Wake up Take a shit Get out of bed For realz though, I got no routine as of right now because of my current wage slavery situation having me travel and bunk in with co-workers. But that will change in a couple months when I finally got my own place. But I can imagine my routine being like then when I'm moved out and got my own place. It's going to be some super deep work level shit. It'll start out like this. Wake up at an uncomfortably early time, get out of bed immediately, make bed, put clothes on that are set beside my bed. Quick 2 minute stretch and muscle warmup of the body 20 minutes of insane vigorous exercise. Cold shower just for a quick rinse off immediately after. (It won't be as bad because you just exercised like mad.) Start the first, most difficult task of the day. Which was preplanned the night before. Just work for the first 8 hours on what's important. Breaks in between. Additional Notes Have an exercise to change your state of consciousness o prime you to take on this day with full vigor. Listen to some inspirational music and visualize where you are headed, read quotes of inspiration, visualize, become empowered. Vow of silence. No talking for the first 12 hours in the day with anyone in the household. Off the radar. Make it impossible for people to get a hold of you for the first 12 hours of the day. Probably will work while fasting. And when I do eat, it's for the nutrition, not for the dopamine. The ego is a necessary tool to survive. I suppose the art of living consciously and with the most happiness possible is to master your survival to the point where you don't need much attachment to keep yourself alive with ease. -
For me personally being authentic is the default way I operate. I was in a very safe environment at home so it was able to flourish. I didn't have to not be authentic for my survival while growing up at home, so I can attest to that being a large factor. I wear myself on my sleeve. I'm an open book. But as I socialize more, I learn about people with closed minds and how they will demonize you with ideas of idealism over materialism. So now I test waters and see where people are at. But at other times I will just start talking about 5meo with a guy that I just met lol. I find that authenticity lacks for so many people because it was not safe for them to be authentic at home, so their survival strategy had withholding themselves programmed into them. Being really authentic threatens your survival.

Income school Project 24 seems like a really good source. Just dipped my toe in the course and it looks pretty good so far. https://incomeschool.com/project24/

I feel like a weirdo being naturally inclined to have earplugs in at times. Reading this thread has been validating for me.

Been having a lot of cringey memories wander into my consciousness today and I realized that cringy memories come up all the time for me. How do you personally reconcile this for yourself?

Fully Escaped Wage Slavery.

I get the craziest shroom hangovers where basically my brain will be working hella hard, leaving me basically dopamine fried for the next day or so. As trips went on, my brain's capacity to handle it seemingly went up because the hangovers tamed themselves down. I'll definetly try to remember to drink more water,even though I already drink lots. See if that makes a difference. Make sure you sleep a lot. I believe that has made a difference for me. Be going into a trip really well rested, and then go to bed early.

Definetly one of the things on my list to contemplate. -
@Bandman I would say that there has been a permanent shift. I should also note that I am no longer sleeping in the same room, so that's a factor,the environment change. Also, nowadays I also am just so tired from working so much that I sleep faster than I can predict. But yeah, I do feel a huge desensitization to the dark, and also going to sleep. A permenant healing to the fear. Significant fear was faced on that trip.

I think deeply contemplating what requisite variety is in practice would yield far greater results.

Giving this more thought, controlling what goes in your ears is OP.

@Roy I like that.

22 here, I feel that, especially the pressures of survival. Wasted my entire youth on the internet and playing Videogames. It's either rise to the occasion or wither away and become a bitter victim. Wes Watson has been a really good motivator for me personally. Force yourself to develop clarity on what you want to create, and cut out everything in your life that isn't integral to taking care of your survival. Easier said than done, yes, but have faith. Figure out what practice routines you can create for yourself to become world class, and do them religiously. My biggest goal in this chapter in my life is to escape wage slavery.

Here's my thoughts. Most people in the mental health profession don't even have their own mental health sound. Having low integrity with getting their own shit together, while trying to help others get their shit together. Most therapists suck. An actually good therapist will get rid of 100 pounds off your shoulders in the first session. Getting way more than your moneys worth. It's really shitty with the society structure, that people that need it the most, can't afford it, or have their life too chaotic to even make the time. On another note, many people that see a therapist assume that they don't have to do any of the work and don't lean in. Having a fantasy that they can solve all their problems by just showing up once a week, assuming that's 99% of the work when it's actually 1%. In practice, a therapist will be a catalyst, and then the other 99% of the work is your own integration. Just like a psychedelic trip. Personally the way I like to go about it is as follows: I would see a therapist specifically for a trauma release, to identify those really tough sticking points, like EMDR. Then I do a deep psychedelic trip about that point in my own time, then I would get a life coach for everything else.

This. I especially like the psychedelics section. Also the life purpose focused section. I think - "High Consciousness Resources" and "Self-Help Product & Book Reviews" should be separated, but beside eachother.
