  1. There many on this forum that has realized this. Some may have gone back to sleep after the realization though. This is a whole other story. Fully embodied enlightenment? Not many, maybe none.
  2. @Serge Bravo! Please continue to go deeper.
  3. Sounds like a good plan. I'm still a meat eater but am transitioning to a plant based diet. Baby steps makes it less hard imo.
  4. @egoless try it with a fulltime job and two kids. I feel you. Thank God for my slow cooker.
  5. Yeah you sure need to eat lots and lots. I think it takes some time getting used to and for the body to adapt to it. On the upside it's more healthy than a meat and dairy diet.
  6. @egoless Animal protein comes from plants. Have you tried a non raw vegan with alot of rice potatoes and pasta? You need alot of carbohydrates on a vegan diet.
  7. @egoless Depends on what kind of vegan diet you mean. You could have a vegan diet consisting of potato chips and beer. That would obviously not be healthy, but a diet consisting of whole plant foods like rice, potatoes, green leafy vegetables etc etc would be. @Max_V There are many vegan athletes and muscle builders. Look them up on youtube.
  8. @MiracleMan As long as the one guru is yourself you'll be fine.
  9. @Charlotte Yes it could be.
  10. @Charlotte It's different depending on which stage if the journey you are in. For me, right now, there is a bodily transformation which is resurfacing alot of emotional energy that has been stored in the body over the years.
  11. @Monkey-man Because enlightenment is just the beginning of the journey. But if they believe they are at the end of the journey they might start to feel special or protect thereself by being in that part of the realization. There is still something there to hold onto the absolute.
  12. @Charlotte Yeah and this work gets you even more sensitive. Not all bliss and happiness as I expected.
  13. No need to apologize @Charlotte . My somewhat short answer made it easy to interpret it as a sarcastic comment.
  14. @How to be wise Most people experience the flow state to various degree. Don't you play an instrument or play video games? If there is no resistance to what is then it becomes effortless. The question is how to remove resistance? Isn't that resistance to resstance?
  15. 10 years of depression which lead me to see a therapist. That made me see that the depression was from my own thoughts, that was constantly feeding me negative stories about myself. Seeing that those thought really had no truth to them lead me to contemplating about what truth really was and so the truth seeking began and another 10 years after that I began looking into self development on youtube and there was Leo..
  16. @Charlotte It wasn't meant to be sarcastic. I said it because I really believe that they do it because they care. Also what you are doing might feel scary to them because they don't know what it is and people tend to be scared of the unknown. It might feel alittle easier to handle the negativity once you see it's out of love. To me it was anyway. Although I was really sensitive to negativity and people in general.
  17. What a loving and caring family you have.
  18. @electroBeam Do what works for you. Don't get caught in following certain traditions. But maybe that's just me. I always had a hard time listening to people telling me what to do.
  19. @Peace and Love You can't get through this with gaining more knowledge about enlightenment, you get through it by listening to yourself. Let yourself feel confused, angry or frightened. From what you've written it seems that you feel confused and you don't want to feel that way so you are trying to seek your way out of it. But the confusion shows you that this course is working. You're doing great, keep doing what you are doing.
  20. @Psyche_92 Yes it sounds like a glimpse to me. Wonderful! You won't be able to get back to it. Just let it go.
  21. Does it talk about the benefits as well? If not it's probably quite biased toward the "knark är bajs" (drugs are shit) movement in Sweden. I'm not saying that you should take LSD or not just that to get a complete view on LSD you probably have to do more extensive research.
  22. @zunnyman Have you ever been depressed? I mean really depressed for months or years? If you have you probably can deal with the depression that a big realization can bring. Otherwise take things slow, no need to rush things.
  23. @Nahm it's probably nothing.
