed of themself. Demonization makes everything worse.
  10. I agree but also in that sense even child molestor act out of love. And I think there can be a thin line between pedophile and child molestor. That’s I think the right way of thinking about it. If its bad for the children in any way that has to have priority.
  11. People on the forum said he isn’t. Why "“? What would be wrong with Leo being gay ?
  12. Of course of course. I am just saying that it’s hard for my mind to not jump to conclusion based on the relative or absolute perspective. @Leo Gura Do you think we could evolve to a society where healthy Pedophilia is accepted or is the risk for rape to high? Right now I feel like it’s better that Pedophilia is demonized.
  13. It is pretty hard for my mind to really hold the absolute perspective that pedophiles just act out of love and the relative perspective that pedophiles should be restricted and if they go to far be thrown into prison simultaneously.
  14. @lxlichael You have clearly analyzed JP a lot more then me and I find it hard to follow your thoughts which are very fast and go into much abstraction I think. Maybe I am just not a worthy contestor in a debate about him but here are my thoughts anyway. First of all I am not Pro JP. In the recent months especially the intellectual arrogance and his video about his twitter ban took most of my liking from him away. But that doesn’t discredit many of his psychological insights that he manages to make understandable to almost anyone. Yes much of what he is saying is minted with such heaviness because he sees life through the lense of unavoidable suffering but I still think despite that many of his psychological insights are very valuable nonetheless. Also many of his debates about feminism for example deepens the whole topic and helps it evolve. So when I can defend PARTS of him I will because I think they are of great value to society. His explanations make complete sense to me. But I am pretty agreeable and unagressive by nature so I see how other people might interpret it differently. I see it like that. We are monsters by default. We can either surpress the monster which doesn’t really work because we will unconsciously act out or monster, or we will immensely suffer when we don’t get what we want from lack of monster integration which will lead to other peoples suffering, or we might explode at the worst possible time and cause total destruction. My mom is like that lol. She doesn’t allow herself to express anger and so she builds up all of this anger inside of her which then will explode in a super wrong moment. So this alone doesn’t make civilized (monster suppressing) people good/harmless. But also being weak and not having disciplined your monster can be dangerous. Just think of nazi Germany for example. Tons of civilized people who wouldn’t dare to stand up because they were weak. I thought a lot about to which extend we should actively surpress our monster in society and haven’t come up with a good answer yet.
  15. Can you forgive them? Your own hurt will hit innocent people otherwise. Of course that seems unfair from a male perspective. But they have many other problems that you don’t have as a male. First they aren’t even really "allowed“ to indulge in their sexual desire freely because they will loose value that way. The time span in which they have the attention from all the guys is a lot shorter then the time a guy has to date beautiful women. And women generally have it harder to keep a relationship.
  16. Leo you have very little videos that are made for beginners when it comes to spirituality. The first video I ever watched from you was the „no bullshit guide to meditation“ and then I got hooked by the clearness in which you explained things and I watched another video a year later or so. But I think I am more of an exception, because either people already know about spirituality and deepen their understanding through your videos or they click away from a 2 hour video that explains just one facet in great detail. Also because you have such a deep and holistic understanding of spirituality I think you could make a really concise video about spirituality so newbies can get a general idea of spirituality in a decent amount of time. Also a lot of your followers (me included) might want to share your spiritual content to non spiritual friends but the problem is that there isn’t something non heavy or starter friendly to share really. Questions that should be covered: 1) Why spirituality is real and not just wishful thinking 2) What actual spirituality looks like 3) What you can gain from spirituality but also what the dangers are 4) How to get started (A simple guide on how to reach the first awakenings to verify for yourself that spirituality is real and to get you hooked) 5) „If you want to go deeper into this work I have hundreds of videos that cover spiritual topics in depth“
  17. You need to get out of your introvert mindset and socialize more. Preferably in groups with lots of women. You also might want to look into microdosing. It definetly helps me and others with social anxiety.
  18. I would be careful when you try to enter his psyche. In the end you cant. Only Jordan Peterson has access to his own thoughts. All of this fame, expectations, hate, chronic sickness.. it all eats up your psyche. Really hard to stay grounded in his position I think. I definitely also see intellectual arrogance and a preacher ego in him. Also JP likes to use symbolic figures to explain things. That could also be an explanation for the word monster.
  19. I see how you might interpret it literally. From what I heard Jordan Peterson is a naturally agreeable guy who had to force himself to be disagreeable. Maybe he needed this kinds of powerful words to make this inner change and then thought this message would be as valueable to everybody in society as it was to him. Unaware that people take it differently because of lack of construct awareness. ??‍♂️ You want to connect your message with emotions and pictures that you can grasp. That’s what makes it understandable otherwise it’s just boring empty words. I don’t mean flashy in a way that it makes his message as click baity as possible for the cost of truth. Could you provide an example? Because nothing else makes sense.
  20. @Loba Thanks for sharing. I will look into these yt channels for sure!
  21. I rewatched one of Leos older videos where he talks about the possibility of the possibility that you could encounter an alien as a mystical experience while tripping. I am super curious if anyone had any encounters and could share how they looked and acted like. I had a short encounter ones on truffles. I am not sure if it was only my imagination or actually real. Of course everything is imagination but it only "kind of felt real“ and not "oh shit this has to be real.“ Anyways here is how it was: It had a similar shape to an owl but it’s body was basically made out of insect material. Also where it’s head was were no eyes but only very very thin layers of transparent insect skin. (somewhat similar to the wings of the dragonfly). Like at least a couple hundred of them. And each layer had a slightly different coloring. That alien creature could move these layers. It could put them on and off. Each layer. And because there were so many of them it could create an almost infinite amount of slightly different colours. So it constantly changed its colours in its "face“. It almost felt kind of hypnotic but also really pretty. It felt like it wanted to communicate with me in that way. Of course I didn’t understand a thing. Would be cool to have an alien buddy who you could communicate with.
  22. I don’t think he literally means that you should become a monster. I think he just wants to make it sound flashy and engaging and monster is a good word to bring the message across because a monster in my understanding is used metaphorically to describe someone who doesn’t repress in any way.
  23. I would agree with JP on this point though. Through their upbringing many people surpress their potential for aggression and make themself unable/incompetent to engage in conflict. That creates fear because they are constantly in potential situations they couldnt handle and secondly the surpressed aggression will manifest itself somehow and most of the time in unconscious ways which is way more dangerous then in conscious ways. Martial artist are a great example of what I am talking about. They are super peaceful because they completely integrated their potential for aggression so they don’t have to use it because they know they could handle whatever comes. It’s counter intuitive. And they are in a position where they can control their aggression. If your aggression is surpressed then how can you control it? It has to be made conscious first.
  24. I know a passionate feminist and she told me that healthy feminism is only interested in equality. So even fighting for mens rights is part of healthy feminism. People are always opportunistic. Meaning when they get power they try to abuse it. Just look at what we are doing to our environment. Naturally reality will teach a lesson so we have to adapt and that’s also true to unhealthy feminism which won’t survive.
  25. That’s a good idea although it’s kind of sad to miss the peak where you could access the deepest insights with mdma.
