All these descriptions presuppose a subtle duality between subject and object when there is none. There is no subject/object. There is no mirror. -

Actually, it's exactly the opposite. Experiences and awareness are not different things. -
You don't protect them by getting vaccinated. You only somewhat protect yourself if you're in a risk group.

To be fair, I don't think he's said that. He's said something like, "I have been more conscious than...", meaning in his trips. He talks about a memory he has, not his direct experience. DMT is a joke compared to buddhist insight. -
Turn off the TV/news. You're feeding your mind garbage and then freaking out.

He's like a religious fundamentalist when it comes to this topic. Not looking to question his views or allow new information in. -

"God got bored" is basically an ego's idea of why God manifests its potential. Boredom only exists in an egoic state. -

Leo is in deep denial about what's happening because of his anti-conservative and anti-conspiracy-theorist bias. -

By the same token, most people on this forum should be in jail because they're constantly breaking the law and taking illegal drugs. -

Sin is a religious term that has a connotation of guilt and punishment by God. Of course there are actions that are harmful for oneself and/or others, and there are consequences for those actions. This has nothing to do with the religious concept of sin. The original meaning of the word sin is simply error. But that is not what this word means today. By believing that your'e a sinner, you're just helping your ego survive because that belief is just a part of the ego structure. -

It's even better to realize that there is no such thing as sin. -
Omicron is pretty mild. Look at South Africa. Biggest wave yet, barely any deaths. And it's not because of vaccines because only 25% are fully vaccinated.

Everything means dropping every belief about reality. Not becoming a bum. If it was really everything in a literal sense, he wouldn't be alive to write his books.

Also, if this is really about preventing people from spreading the virus, then a positive antibody test should be as good as a vaccination certificate. -
vladorion replied to iceprincess's topic in Society, Politics, Government, Environment, Current Events
A person who is unvaccinated is more likely to have symptoms and stay home, therefore not spreading it to others. A person who is vaccinated is less likely to have symptoms and therefore more likely to go out and infect others. -

All this talk about the necessity of forcing people to take vaccines is from people who are out of touch with their soul. That includes Leo, unfortunately, who has an influence on a lot of people. -
Metaverse is ego's idea of a perfect world, as far away from reality as possible.

The virus has already spread, there is nothing that can be done about it. Most people by now have already had the virus. For example, 92% of people in the UK have antibodies. By getting vaccinated you're not protecting anyone but yourself (if you're in the risk group). Vaccines lower mortality risks for those who take them; they don't prevent one from getting sick or spreading the virus. There is no herd immunity from this. P.S. Your post doesn't sound ideological at all.

Collective responsibility is not something that is the same for all people. For one person it means taking the vaccine and for another it is sharing information about the dangers of vaccines. People who choose not to take the vaccine don't do so because they're irresponsible and don't care for others. Some people here are really attached to the idea that people who didn't get vaccinated are somehow bad immoral people, lol.

The virus keeps spreading and mutating in the vaccinated population just as much. The only difference is that less people get severe symptoms and end up in the hospital. More than 92% of adults in the UK have antibodies, yet there is no herd immunity. That whole story "we need to vaccinate x % of people and we'll have herd immunity" is bs. -
