  1. It is very difficult, unless you are enlightened too. there are people with a well-learned lesson who know how to explain things. it is possible that they themselves think they are enlightened. the only way is intuition. the truth is intuited. and he who does not intuit it is because he has it contaminated by the clothes of the ego. The more true integrity there is in you, the more you will be able to recognize it in others. the closer you are to the truth, the more you can intuit it in another person
  2. living things self-design to survive. survival in humans depends largely on their adaptation to society. it also has the peculiarity of language. in humans it occurs whenever the desire to survive, manifested as a desire to adapt, occupies an enormous space. the human is valued as others value him. if it were a monkey the matter would be relatively simple, a few screams, alpha male, females, etc. but the human has the language. with it he creates a huge world of values, ideas, concepts, castes, projections, memories, which inevitably occupies his entire psyche and is lost there, creating the appearance of an individual. Getting out of that maze is not easy, in fact it is extremely difficult. here we are trying to undo the tangle
  3. Of course, In most cases it will be useless, but not because of false experience, but because of lack of maturity. But if someone has the clear intention of dissolving his ego because he has realized what it is, but he cannot, since it is the ego that wants to dissolve itself, psychedelics are practically the only way. other ways could be to renounce the ego totally to weaken it, such as locking up for years to meditate, fasting, etc. the traditional way. but almost nobody is willing to do that. And why to do that , if there is a short cut that works?
  4. @taotemu it isn't to trust the psychedelic experience, the point is to use it to dissolve the ego and thus realize the truth. the ego is also the truth, but they are the trees that do not let you see the forest. You have to cut them down or better vaporize them for a while to see / be with total clarity. I perceive many trees deeply rooted in you. I see how your ego plays to don't give up.
  5. Why? Well, really I have been a bit hasty with the advice. I had something similar, with fasciculations all over the body and pain in the feet and hands for two days, one night I perceived a sensation of energy at the base of the spine, near the pelvis, it was increasing and I concentrated as much as possible on letting it flow . the shock was enormous, several shocks lasting almost a minute almost to pain. when they stopped there were no more symptoms and a feeling of total liberation. this does not mean that it works for everyone
  6. kind of Kundalini liberation. focus on that energy, especially at the level of the pelvis, and increase it until it flows through your legs and arms. forget about any fear, let it flow even if it seems that your temperature rises to 50 degrees and all the hairs on your body are standing on end.
  7. @Javfly33 the true tao cannot be said. everything you think, if your father is imaginary, if you are god, if we are all one, is not the truth. it is a distraction, a detour. going beyond thoughts is the work, not replacing them with other truer ones
  8. What is the thought that doesn't stop, that fills every gap, that does not want to leave even the slightest empty space? This activity that we do, or at least I do, non-stop, it even seems like sleeping. It is not a depressing or painful thinking, it is something that you can live with, but for some reason, it seems part of me. Project, remember, search, analyze ... or just say random things. I think I've seen what it is. I was meditating and I saw that buzzing thought and a peace beneath it. Delve into that peace, that joyous peace was just being . And I realized that the thought veiled that peace. Interesting ... why does he do it?. I realized that over time, since childhood, That pure being me had been questioned. It wasn't enough just to be me. Many people and many circumstances told me: it is not appropriate to be you. I believed, because in a way was true, I need to survive, and I confused learning with having to be something else . So I moved from that center, from that peace that is to be me. The greater the displacement, the more the thought spoke, and with more force, since to be displaced you have to do something. The natural thing is to be in your center. Moving from it costs effort. It is like separating two magnets. You have to exert force or they will rejoin. That force is the constant thought. The further away they are, the more force it has to do. The thoughts have to scream, be painful, create addictions. the compulsive thinking is an addiction itself. If you are close it is a talk. It may seem not so bad, but it's made of anxiety. It is it's substance. The fact of not being able to stop indicates this. Fear, avoid the self, the being. and settle in a place that doesn't exist. as it is unreal, to settle there you must create it constantly, without stopping, so you weave the fabric in which you "rest", you weave it with compulsive thought .You can't stop doing it since you are sitting there, and if you stop knitting you would fall into the void . The only way is to unite the two magnets, rest in the real. The first thing, the fundamental thing, is to remember who you are. I had forgotten!. the second is to make the effort to keep remembering it, since the tendency to rest on the fabric made of anxiety is settled. does not disappear for a realization. Is it possible to live without this annoying crutch? Let's see
  9. operate without the filter of the mind, then do not operate. reality loses its limits and you and what is not you merge. a much more fascinating place to be, where everything shines
  10. Great answer. but even though I'm not really thinking, it seems like I am, and it may seem to have a quiet mind. and I , the thought, can orient the appearance in that direction
  11. Yeah, all is a thought, we are a thought talking-thinking with another thought. if the thoughts stop the limits disappear, what you are is revealed. the point is that the thoughts come back. The distortion exist. do you live without thoughts? If you take a walk down the street, is your mind in silence? One thing is to have realizations, and another be equalized
  12. I think that the thoughts are the activity that creates the appearance of the individual. who thinks them? if the individual is created by them, he cannot think them. they are what arises in the pattern that is the human when there is a distortion between what is and what should be, and this always happens. enlightenment is in part equalizing what is and what should be, with which the thoughts, then the individual, disappears.
  13. Thanks for reading! I tend to think: ok, the human condition is this, think all the time, it's like that, you have to accept it. but no ...i think it is possible to silent the mind.
  14. I don't want to hurt anyone either, but I'm wearing a shirt that has been made by a semi-slave because ... it's cheaper
  15. @Martynas777 i think it is the dark night. You see that the egoic is nothing, and you turn to the spiritual, but you also do not reach an opening in which you really taste the truth, so what is left for you? nothing. and nothing is depressing. and more with 17! If I were you I would leave the prozac and continue to deepen. You have already started, I doubt that there is going back. courage and dissolve the ego
  16. reaching the death of the ego without psychedelics, only with meditation, would be a huge source of joy, peace, intelligence. I think it is possible but the obstacles are great. basically I am the obstacle. thin the ego enough that it can dissolve. This is hard because although the dissolution of the ego is wonderful, the true joy, there are things of the ego that are satisfactory and difficult to leave, for example sex. It is true that they do not report genuine joy, the smart thing would be to put aside the ego, to flow with the truth. The other option (the easy) is be still bit egoic and do psychedelic sometimes. Really it's fool when you see that the no ego is the genuine you, full of joy, but the ego is fool and strong, and be a saint seems bored sometimes
  17. Leo gura, the teacher who has awakened more people in history. and it's just beginning
  18. I see it normal. If your life is oriented to war, especially in ancient times where everything was analog, you will be in contact with death in a very close way, and you will have been in situations where you have seen your death close. imagine spending hours in a sword battle, thousands of people dying, etc. a likely place for an awakening if you're predisposed
  19. I think shadguru is truly awake, from his video about his awakening, it seemed legit. but he doesn't stop talking nonsense. which shows that you can be awake and say one nonsense behind another
  20. relax, enjoy and as the hippies say, listen to your heart ?and follow its dictates, it will take you where you have to go
  21. there is an individual, as a pattern, limited construction, temporary limitation of reality to perceive itself. this individual can perceived himself as unreal in the sense of seeing the limitation of all his experience, like a feeling of unreality, and therefore seeks the real, transcendence. the substance of this individual is the substance of reality, only that the individual has a temporary form and reality is formless. with practices and or psychedelics the individual can momentarily dissolve his form / limitation and become the whole. the whole is not an individual, but it is one, even being nothing. when this happens the individual realizes what it is. it is the whole reality, so the nothingness being. bottomless, so infinite. shapeless but with an unmistakably familiar quality, substance, identity: love. but the individual also exists as an individual, a very specific pattern that the totality creates in order to become limited and perceive (for example, especulating). it is unreal in terms of its projections, its idea of itself before to understand what is him, but it is real as a limited entity, a set of brackets in nothingness that creates a specific shape. So you could call it illusion since the absolute point of view, like only a shape, but since your point of view you are absolutely real
  22. Many girls are attracted to closed-minded, dogmatic men. I guess because they project the impression of being very self confident, never showing any doubt
  23. @Shmurda there are a lot of liars, taken advantage of, and in general people who want to make money. this is life. That does not mean that everything is a lie, you have to be intuitive and know how to filter. It is not easy, but it is what it is
  24. yeah, it's realizing that the self who is trying is unreal, okay. but above all it is to realize what you really are. many will say, you are nothing. ok ok, but you ARE, or not? obviously yes. enlightenment is not understanding that you are nothing and everything blah blah. it is to embody the limitless infinity that you are ,that being infinite and being nothing, is love. it is infinite fullness that fills you. that's why it's called enlightenment, no ennothingment.
